本文采用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法测定了乌鲁木齐地区冠心病、高血压病、高脂血症,眼底动脉硬化患者及正常人(共210例)发中7种微量元素及Mg的含量。结果表明:4种患者发中Zn含量均低;除眼底动脉硬化组外,Mg含量也降低;Zn/Cu除高血压病组外比值也低;冠心病与高血压患者的发Cd,冠心病组与高血压病组患者的发Fe均降低。Fisher判别分析的结果提示,发中的Mo、Mg、Cd、Fe含量与冠心病关系密切,Mg、Mo含量与高血压关系密切;Zn、Mg、Fe、Mo与高脂血症关系密切。其中Mo、Mg在各病例组中均起着负向或正向的作用。并用逐步回归方法分析了元素与年龄间的关系,建立了部分元素的回归方程。 相似文献

BackgroundNon-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients with synchronous solitary metastasis are a heterogeneous population. The analysis and evaluation of NSCLC patients with synchronous solitary bone metastases by cTN stage (thoracic tumor staging) and volume parameters have not yet been studied. The purpose of this study is to estimate the prognostic value of cTN stage and volume parameters obtained by fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) positron emission tomography (PET)/computed tomography (CT) in NSCLC patients with synchronous solitary bone metastasis.MethodsA total of 157 NSCLC patients with synchronous solitary bone metastasis were retrospectively analyzed. Patients’ cTN stage, metabolic tumor volume (MTV) parameters, and clinical data were collected. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis and a Cox regression model were performed to determine the association between each factor and overall survival (OS). Finally, time-dependent receiver operating characteristic (TDROC) curve analysis was used to assess the predictive capacity of the independent prognostic factors.ResultsKaplan-Meier survival analysis showed significant differences between subgroups in terms of cTN stage. The median OS of group I was 44 months, and the 5-year survival rate was 39.6%. In the multivariate Cox regression analysis, cTN stage, MTV of the whole body (MTVwb), and MTV of thorax (MTVtho) were significantly associated with patient OS, even after adjusting for other clinical factors. However, MTV of bone (MTVbon) was not found to be an independent prognostic factor. TDROC curve analysis showed that cTN stage, MTVwb, and MTVtho had good predictive capacity for NSCLC patients with synchronous solitary bone metastasis. Compared with cTN stage and MTVtho, MTVwb had obviously better predictive specificity and sensitivity for the 5-year survival rate [5-year area under the curve (AUC) of MTVwb =0.844 vs. cTN stage (P=0.035) vs. MTVtho (P=0.052)]. The best cutoff value of MTVwb was 33.05.ConclusionsThe results of this study confirmed that cTN stage, MTVwb, and MTVtho were independent prognostic factors of NSCLC patients with synchronous solitary bone metastases. These factors can be used for risk stratification of these patients. TDROC curve analysis indicated that cTN stage, MTVtho, and MTVwb had good performance for survival prediction. 相似文献

The photoreactivable damage contributes to the lethal effect of this type of irradiation and modifies the oxygen effect. Imatinib mesylate, also known as ST1571 or CGP57148, is a competitive inhibitor of a few tyrosine kinases, including BCR-ABL, ABL, KIT, and the platelet-derived growth factor receptors (PDGF-R). It binds to the ATP-binding site of the target kinase and prevents the transfer of phosphate from ATP to the tyrosine residues of various substrates. At oral doses of 300 mg or greater, the vast majority of patients with chronic myeloid leukaemia achieve a haematological response and this is usually associated with limited toxicity. Imatinib also has substantial activity in Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukaemia expressing the BCR-ABL fusion protein. Gastrointestinal stromal tumours (GISTS) have also been evaluated for clinical activity of imatinib. About 90% of malignant GISTs harbour a mutation in c-kit leading to KIT receptor autophosphorylation and ligand-independent activation. According to initial clinical studies, more than 50% of GISTs respond to therapy within a few months, and only about 10-15% progress. The potential for cure and the optimal length of treatment are currently not known. Several other human cancers may over-express KIT or PDGF-R, and clinical trials to evaluate the role of imatinib in the treatment of such cancers are currently ongoing. Imatinib is an example of a specifically designed, highly targeted cancer therapy, which poses novel requirements for both pathology laboratories and clinicians in terms of identifying the major molecular mechanisms involved in tumour growth. 相似文献

Aspects of metabolism in prolactinomas were investigated by positron emission tomography using l-[1-11C]tyrosine, l-[methyl-11C]methionine and 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (18FDG). Using l-[1-11C]tyrosine, four patients were monitored prior to and 18 h after an injection of 50 mg bromocryptine. At 18 h after bromocryptine intervention, l-[1-11C]tyrosine uptake into tumour was reduced with 28% (P<0.07). A correlation analysis of the bromocryptine-induced decrease in l-[1-11C]tyrosine uptake and the reduction of serum prolactin levels indicated that the action of bromocryptine on prolactin synthesis and prolactin release is not coupled. In the untreated situation, the four patients were investigated with 18FDG as well, but the prolactinomas could not be visualized. Three untreated patients were studied with l-[methyl-11C]methionine. The tumour-imaging potential of l-[methyl-11C]methionine and l-[1-11C]tyrosine appeared to be nearly equivalent for prolactinomas. Unlike prolactinoma tissue, the salivary glands showed a pronounced preference for l-[1-11C]tyrosine as compared to l-[methyl-11C]methionine. l-[1-11C]tyrosine is a valuable tool to obtain information on the metabolism and treatment of prolactinomas. 相似文献

The detection of preserved glucose uptake in hypoperfused dysfunctional myocardium by fluorine-18 deoxyglucose (FDG) positron emission tomography (PET) represents the method of choice in myocardial viability diagnostics. As the technique is not available for the majority of patients due to cost and the limited capacity of the PET centres, it was the aim of the present work to develop and test FDG single-photon emission tomography (SPET) with the means of conventional nuclear medicine. The perfusion marker sestamibi (MIBI) was used together with the metabolic tracer FDG in dual-isotope acquisition. A conventional SPET camera was equipped with a 511-keV collimator and designed to operate with simultaneous four-channel acquisition. In this way, the scatter of 18F into the technetium-99m energy window could be taken into account by a novel method of scatter correction. Thirty patients with regional wall motion abnormalities at rest were investigated. The results of visual wall motion analysis by contrast cine-ventriculography in nine segments/heart were compared with the results of quantitative scintigraphy. The scintigraphic patterns of MIBI and FDG tracer accumulation were defined as normal, matched defects and perfusion-metabolism mismatches. Spatial resolution of the system was satisfactory, with a full width at half maximum (FWHM) of 15.2 mm for 18F and 14.0 mm for 99mTe, as measured by planar imaging in air at 5 cm distance from the collimator. Image quality allowed interpretation in all 30 patients. 88% of segments without relevant wall motion abnormalities presented normal scintigraphic results. Seventy-five akinetic segments showed mismatches in 27%, matched defects in 44% and normal perfusion in 29%. We conclude that FDG-MIBI dual-isotope SPET is technically feasible with the means of conventional nuclear medicine. Thus, the method is potentially available for widespread application in patient care and may represent an alternative to the 201T1 reinjection technique. 相似文献
