头脑风暴法在Webquest教学模式中的应用

介绍了头脑风暴法在Webquest教学模式中的融合流程,通过对Webquest教学流程的分析,在参照头脑风暴法与Wequest应用原则的基础上,总结出融入头脑风暴思想后Webquest的教学设计流程.调查发现,在课堂教学过程中应用头脑风暴法,不仅可以提高学生的学习兴趣,而且可以高效提高学生的创造性思维能力,为教学效果的改善以及创新型人才的培养提供有力保障.     

A novel tylophorine analog NK-007 ameliorates colitis through inhibition of innate immune response

In this study, we synthesized (±)-tylophorine malate (NK-007), an analog of tylophorine (DCB3503), and analyzed its anti-inflammatory effect in vivo using a dextran sulfate sodium (DSS)-induced colitis model and an acetic acid-induced colitis model. As indicated by disease activity index (DAI) and degree of macroscopic colonic damage, NK-007 can significantly suppress colitis. To delineate the underlying mechanism, we have explored the influence of NK-007 on the production of TNF-α by murine primary bone marrow-derived dendritic cells (BMDCs) as well as monocyte/macrophage cell line Raw 264.7 triggered by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). For both types of innate immune cells, NK-007 showed a potent TNF-α inhibitory effect, and has in addition reduced the expression of IL-12 in BMDCs. Moreover, Raw cells treated with NK-007 also showed decreased phosphorylation of NF-κB, which may explain the protective immune-regulatory effect of NK-007 for experimental colitis.     

Boron neutron capture therapy for papillary cystadenocarcinoma in the upper lip: A case report

Boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT) is a tumor-selective radiation therapy using α and ⁷Li particles, which are produced by the reaction of neutron with boron (¹⁰B), and taken up by the tumor. The authors report their first experience of BNCT on a patient with no history of surgery, chemotherapy or conventional radiotherapy for papillary cystadenocarcinoma in the upper lip.     

结核患者社会支持状况及其对自我效能的影响

目的:了解结核患者自我效能感与社会支持的现状并分析其相关性。方法:采用一般资料问卷、慢性病自我效能量表(Self-Efficacy for Managing Chronic Disease 6-Item Scale,SECD6)和肖水源研发的社会支持量表(Social Sating Rating Scale,SSRS)对154名结核患者进行问卷调查,并对二者进行Pearson相关性分析。结果:本组结核患者的自我效能总分为36.41±13.97,其中症状管理得分为24.40±9.84,疾病共性管理得分为12.01±5.48,社会支持总分为36.86±8.74,其中客观支持得分为7.73±2.57,主观支持得分为21.97±6.63,利用度得分为7.16±1.98。Pearson相关分析结果显示:结核病患者社会支持与自我效能感总分呈正相关(r=0.565,P<0.001)。结论:结核患者的自我效能和社会支持均处于中等水平,社会支持与自我效能呈密切相关。建议护理人员采取知识宣教、患者互助、医患交流、亲属陪护等多方面的干预措施,以增加患者的自我效能。     

The neural correlates of attachment style during emotional processing: an activation likelihood estimation meta-analysis

Attachment style is a relatively stable trait linked to emotion regulation and coping as measured by questionnaire responses. An increasing number of functional brain imaging studies have explored the neural underpinnings of attachment style during emotional processing. However, until now, an overall picture of brain regions involved in this trait remained unexplored. Here, we conducted a meta-analysis of 12 peer-reviewed studies on attachment style using activation likelihood estimation (ALE) in functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). We observed a significant negative correlation between avoidance attachment scores and activation of left inferior frontal gyrus to emotional stimuli, implying an inhibition processing for emotional stimuli in people with high avoidance attachment. In addition, there was a significant positive correlation between anxiety attachment scores and activation of left amygdala during emotional processing, which suggested an increased vigilance to emotional stimuli.     

Buffering the effects of peer victimization on adolescent non-suicidal self-injury: The role of self-compassion and family cohesion

Non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) is a significant behavioral problem among adolescents all over the world. This study examined the longitudinal relationship between peer victimization and NSSI, as well as the buffering effects of self-compassion and family cohesion on this relationship. Data were collected at two time points from 525 secondary school students (226 girls; M_age = 12.97, SD = 1.02) in China. Results showed that peer victimization (marginally) significantly predicted NSSI over time even after controlling for Wave 1 NSSI. This association was weakened under the condition of high levels of self-compassion. Findings of this study emphasize the buffering effect of self-compassion in the relationship between peer victimization and NSSI, and are informative for prevention and intervention of this behavioral problem.     

Expression pattern of NMDA receptors reveals antiepileptic potential of apigenin 8-C-glucoside and chlorogenic acid in pilocarpine induced epileptic mice

The present study was aimed to evaluate the effect of apigenin 8-C-glucoside (Vitexin) and chlorogenic acid on epileptic mice induced by pilocarpine and explored its possible mechanisms. Intraperitonial administration of pilocarpine (85 mg/kg) induced seizure in mice was assessed by behavior observations, which is significantly (p > 0.05) reduced by apigenin 8-C-glucoside (AP8CG) (10 mg/kg) and chlorogenic acid (CA) (5 mg/kg), similar to diazepam. Seizure was accompanied by an imbalance in the levels of Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) and glutamate in the pilocarpine administered group. Moreover, convulsion along with reduced acetylcholinesterase, increased monoamine oxidase and oxidative stress was observed in epileptic mice brain. AP8CG and CA significantly restored back to normal levels even at lower doses. Further, increased lipid peroxidation and nitrite content was also significantly attenuated by AP8CG and CA. However, CA was found to be more effective when compared to AP8CG. In addition, the mRNA expression of N-methyl-d-aspartate receptor (NMDAR), mGluR1 and mGlu5 was significantly (P ≤ 0.05) inhibited by AP8CG and CA in a lower dose. The mRNA expression of GRIK1 did not differ significantly in any of the group and showed a similar pattern of expression. Our result shows that AP8CG and CA selectively inhibit NMDAR, mGluR1 and mGlu5 expression. Modification in the provoked NMDAR calcium response coupled with neuronal death. Hence, these findings underline that the polyphenolics, AP8CG and CA have exerted antiepileptic and neuroprotective activity by suppressing glutamate receptors.     

Idiopathic paroxysmal kinesigenic dyskinesia in Malaysia,a multi-racial Southeast Asian country

Paroxysmal kinesigenic dyskinesia is a rare disorder, and there are few reports of Asian patients with this condition. We reviewed the clinical features of all patients with idiopathic paroxysmal kinesigenic dyskinesia (PKD) seen at a major neurological centre in Malaysia. The charts of 11 patients with idiopathic PKD seen between 1995 and 2008 were reviewed retrospectively. The male:female ratio was 9:2. Ten patients were of Chinese ethnicity, and one was Malay. Three patients (from two families) had a family history of PKD. The involuntary movement was dystonia in 73% of patients. In one patient, attacks were precipitated by vestibular stimulation. One patient had generalized epilepsy. Another patient who did not have epilepsy demonstrated epileptiform discharges. Only slightly over one-quarter of patients had a positive family history. Males, and people of Chinese ancestry, seem to be affected more frequently by PKD in certain Asian populations.

数据挖掘是一种新的信息处理技术.文章在对数据挖掘进行概述的基础上,以某高校教务管理系统应用为例,说明在学校教学管理中,数据挖掘能从海量数据中找出有价值、有意义的数据,为教学管理的科学决策提供参考,既提高了教学管理工作的效率和质量,又减少了工作人员的工作量.
