目的:探讨测量MRI腘绳肌腱横截面积在行前交叉韧带重建术前与前交叉韧带重建中移植物的相关性。方法:收集2021年11月至2022年3月在骨关节科拟行前交叉韧带重建术的50例患者的MRI资料,男32例,女18例,年龄19~48(31.1±8.7)岁。术前对半腱肌和股薄肌腱进行MRI测量并记录,然后在关节镜下行前交叉韧带重建术,术中取股薄肌腱与半腱肌腱来制备最终所需移植的肌腱,并且在术中测量已制备好的最终移植物的直径。最后使用统计学软件分析得到数据。结果:MRI测量半腱肌肌腱横截面积、股薄肌肌腱横截面积、半腱肌肌腱与股薄肌肌腱横截面积之和与前交叉韧带术中所需移植物的直径大小呈显著正相关,r值分别为0.858、0.728、0.842(P<0.001),半腱肌肌腱与股薄肌肌腱横截面积之和的曲线下面积(area uder curve,AUC)、灵敏度、和特异性分别为0.925、90.48%、85.71%。结论:在进行前交叉韧带重建术的患者中,术前MRI测量与术中腘绳肌移植直径大小有具有较强的统计学相关性,半腱肌肌腱与股薄肌肌腱横截面积之和对于前交叉韧带重建术中移植物的直径大小有较高的预测价...  相似文献

目的 研究小檗碱联合绿原酸对MC3T3-E1细胞分化作用及对绝经后骨质疏松小鼠的干预作用,并探讨其可能的机制。方法 观察小檗碱、绿原酸及两药联用对MC3T3-E1细胞增殖和分化能力的影响,并检测细胞中Wnt3a、β-catenin及成骨分化相关基因mRNA的表达水平。在体构建绝经后骨质疏松症小鼠模型,随机分为模型组、小檗碱组、绿原酸组及两药联用组,同时设置假手术组为对照,尾静脉给药8周后处死小鼠,检测其血清BALP、BGP含量,Micro-CT扫描观察小鼠股骨微结构变化,免疫组织化学法检测小鼠股骨Wnt3a和β-catenin蛋白表达,HE染色观察小鼠重要器官的组织病理结构变化。结果 与正常组相比,小檗碱组、绿原酸组及两药联用组对MC3T3-E1细胞增殖率无明显影响,但均可促进MC3T3-E1细胞成骨分化能力和矿化水平,以两药联用组最明显;并且两药联用组能显著升高Wnt3a、β-catenin、ALP、Runx2、OPN和OCN mRNA的表达(P<0.01)。体内实验表明,与模型组相比,两药联用组小鼠血清BALP、BGP含量明显降低,股骨微观结构得到明显改善,股骨Wnt3a和β...  相似文献

Objective: Flower herbs are an important category of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, some of which are used as healthcare tea in folk. However, the increasing adulteration of medicinal herbs is threatening consumer safety. The adulteration of flower herbs and their healthcare tea products in the market were investigated. Methods: A total of 33 flower herb samples from several retail pharmacies in China were randomly collected and 27 flower healthcare tea samples were purchased online. They were identified using ITS2-based Traditional Chinese Medicine Database (TCMD). Additionally, Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and the adulterants were compared in the ITS2 secondary structures. Results: There were one adulterant (Inulae Flos) in flower herb materials and eight adulterants in healthcare tea samples. Inula linariifolia was an adulterate species of Inulae Flos, Robinia pseudoacacia was of Sophorae Flos, and Lonicera macranthoides was of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos. Sophorae Flos and Lonicerae Japonicae Flos were two healthcare tea products with high adulteration rates. Conclusion: The TCMD is powerful tool to identify flower herbs and the adulterants that frequently occurred in the flower herb market, especially online shops.  相似文献

