目的探讨激活素A(ACTA)的表达与大肠癌血管生成的关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测56例大肠癌组织及癌旁组织中ACTA及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达及微血管密度(MVD)。结果56例大肠癌组织中ACTA阳性表达率为45.2%,明显高于癌旁组织的12.3%(P<0.01)。ACTA蛋白的表达在大肠癌淋巴结转移组高于无转移组(60.9%vs41.2%,P<0.01),DukesD期高于DukesA、B期,差异有显著性(分别为66.7%vs33.3%,66.7%vs44.4%,P均<0.01)。ACTA表达阳性组MVD值为84.0±10.8,明显高于阴性组的52.0±9.7(P<0.01)。大肠癌组织中ACTA的表达与VEGF的表达呈显著性正相关(r=0.712,P<0.01)。VEGF蛋白表达与MVD亦呈正相关(r=0.747,P<0.01)。结论ACTA与大肠癌的血管生成有关,可作为判断大肠癌侵袭和转移潜能的生物学指标。  相似文献

人类免疫缺陷病毒在夫妻间传播的调查   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目的了解AIDS高发区HIV在夫妻间的传播情况及相关因素,为预防HIV传播提供依据。方法对某AIDS高发区一方HIV抗体阳性的346对夫妻逐户进行流行病学横断面调查,采集其配偶的静脉血检测HIv抗体,对70例HIV感染者进行HIV前病毒DNA序列测定。结果346对夫妻中,发生夫妻间传播99对,传播率为28.6%。其中,一方因有偿供血感染的夫妻125对,发生夫妻间传播18对,传播率为14.4%;一方因受血感染的夫妻135对,发生夫妻间传播32对,传播率为23.7%;婚外性接触而感染的夫妻86对,发生夫妻间传播49对,传播率为57.0%。其中.丈夫传给妻子37对,传播率为69.8%;妻子传给丈夫12对,传播率为36.4%,男传女概率高于女传男(P〈0.01)。婚外性接触的感染者比血源性感染者有更高的夫妻传播率(P〈0.01)。检测30例血源性感染者均为B’亚型,9例发生夫妻传播,其配偶也均为B’亚型;31例婚外性接触感染者.AE亚型20例,07BC重组亚型8例,B亚型2例,B’亚型1例,检测其中发生夫妻传播8对,双方同属一个亚型(5对夫妻均为AE亚型,3对均为07BC重组亚型);基因树显示夫妻的病毒同属一支。结论HIV感染正由高危人群向一般人群扩散,加强相关措施预防HIV在家庭内进一步传播很有必要。性传播疾病及HIV亚型可能在HIV的夫妻传播及男传女的传播中发挥作用。  相似文献

AIM: To probe into the genetic susceptibility of HLA-DRB1 alleles to esophageal carcinoma in Han Chinese in Hubei Province. METHODS: HLA-DRB1 allele polymorphisms were typed by polymerase chain reaction with sequence-specific primers(PCR-SSP) in 42 unrelated patients with esophageal cancer and 136 unrelated normal control subjects and the associated HLA-DRB1 allele was measured by nucleotide sequence analysis with PCR.SAS software was used in statistics. RESULTS: Allele frequency (AF) of HLA-DRB1*0901 was significantly higher in esophageal carcinoma patients than that in the normal controls (0.2500 vs 0.1397, P=0.028, the odds ratio 2.053, etiologic fraction 0.1282). After analyzed the allele nucleotide sequence of HLA-DRB1*0901 which approachs to the corresponded exon 2 sequence of the allele in genebank. There was no association between patients and controls in the rested HLA-DRB1 alleles. CONCLUSION: HLA-DRB1*0901 allele is more common in the patients with esophageal carcinoma than in the healthy controls, which is positively associated with the patients of Hubei Han Chinese. Individuals carrying HLA-DRB1*0901 may be susceptible to esophageal carcinoma.  相似文献

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) and long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are both types of noncoding RNA. They have been demonstrated to be involved in the regulation of various human inflammatory diseases and can be used as biomarkers for disease diagnosis and prognosis, and even be developed into new drugs. Gout is an arthritic disease caused by the deposition of monosodium urate crystal (MSU) in the joints, which can lead to acute inflammation and damage adjacent tissue. Recent studies have shown that miRNAs and lncRNAs mediate the progress of gout. Based on the pathogenesis of gout, including hyperuricemia, MSU deposition, acute gouty arthritis and gouty bone erosion, this paper reviewed the role of miRNAs and lncRNAs in the processes and the possible therapeutic targets of miRNAs and lncRNAs in gout.  相似文献

