目的:观察慢性肾脏病(CKD)不同阶段血成纤维细胞生长因子23(FGF23)水平变化及其与甲状旁腺素(PTH)等生化指标的相关性,初步探讨FGF23在CKD进展中与矿物质代谢相互关系及对机体的影响。方法:选择78例估算的肾小球滤过率(eGFR)波动在4~96ml/(min·1.73m2)CKD住院患者及20例健康志愿者,测定外周血FGF23及其他生化指标,分析它们之间的相关性。结果:(1)各组CKD患者血FGF23水平均高于健康对照组,LogPTH各组间差异性显著(P<0.05),LogFGF23及血磷在CKD4,5期组中存在显著性差异(P<0.01),而CKD1~2期组与CKD3期组之间无明显差异(P>0.05);(2)四组间血磷(r=0.54,P<0.01)、LogPTH(r=0.61,P<0.01)及1,25羟维生素D3[1,25(OH)2D3](r=0.32,P<0.01)与LogFGF23均呈显著正相关,而eGFR(r=-0.64,P<0.01)与LogFGF23呈显著负相关;(3)FGF23甲旁亢组值(4372.25±1996.66pg/ml)较非甲旁亢组值(2943.99±1981.21pg/ml)明显升高(P<0.01),LogFGF23与LogPTH仅在甲旁亢组中显著正相关(r=0.569,P<0.01),而LogFGF23与1,25(OH)2D3仅在非甲旁亢组中显示正相关(r=0.437,P<0.05);两组中LogFGF23与eGFR均显著负相关,但与血磷间均有正相关性;(4)多元线性回归分析显示多因素(年龄、血清白蛋白、活性维生素D3、eGFR及"有甲旁亢")与LogFGF23有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:(1)血FGF23水平在CKD早期已高出正常,并随着肾功能减退不断升高,在终末期异常升高。(2)慢性肾脏病终末期血磷水平显著升高并刺激FGF23生成增加,高FGF23水平与继发性甲旁亢发生相关。(3)年龄、活性维生素D3、肾功能状态、营养状况及有无"甲旁亢"均能影响血FGF23水平。  相似文献

The assessment of glioma proliferation rate is important to predict tumor behavior, response to therapy and prognosis. Various methods, largely involving immunohistological markers in tissue samples, have been proposed to this aim; however, they all require tissue removal through a biopsy or during a surgical procedure. Consequently, non-invasive imaging modalities that could reliably assess the proliferative potential of intracranial space-occupying lesions in vivo would be of obvious significance. In the present study we review the contribution of MRI, positron emission tomography and single-photon emission CT for the assessment of the proliferative potential of gliomas.  相似文献

针药结合对缺血性脑血管病患者血浆神经肽的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的临床观察针刺结合生脉注射液静滴治疗缺血性脑血管病的疗效,并从神经肽的角度探讨其可能机制。方法观察针药结合治疗前后缺血性脑血管病患者的神经功能缺损程度变化情况,并用放免法测定治疗前后血浆中内皮素-1(ET-1)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、心钠素(ANP)、C-型利钠肽(CNP)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)的含量。结果针药结合治疗缺血性脑血管病的总有效率为91%,患者神经功能的改善与血浆中ET-1(r=0.393,P=0.029),CGRP(r=-0.432,P=0.009),β-EP(r=0.449,P=0.007)变化的相关性具有显著性意义。结论针刺结合生脉注射液静滴是临床治疗缺血性脑血管病的一种有效方法,患者神经功能的康复可能与本方法具有调节ET-1,CGRP,β-EP这3种神经肽的作用相关。  相似文献

BackgroundTranscutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) is thought to have potential to treat obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to determine whether adding TEAS to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and clomipramine would improve the efficacy of these conventional treatments in OCD.MethodsIn this randomized controlled trial, 360 OCD patients were assigned to receive TEAS combined with CBT plus clomipramine (Group A, n = 120), TEAS combined with CBT plus placebo (Group B, n = 120), and simulated (placebo) TEAS combined with CBT plus clomipramine (Group C, n = 120) for 12 weeks. The primary outcome was measured using the Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS).ResultsOCD symptoms in all patients reduced over time, however Groups A and B had a significantly greater reduction in Y-BOCS total score and the subscale for obsession and compulsion between week 2 and week 12 compared to Group C. Groups A and B had similar scores on these measures. Both groups had significantly higher rates of clinical response than Group C (88.3% and 81.7% vs. 67.5%, respectively, p < 0.001); and higher rates of remission (30.0% and 22.5% vs. 9.2%, respectively, p < 0.001). Group B experienced fewer adverse events than the other two groups.ConclusionsTEAS enhances the efficacy of conventional OCD interventions and avoids the adverse effects associated with conventional pharmacological treatment. It can be considered as an effective adjunct intervention for OCD.  相似文献

The main cause of air pollution is PM2.5, which directly causes lung injury through respiration. Oxidative stress and inflammation are considered to be the key mechanism of cell damage. Pyroptosis is a process of the programmed death of inflammatory cells and as a dangerous endogenous signal, it is widely involved in different inflammatory diseases. However, few studies have been conducted on PM2.5 exposure and cell pyroptosis. In this study, we aimed to investigate the effect of PM2.5 on apoptosis, pyroptosis and cell cycle arrest regulated by reactive oxygen species production. Balb/c mice were exposed to PM2.5 dynamically and verified by the RAW264.7 cells in vitro. The results showed the activation of NF-κB and NLRP3 inflammasome and the release of IL-1β and reactive oxygen species were caused by exposure to PM2.5. The maturation of IL-1β relied on Caspase-1, and the active Caspase-1 was related to cell pyroptosis. Oxidative stress, inflammation, apoptosis and pyroptosis all affected the cell cycle. This study describes a potentially important mechanism of PM2.5-induced lung damage that PM2.5 promotes lung injury via upregulating ROS-NLRP3-mediated the RAW264.7 cells pyroptosis.  相似文献

目的:研究microRNA-21抑制剂(miRZip-21)联合伊马替尼对慢性髓系白血病细胞K562的细胞生长及周期的影响。方法:用慢病毒空载体pmiRZip或表达载体pmiRZip-21转染293TN细胞收获慢病毒颗粒miRZip或miRZip-21,分别感染K562细胞,采用Northern杂交检测microRNA-21的表达;然后对K562细胞进行以下不同处理:miRZip感染、miRZip-21感染、伊马替尼处理和miRZip-21感染与伊马替尼处理联合使用,采用MTT法检测后3种处理后细胞生长情况,流式细胞仪检测4种处理后细胞周期运行情况。结果:与miRZip感染比较,miRZip-21感染导致K562细胞中microRNA-21表达降低,细胞周期运行受到阻滞;而与miRZip-21感染或伊马替尼处理比较,miRZip-21感染与伊马替尼处理联合使用导致K562细胞生长速度明显减慢,细胞存活率显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),细胞周期运行也受到严重的阻滞。结论:miRZip-21联合伊马替尼能够协同抑制K562细胞生长及细胞周期运行。  相似文献
