目的:建立气相色谱法同时测定强力枇杷露中薄荷脑、磷酸可待因、吗啡、盐酸罂粟碱四种成分含量的方法。方法:试样用乙酸乙酯振摇提取,色谱柱为100%二甲基聚硅氧烷固定液的毛细管柱,柱温从100℃程序升温至270℃,保持20 min,检测器为 FID。结果:薄荷脑、磷酸可待因、吗啡、盐酸罂粟碱在各自测定范围内有良好线性关系,各成分平均回收率(n=6)在96.76%~113.34%,RSD<6.0%。结论:本方法准确可靠,重现性好,可有效地控制强力枇杷露的质量。  相似文献

HY-80 and HY-100 steels, widely used in constructing large ocean vessels and submarine hulls, contain mixed microstructures of tempered bainite and martensite and provide high tensile strength and toughness. Weld integrity in HY steels has been studied to verify and optimize welding conditions. In this study, the T-joint weld coupons, HY80 and HY100, were fabricated from HY-80 and HY-100 steel plates with a thickness of 30 mm as base metals by submerged-arc welding. Flux-cored arc welding was performed on an additional welding coupon consisting of HY-100 to evaluate the effect of repair welds (HY100RP). Microstructures in the heat-affected zones (HAZ) were thoroughly analyzed by optical observation. Instrumented indentation testing, taking advantage of local characterization, was applied to assess the yield strength and the residual stress of the HAZ and base regions. The maximum hardness over 400 HV was found in the HAZ due to the high volume fraction of untempered martensite microstructure. The yield strength of the weld coupons was evaluated by indentation testing, and the results showed good agreement with the uniaxial tensile test (within 10% range). The three coupons showed similar indentation residual stress profiles on the top and bottom surfaces. The stress distribution of the HY100 coupon was comparable to the results from X-ray diffraction. HY100RP demonstrated increased tensile residual stress compared to the as-welded coupon due to the effect of the repair weld (323 and 103 MPa on the top and bottom surfaces). This study verifies the wide applicability of indentation testing in evaluating yield strength and residual stress.  相似文献

Alogliptin (AGLT), active ingredient of Alogliptin Benzoate (AGLT-BZ), is a new dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. This study aimed to build a suitable method to determine the potential related substances in AGLT-BZ bulk drug and tablets. Seven related substances in Alogliptin Benzoate substances were synthetized and identified by 1H-NMR and ESI-MS. In addition, the impurities were detected by a gradient reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) with UV detection. The chromatographic system consisted of an Angilent Zobax SB-CN column (250 × 4.6 mm; 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of water/acetonitrile/trifluoroacetic acid 1900:100:1 v/v/v (solution A) and acetonitrile/water/trifluoroacetic acid 1900:100:1 v/v/v (solution B) using a gradient program at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min with 278 nm detection and an injection volume of 20 μl. Additionally, selectivity, the limit of quantitation (LOQ) and limit of detection (LOD), linearity, accuracy, precision and robustness were determined. Linearity was good over the concentration range 50–1000 ng/ml and the coefficient of determination (R2) were 0.9991–0.9998. RSD% of the determination of precision were <2% (n = 6). The method of RP-HPLC for the determination of impurities in AGLT-BZ was proved to be precise, accurate, robust and reliable. Three batches of self-made bulk drug and three dosages of commercial tablets were detected with this method.  相似文献

ObjectivesWe developed a computer-aided diagnosis system called ECRCCAD using standard white-light endoscopy (WLE) for predicting conventional adenomas with high-grade dysplasia (HGD) to optimise the patients' management decisions during colonoscopy.MethodsPretraining model was used to fine-tune the model parameters by transfer learning. 2,397 images of HGD and 2,487 low-grade dysplasia (LGD) images were randomly assigned (8:1:1) to the training, optimising, and internal validation dataset. The prospective validation dataset is the frames accessed from colonoscope videoes. One independent rural hospital provided an external validation dataset. Histopathological diagnosis was used as the standard criterion. The capability of the ECRCCAD to distinguish HGD was assessed and compared with two expert endoscopists.ResultsThe accuracy, sensitivity and specificity for diagnosis of HGD in the internal validation set were 90.5%, 93.2%, 87.9%, respectively. While 88.2%, 85.4%, 89.8%, respectively, for the external validation set. For the prospective validation set, ECRCCAD achieved an AUC of 93.5% in diagnosing HGD. The performance of ECRCCAD in diagnosing HGD was better than that of the expert endoscopist in the external validation set (88.2% vs. 71.5%, P < 0.0001).ConclusionECRCCAD had good diagnostic capability for HGD and enabled a more convenient and accurate diagnosis using WLE.  相似文献

Summary The expression of a series of adhesion molecules (the integrin family, the immunoglobulin superfamily, CD44 and the selection family) on peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from RA patients was investigated by flow-cytometry. L-Selectin (CD62L) in the selectin family was more significantly expressed on PBMC from RA patients as compared to those from normal controls. Further, RA patients exhibited a slight but significant increase of VLA-2 (CDw49b), p150,95 (CD11c), and VNR- (CD61) in the integrin family. The enhanced expression of L-selectin was positively correlated with disease activity.An increase in the proportion of L-selectin+CD4+ cells in PBMC from patients with RA and its clinical significance is reported.  相似文献

目的建立工作场所空气中乙酸乙酯、丙烯酸甲酯2种有机物同时检测的气相色谱测定方法。方法用活性炭管采集工作场所空气中的乙酸乙酯、丙烯酸甲酯2种有机物,二硫化碳溶剂解吸后进样,经DB—FFAP毛细管气相色谱柱分离,氢焰离子化检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果乙酸乙酯、丙烯酸甲酯两种有机物的检出限分别为0.38和0.87μg/ml,线性范围在200—3000、50~500μg/ml范围内,相关系数均大于0.998,加标回收率为89%-98%。结论方法准确快速、灵敏度高,适用于工作场所空气中乙酸乙酯、丙烯酸甲酯的同时测定。  相似文献

目的讨论青壮年单纯性肥胖与饮食结构的关系。方法356位住户中,根据WHO提出的年龄划分,筛选100位符合年龄、性别条件的社区居民完成初选。临床上一般采用的衡量肥胖度、体质量指数(BMI)、腰围测量和腰臀比计算方法筛选出两组进行膳食结构、饮食数量、食物类型的比较。最后运用中国营养学会推荐的“中国居民平衡膳食宝塔”作为衡量饮食是否合理的标尺,对研究组的饮食情况和运动情况进行类别性的分析并发现问题提出建议再给出具体的膳食宝塔推荐值。结果单纯性肥胖与饮食有较强关联。避免膳食失衡、树立正确运动意识、培养良好运动和饮食习惯、能很好控制单纯性肥胖。结论在合理补充人体必需物质的同时,建立合理营养膳食结构,消除饮食过量等不均衡现象;树立正确运动意识、培养良好运动习惯,都能有效控制肥胖症发病率及纠正肥胖状况。  相似文献

目的:鉴别薏苡仁的真伪。方法:采用薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱指纹图谱法对薏苡仁和4种伪品草珠子、小麦、大麦、高粱米进行比较研究。结果:结果显示,薏苡仁与小麦、大麦、高粱米在薄层色谱条带上加以区分。薏苡仁和同属的草珠子在薄层色谱鉴别中难以辨别,进一步采用指纹图谱区分。结论:建立的鉴别方法,可准确区分薏苡仁及其常见伪品,为薏苡仁的质量控制提供参考。  相似文献