目的了解中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九九一医院门诊药房近年退药情况,分析退药的原因,提出管理对策。方法收集中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九九一医院2017年1-12月退药处方641张,从门诊药房退药原因、退药种类和退药剂型等方面分析导致退药的因素。结果门诊退药主要原因是药品不良反应,占全部退药的54.29%;抗菌药物是退药种类最多的药品,在退药剂型中最多的为粉针剂型。结论医院应加强对退药管理的制度化和规范化,提高合理用药水平,减少退药情况发生。  相似文献

目的 探讨脑深部电刺激术(DBS)治疗苍白球或丘脑毁损术后帕金森病的疗效与安全性。方法 回顾性分析2013年1月至2021年3月毁损术后复发或出现新症状而行DBS治疗的33例帕金森病的临床资料。DBS后6个月,采用统一帕金森病量表(UPDRS)运动功能(UPDRS Ⅲ)评分和生活能力(UPDRS Ⅱ)评分、H-Y分期、简明精神量表评分(MMSE)以及左旋多巴等效日剂量(LEDD)评估疗效以及用药情况;记录刺激频率、脉宽、电压、阻抗,并计算刺激能量。结果 术后随访6个月~8.25年,未出现言语障碍、眼球活动障碍、偏瘫、颅内出血或梗死、癫痫发作、颅内感染病例,无硬件故障;5例因电池耗竭行脉冲发生器置换术。DBS后6个月,UPDRS Ⅲ评分、UPDRS Ⅱ评分、H-Y分期、LEDD均较术前明显降低(P<0.05),而MMSE评分较术前无明显变化(P>0.05);和非毁损侧相比,毁损侧肢体震颤评分改善率明显增高(P<0.05),但僵硬评分改善率、运动迟缓评分改善率均无明显变化(P>0.05);和非毁损侧相比,毁损侧刺激电压和刺激能量明显降低(P<0.05),但刺激频率、脉宽和阻抗无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论 PD病人神经核团毁损术后复发或出现新症状,DBS是安全、有效的,毁损侧DBS后电刺激所需能量及电压更低。  相似文献

ObjectivesWe investigated the relationship between pyramidal tract evaluation indexes (i.e., diffusion tensor imaging, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS)-induced motor-evoked potential (MEP), and central motor conduction time (CMCT) on admission to the recovery rehabilitation unit) and motor functions at discharge in patients with ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke.Materials and MethodsSeventeen patients were recruited (12 men; 57.9 ± 10.3 years). The mean fractional anisotropy (FA) values of the right and left posterior limbs of the internal capsule were estimated using a computer-automated method. We determined the ratios of FA values in the affected and unaffected hemispheres (rFA), TMS-induced MEP, and the ratios of CMCT in the affected and unaffected hemispheres (rCMCT) and examined their association with motor functions (Fugl–Meyer Assessment (FMA) and Action Research Arm Test (ARAT)) at discharge.ResultsHigher rFA values of the posterior limb of the internal capsule on admission to the recovery rehabilitation unit led to a better recovery of upper limb function (FMA: r = 0.78, p < 0.001; ARAT: r = 0.74, p = 0.001). Patients without MEP had poorer recovery of upper limb function than those with MEP (FMA: p < 0.001; ARAT: p = 0.001). The higher the rCMCT, the poorer the recovery of upper limb function (ARAT: r = ?0.93, p < 0.001). However, no association was observed between the pyramidal tract evaluation indexes and recovery of lower limb motor function.ConclusionsEvaluating the pyramidal tract is useful for predicting upper limb function prognosis, but not for lower limb function prognosis.  相似文献

Chemokines, by virtue of their ability to recruit immune cells into allografts, play critical roles in acute transplantation rejection. CCR9 and its ligand, CCL25, is one of the key regulators of thymocyte migration and maturation in normal and inflammatory conditions. Moreover, several studies have revealed that high expression of CCR9 and CCL25 participated in many kinds of diseases. However, the role of CCR9 in allograft rejection is still unclear. In this study, we established a murine skin transplantation model of acute rejection. Our findings showed that the proportion of CCR9-expressing T cells was significantly increased in the spleen of allotransplanted mice compared with syngeneic transplantation. Furthermore, expression of CCL25 in allograft was similarly increased. Neutralization of CCL25 by intravenous injection of anti-CCL25 monoclonal antibody significantly prolonged skin allograft survival, decreased the number of infiltrating cells, and simultaneously suppressed the chemotactic ability and the proliferation of the splenic T cells in response to allogeneic antigens. Finally, blockade of CCL25 also diminished the secretion of IFN-γ by splenic T cells. These studies indicated that CCR9/CCL25 was involved in acute transplantation rejection and anti-CCL25 strategies might be useful in preventing acute rejection.  相似文献
