496例精神分裂症残疾评定分析

目的：了解精神分裂症致残情况。方法：收集我院1998年1月至2003年7月进行残疾评定的精神分裂症502例，采用中国实用残疾人评定标准评定精神残疾及等级。结果：502例中496例(98．8％)评定为精神残疾，其中Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级分别为12．1％、54．8％、33．1％。结论：精神分裂症致残率较高，其程度受性别、婚姻状况、药物依从性及社会支持系统的影响。     

Acupuncture at otoacupoint heart for treatment of vascular hypertension.

The immediate, short-term and long-term depressor effects, the immediate effects on cardiac functions in grade II and grade III vascular hypertension, and the effects on angiotensin II in grade III vascular hypertension by acupuncture at otoacupoint Heart were studied in 30 cases of vascular hypertensive patients. The immediate depressor effect of acupuncture at otoacupoint Stomach was also recorded for comparison. It was found that acupuncture at otoacupoint Heart produced marked immediate depressor effect, and the short-term effective rate was 100%, the long-term effective rate was 63.3%, as well as evident immediate effects on cardiac functional activities in grade II and grade III hypertension and marked effects on angiotensin II in grade III hypertension. Acupuncture at otoacupoint Stomach produced no depressor effect on vascular hypertension.     

预稀释末稍血样IHA诊断血吸虫病的评价

目的时预稀释末稍血样IHA诊断血吸虫的效果进行评价。方法在实验室内对46例确诊病例分别以预稀释末稍血样和静脉血清作IHA，对二者敏感性进行比较，等于3w后用上述两种血样重复操作，对二者稳定性进行比较；在查病现场对327例人群分别以预稀释末稍血样和静脉血清作IHA，对二者阳性检出率进行比较。结果实验室敏感性评价两组血样1：10、1：201：40和1：640四个滴度阳性数完全相同，其余滴度二者阳性数虽有不同，但经检验差异均无显著性（P〉0．05）；实验室稳定性评价两组血样间隔3w重复操作，各滴度阳性符合率经检验，差异均无显著性（P〉0．05）；现场查病评价两种血样1：10、1：20和1：40三个滴度各自阳性检出率经检验，差异均无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论预稀释末稍血样IHA敏感性、稳定性和阳性检出率与血清IHA比较，差异均无显著性（P〉0．05），可以用于血吸虫病的诊断。     

甲基强的松龙和地塞米松治疗放射性脑水肿的差异

目的研究甲基强的松龙及地塞米松治疗放射性脑水肿的差异。方法建立大鼠脑胶质瘤模型。实验分组：A组（大剂量甲基强的松龙组）、B组（小剂量甲基强的松龙组）、C组（地塞米松组）、D组（对照组）、E组（空白组）。各组均颅内种植肿瘤，于种植15天后A、B、C、D各组给予C060照射，A、B、C组大鼠照射前后分别给予甲基强的松龙和地塞米松治疗。测量大鼠脑水肿情况。结果治疗后，与其他各组比较，D组大鼠脑组织含水率最高，E组最低（P〈0．05）；C组大鼠脑组织含水率明显高于A、B两组（P〈0．05）；但A、B两组间无显著性差异（P〉O．05）。结论甲基强的松龙和地塞米松都可以有效防治放射性脑水肿，且甲基强的松龙比地塞米松疗效更好。     

Effets de différents antioxydants sur la lipoperoxydation in vitro initiée par le radical °OH

Rationale and ObjectiveThe study of the oxidative stress remains an analytical challenge and a model of lipid peroxidation is described for this purpose: it is based on a hydrogen peroxide- porphyrin mix as an °OH generator and artificial «plasma» as acceptor.Materials and MethodsLipid peroxidation is assessed by the measurement of true malondialdehyde with a specific HPLC-UV method. This model is used for checking the role of four antioxidants, the first one being a hydrophilic compound (Trolox) and the others natural lipophilic molecules (α tocophérol, β carotene and lycopene).ResultsA linear relationship between concentrations and inhibition of MDA production is shown for the four compounds.ConclusionThis model, easy to handle, could therefore be useful for testing in vitro both hydrophilic and lipophilic antioxidants.     

精神分裂症异质性及其中枢五羟色胺功能研究

本文应用高效液相色谱(HPLC)对67例精神分裂症及10例健康对照组脑脊液中色氨酸(TRP)、五羟色胺(5-HT)、五羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)进行测试,同时引入5-HT相对代谢率概念用5-HIAA/5-HT表示,并以Andreasen分型标准划分42例阳性精神分裂症和25例阴性精神分裂症。结果发现,精神分裂症患者脑脊液中TRP明显低于正常对照组,阳性(Ⅰ型)分裂症5-HIAA以及5-HIAA/5-HT明显低于阴性(Ⅱ型)精神分裂症,并对精神分裂症的5-HT代谢障碍假说及其异质性进行了讨论。     

Diagnostic significance of multinuclear giant cells in lymph node fine needle aspiration]

Enlarged lymph nodes, commonly seen in inflammatory or tumorous conditions, is often suspected as Hodgkin's disease in cytologic diagnosis. Twenty cases originally diagnosed as Hodgkin's disease by fine needle aspiration of lymph nodes are reported. Eighteen of these 20 cases were checked by histopathology. It was found that only 3 had reached the correct diagnosis. The authors believe that by thorough understanding of the origin and characteristics of various types of multinuclear giant cells, differentiation from Hodgkin's disease is possible.
