1-stage reconstruction of microtia associated with hemifacial soft tissue aplasia

Four cases of microtia association with hemifacial aplasia were repaired by one-stage reconstruction. The operations included external ear reconstruction and correction of facial deformity with free vascularized dermis fat flaps. All were successful, the results were satisfied. The method and the device of the operation are described in detail. The advantages of the technique are discussed.     

Kikuchi-Fujimoto's disease: report of 5 cases and literature review]

Kikuchi-Fujimoto's disease or histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis is a benign disease predominantly occurring in young women which etiology remains unknown and revealed by cervical lymphadenitis and/or prolonged fever. It has rarely been reported in children. Among the 5 cases reported, 1 child had a systemic localization. The diagnosis is based on the histological examination of a lymph node biopsy. The disease course was spontaneously favourable in 2 cases; a corticotherapy was needed in 3 children. A pathogen agent was found in 2 patients. Kikuchi's disease can reveal or evolve into autoimmune disease particularly lupus, thus a long clinical and biological follow-up is necessary.     

2005-2007年某科研单位人员高血糖变化趋势分析

目的了解近年来某科研单位人员血糖异常情况及其变化趋势,为采取有效预防措施提供依据。方法对本单位人员3年健康检查中高血糖检出率检测结果进行分析。结果2005、2006、2007年高血糖检出率分别为9.31%、7.02%、4.40%,变化趋势差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.707,P<0.05),不同年龄、不同职业人员高血糖检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论该研究机构人员高血糖检出率有逐年下降的趋势,但仍高于国内的文献报道,须进一步加强预防保健工作。     

苯胺衍生物掺杂的PMMA薄膜的二次非线性光学性能的稳定性研究

具有A-π-D电子结构的苯胺衍生物掺杂的玻璃态高聚物PMMA的有机薄膜经极化取向后显示很强的二次非线性光学性能,其取向弛豫是实用化的一个有待解决的重要问题。木文通过几种苯胺衍生物以不同百分比与PMMA掺杂,用紫外-可见吸收光谱、二次谐波强度测量、动态力学粘弹谱等方法进行了取向弛豫的机理研究,结果表明分子尺寸和形状以及偶极矩的大小对取向弛豫有显著影响。     

Lesbianism in China

Lesbianism in China has a long but usually hidden history. This paper examines the historical and literary sources of the past to illustrate the history of lesbianism and then turns to a survey of lesbianism in the China of today. As in the past, lesbianism remains more or less hidden, and comes to light only occasionally. Data for contemporary China comes from a visit to an institution for delinquent young women, recent police records, and contemporary fiction. It has only been in the past 4 or 5 years that it was possible to talk about lesbianism and most lesbians are fearful of becoming identified.     

Spatial dispersion modeling of 90Sr by point cumulative semivariogram at Keban Dam Lake, Turkey.

Spatial analysis of (90)Sr artificial radionuclide in consequence of global fallout and Chernobyl nuclear accident has been carried out by using the point cumulative semivariogram (PCSV) technique based on 40 surface water station measurements in Keban Dam Lake during March, April, and May 2006. This technique is a convenient tool in obtaining the regional variability features around each sampling point, which yields the structural effects also in the vicinity of the same point. It presents the regional effect of all the other sites within the study area on the site concerned. In order to see to change of (90)Sr, the five models are constituted. Additionally, it provides a measure of cumulative similarity of the regional variable, (90)Sr, around any measurement site and hence it is possible to draw regional similarity maps at any desired distance around each station. In this paper, such similarity maps are also drawn for a set of distances. (90)Sr activities in lake that distance approximately 4.5 km from stations show the maximum similarity.
