Tracing internal quality and aroma of a red-fleshed kiwifruit during ripening by means of GC-MS and E-nose

‘Hongyang’ kiwifruit is a new breed of red-fleshed cultivar that has become broadly popular with consumers in recent years. In this study, the internal quality and aroma of this kiwifruit during ripening were investigated by means of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and electronic nose (E-nose). Results showed that the green note aldehydes declined, the main fruity esters increased, and the terpenes had no obvious changes during ripening. Correlations between quality indices, volatile compounds, and E-nose data were analyzed by ANOVA partial least squares regression (APLSR), and the results showed that firmness and titratable acidity (TA) had highly positive correlations with (E)-2-hexenal and hexanal, while soluble solids content (SSC) and SSC/TA ratio had positive correlations with ester compounds. The E-nose sensors of S7, S10, S8, S6, S9, and S2 were positively correlated with ester compounds, S1, S3, and S5 were mainly correlated with hexanal, and S4 was correlated with terpene compounds. Partial least squares regression (PLSR) and support vector machine (SVM) were employed to predict the quality indices by E-nose data, and SVM presented a better performance in predicting firmness, SSC, TA, and SSC/TA ratio (R² > 0.98 in the training set and R² > 0.94 in the testing set). This study demonstrated that the E-nose technique could be used as an alternative to trace the flavor quality of kiwifruit during ripening.

survivin基因及增殖细胞核抗原与急性白血病关系的研究

目的探讨增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、survivin基因与急性白血病(AL)的关系。方法收集2003—2004年浙江大学医学院附属第一医院住院AL患者的资料,采用免疫组化方法检测PCNA和RT-PCR方法检测survivin在AL在治疗前后以及与正常对照组的比较。结果初发AL患者与正常对照组的PCNA和survivin的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AL在治疗前与治疗缓解后其PCNA的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。survivin高表达的急性髓细胞白血病(AML)缓解率低,但是急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)的缓解率与survivin表达无关。结论PCNA和survivin在白血病中均高表达,与白血病的发生及发展有一定的联系,PCNA与survivin互补,可作为判断急性白血病的疗效和预后指标。     

孕期体质与新生儿ABO溶血病的相关性研究

[目的]了解新生儿溶血发生的相关因素,尤其是孕妇体质与新生儿溶血（hemolytic disease of the newborn,HDN）发生的相关性。[方法]选取在我院分娩的O型Rh阳性的孕妇497例,妊娠中晚期进行体质辨识,并追踪新生儿是否发生溶血。[结果]不同体质孕妇在产后其新生儿发生溶血的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,其中孕期偏实热、偏痰湿产后HDN的发生率较高,孕期平和质产后HDN发生率最低。[结论]体质偏颇（偏痰湿、偏实热）的孕妇产后HDN的发生率较高,对其进行体质调护,使其达到平和状态,对降低HDN的发生有意义。     

恩替卡韦分散片的稳定性研究

目的研究恩替卡韦分散片在加速试验和长期试验条件下的稳定性并测算其有效期。方法在模拟市售包装条件下,通过加速试验和室温贮存18个月,参照《中国药典》附录对其性状、鉴别、分散均匀性、溶出度、有关物质、微生物限度检查及含量测定等项指标进行定期考察。结果在考察期内,各项指标均符合规定。结论本品在温度40℃、相对湿度75%条件下放置6个月或常温、相对湿度60%条件下放置18个月,药物制剂稳定,故其有效期定为18个月。     

Quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) assay for human–dog–cat species identification and nuclear DNA quantification

In the United States, human forensic evidence collected from crime scenes is usually comingled with biomaterial of canine and feline origins. Knowledge of the concentration of nuclear DNA extracted from a crime scene biological sample and the species from which the sample originated is essential for DNA profiling. The ability to accurately detect and quantify target DNA in mixed-species samples is crucial when target DNA may be overwhelmed by non-target DNA.We have designed and evaluated a species-specific (human, dog and cat) nuclear DNA identification assay based on the TaqMan^® quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) technology that can simultaneously detect and measure minute quantities of DNA specific to either humans, dogs and/or cats. The fluorogenic triplex assay employs primers and hydrolysis probes that target the human TH01 locus as well as the dog and cat Melanocortin 1 Receptor (MC1R) sequences in a species-specific manner. We also demonstrate that the assay is a highly sensitive, reliable and robust method for identifying and quantifying mixed-species templates of human–dog–cat origin with as little as 0.4 pg of human and cat nuclear DNA, respectively, and 4.0 pg of dog nuclear DNA.     

低分子肝素在麻醉大鼠胃肠道的吸收

以血浆抗Ｘａ活性及体内抗静脉血栓形成为指标，考察了低分子肝素溶液及乳剂在麻醉大鼠胃肠道的吸收情况。     

基于伪Wigner-Ville分布的高血压病理信号时频特征提取新方法

高血压作为目前世界上发病率最高的疾病之一,是引起脑卒中、冠心病和肾功能不全等严重疾病的重要因素。本文应用伪Wigner-Ville分布的方法,通过测定脉象信号能量集中圈的时间范围,进行相关的特征分析;针对目前血压处在正常高值水平的人群约半数以上可能发展为高血压的现状,探究在高血压前期发生血管病变的脉象特性,以期解决正常高值人群在临床上无明显特征反应的问题。分析结果表明发生高血压病变的信号高能量圈持续的时间范围比正常信号小,应用此方法可以有效地区分健康信号和有高血压病变的信号,为血压处于临界期的病变信号判断提供了一个新依据。