Some eight years ago it was found that certain smooth muscle relaxants exert their effect by opening a specific K+ channel resulting in cell membrane hyperpolarization. The use of K+channel openers (cromakalim, pinacidil and RP-52891) and compounds which antagonize their actions (glibenclamide, phentolamine and alinidine) has enabled a great deal of research to be performed into the role of this K+ channel, not only in smooth muscle, but also in cardiac and skeletal muscle as well as neural and endocrine organ function. Much of the attention has centred on the smooth muscle relaxant actions of the K+ channel openers, since they have potential therapeutic use in disorders involving smooth muscle over-reactivity such as hypertension and asthma. More recently the cardiac actions of the K+ channel openers have become the focus of interest. Although there appear to be good theoretical reasons why K+ channel openers may be of use in some arrhythmias and in ischaemic heart disease there are major hurdles to overcome. In particular, given that the effect of these compounds on vascular smooth muscle occurs at a concentration 20- to 100-fold lower than that required to produce cardiac effects, it is likely their therapeutic usefulness will be limited until a breakthrough in cardiac/vascular selectivity is made. There is also growing interest in endogenous K+ channel openers and the physiological role of the K+ channel which they open. Opening of K+ channels, either spontaneously or by endogenous regulators, could possibly be an important hypotensive mechanism both under normal conditions and in a number of pathological conditions. Research into these areas will need to continue if the true therapeutic potential of K+ channel openers and their antagonists are to be realized.  相似文献

目的:研究血浆半乳糖凝集素3水平在慢性心脏衰竭(CHF)中的临床价值。方法:选取(纽约心脏协会心功能分级II-IV级)慢性心力衰竭患者120例及对照组40例。酶联免疫吸附法测定血浆Gal-3和NT-proBNP水平。超声心动图检查测定舒张期左房内径(LAD),左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD),左室射血分数(LVEF)。受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析Gal-3或NT-proBNP水平在CHF的诊断价值。结果:心衰组Gal-3水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且随心功能分级的增加而升高。同时血浆Gal-3水平与LAD呈正相关(r=0.280,P<0.05),与左室舒张末期内径成正相关(r=0.496,P <0.05),与LVEF呈负相关(r=-0.634,P<0.01)。血浆Gal-3水平与NT-proBNP呈正相关(r=0.766,P<0.01)。Gal-3对诊断心衰同样有较高诊断价值。结论:血浆Gal-3水平与CHF具有一定相关性,血浆Gal-3水平与左室结构和功能变化相关,表明Gal-3参与了CHF左室重构过程,Gal-3对慢性心衰的诊断价值也很高。  相似文献

BackgroundYes-associated protein 1 (YAP1) is highly expressed in liver cancer and has been used as an independent prognostic marker for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), while inhibition of YAP1 slows down the progression of HCC. Interleukin-18 (IL-18) also tends to be highly expressed in liver cancer. Previous research has proved that dihydroartemisinin (DHA) plays an important role in HCC treatment by reducing YAP1 expression. However, the relationship between YAP1 and IL-18 has not been reported in HCC, especially during DHA therapy.ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship between YAP1 and IL-18 in HCC cells, and to explicit the role of IL-18 in the treatment of HCC by DHA.Methods and resultsWe found that YAP1 and IL-18 were highly expressed in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma by bioinformatics analysis. Moreover, YAP1 was positively correlated with IL18 in liver cancer. YAP1 and IL18 correlated with immune cell infiltration, notably T cell exhaustion. YAP1 knockdown decreased IL-18 expression, while YAP1 overexpression increased the IL-18 expression in HCC cells. DHA reduced IL-18 expression through YAP1 in HCC cells. Further, DHA reduced the growth of Hepa1–6 cells subcutaneous xenograft tumors by inhibiting the expression of YAP1 and IL-18. However, DHA improved IL-18 in serum and adjacent tissues from DEN/TCPOBOP-induced liver tumor model in C57BL/6 mice.ConclusionYAP1 was positively correlated with IL-18 in HCC. DHA reduced the expression of IL-18 by inhibiting YAP1 and plays a role in the treatment of HCC. Our study suggested that IL-18 is a potential target for the treatment of HCC, and DHA is a promising drug for HCC therapy.Data availabilityThe dataset that supports the findings of this study is available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.  相似文献
