养血当归胶囊治疗功能性痛经临床疗效观察 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目的:探讨养血当归胶囊治疗功能性痛经的临床疗效。方法:经本院确诊功能性痛经患者191例,随机分为两组,治疗组112例,对照组79例,两组患者年龄、病程、病情均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。对照组:于经前7d口服布洛芬胶囊,一次300mg,一天2次,15d为一疗程,连续服用两个月经周期;治疗组:于经前7d口服养血当归胶囊,一次3粒,一天3次,15d为一疗程,连续服用两个月经周期。结果:治疗组112例患者,服用两个疗程后,治愈15例,显效48例,有效33例,总有效率达到85.7%,治愈率13.4%,不良反应1例,不良反应发生率0.89%;对照组79例患者,服用两个疗程后,治愈1例,显效19例,有效45例,总有效率82.3%,治愈率1.3%,不良反应9例,不良反应发生率12.6%。两组比较,总有效率无统计学差异(P>0.05);治愈率治疗组明显高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.01);不良反应发生率治疗组明显低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:养血胶囊治疗功能性痛经疗效显著,治愈率高,副作用少,值得临床推广使用。 相似文献

BackgroundIncreased postoperative serum amylase has been recently reported to be associated with increased postoperative morbidity, but studies on postoperative serum lipase are limited. The aim of this study was to evaluate the value of postoperative serum lipase in predicting clinically relevant postoperative pancreatic fistula (CR-POPF) after pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD).MethodA retrospective analysis was performed on 212 patients who underwent PD from September 2018 and March 2021, focusing on the association between postoperative day (POD) 1 serum lipase and CR-POPF.ResultsOverall, 108 (50.9%) patients had elevated serum lipase levels (>68 U/L) on POD 1. Patients with elevated serum lipase exhibited a significantly higher incidence of CR-POPF (37.0% vs. 6.7%, p < 0.001). Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analyses showed improved diagnostic accuracy for POD 1 serum lipase compared with POD 1 serum amylase in predicting CR-POPF (AUC: 0.801 vs. 0.745, p = 0.029). Elevated serum lipase on POD 1 and elevated serum CRP on POD 3 were identified as independent predictors of CR-POPF. A simple early postoperative model, consisting of POD 1 serum lipase levels and POD 3 serum CRP levels, showed good discrimination (AUC 0.76, 95% CI 0.69–0.83) to identify the onset of CR-POPF.ConclusionSerum lipase on POD 1 outperformed serum amylase on POD 1 in predicting CR-POPF after PD. The combination of POD 1 serum lipase and POD 3 serum CRP provides a reliable predicting model for CR-POPF. 相似文献

PurposeThis study set out to determine the antimicrobial resistance trends of Haemophilus influenzae isolates from pediatric hospitals in Mainland China, which would provide basis for clinical treatment.MethodsThe Infectious Disease Surveillance of Pediatrics (ISPED) collaboration group conducted this study. H. influenzae strains isolated from nine pediatric hospitals in Mainland China were included. Disk diffusion method was used for antimicrobial susceptibility test. Cefinase disc was used for detection of β-lactamase.ResultsIn total, 13810 H. influenzae isolates were included during 2017–2019: 93.17% of which were from respiratory tract specimens, 4.63% from vaginal swabs, 1.10% from secretion, and 1.10% from others. Of all strains, 63.32% isolates produced β-lactamase; 8.22% isolates were β-lactamase-negative and ampicillin-resistant (BLNAR). The resistance to sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim was 70.98%, followed by resistance to ampicillin (69.37%), cefuroxime (51.35%), ampicillin-sulbactam (38.82%), azithromycin (38.21%), amoxicillin-clavulanate (35.28%). More than 90% of H. influenzae isolates were susceptible to ceftriaxone, cefotaxime, meropenem, levofloxacin and chloramphenicol. The resistance rate of ampicillin and azithromycin in H. influenzae showed an increasing trend through the years. Statistically significant differences in antibiotic-resistance rates of all the antibiotics except chloramphenicol were found in different regions. The major Multi-Drug Resistance pattern was resistant to β-lactams, macrolides, and sulfonamides.ConclusionsThere is a rising trend of resistance rate of ampicillin and azithromycin in H. influenzae. Antimicrobial resistance of H. influenzae deserves our ongoing attention. Third-generation cephalosporin could be the preferred treatment option of infections caused by ampicillin-resistant H. influenzae. 相似文献
