The development of genetically modified plants for agriculture has provided numerous economic benefits, but has also raised concern over the potential impact of transgenic plants upon the environment. The rhizosphere is the soil compartment that is directly under the influence of living roots; it constitutes a complex niche likely to be exploited by a wide variety of bacteria potentially influenced by the introduction of transgenes in genetically modified plants. In the present study, the impact of overexpression of the salinity stress-tolerant minichromosome maintenance complex subunit 6 (MCM6) gene upon functional diversity and soil enzymatic activity in the rhizosphere of transgenic tobacco in the presence and absence of salt stress was examined. The diversity of culturable bacterial communities and soil enzymes, namely, dehydrogenases and acid phosphatases, was assessed and revealed no significant (or only minor) alterations due to transgenes in the rhizosphere soil of tobacco plants. Patterns in principal components analysis showed clustering of transgenic and non-transgenic tobacco plants according to the fingerprint of their associated bacterial communities. However, the presence of MCM6 tobacco did not cause changes in microbial populations, soil enzymatic activities or the functional diversity of the rhizosphere soil microbial community.  相似文献

目的 暗色丝孢霉病是由多种暗色孢科真菌感染引起的真菌性皮肤病.由葡萄状维朗那霉引起的暗色丝孢霉病少见,文中报道1例葡萄状维朗那霉所致的皮肤暗色丝孢霉病.方法 取患者皮损进行真菌镜检、培养及组织病理检查,并对分离菌种行rDNA ITS测序鉴定.结果 显微镜下见大量有隔分枝的菌丝,棕褐色,侧面及末端可见分生孢子,分生孢子呈直线型,偶见分枝,壁光滑.培养见大量毛绒状暗色菌落.皮损组织病理显示慢性肉芽肿性炎,组织中可见有隔的分枝或不分枝的褐色菌丝.PAS和吉姆萨染色阳性.分子测序鉴定为葡萄状维朗那霉.确诊后伊曲康唑加热疗等综合治疗取得良好效果.结论 该病例致病菌为葡萄状维朗那霉,选用伊曲康唑加热疗治疗有效.  相似文献

Epidermal proliferative diseases consisted of a series of common skin diseases, most of which were recurrent chronic skin diseases, and had greatly negative influence on the life quality of patient. Retinoids exhibited vital roles in the treatment of many skin diseases. Our recent study demonstrated that adapalene significantly inhibited the growth of HaCat cells, and the inhibitory activity was stronger than other retinoids, such as all-trans-retinoic acid, acitretin, isotretinoin, tazarotene, and bexarotene. Further study showed that adapalene suppressed the colony formation of HaCat cells, and it dramatically triggered S-phase arrest and apoptosis, rather than G1 phase arrest which was reported in other retinoids in several studies. Additionally, adapalene treatment greatly upregulated the protein expression of DNA damage marker γ-H2AX, which was in accord with the results of the elongation of tail moment by comet electrophoresis analysis. Moreover, DNA damage was triggered and DNA repair was suppressed synchronously with adapalene treatment, which accounted for the mechanism of S-phase arrest induced by adapalene. In summary, our recent work demonstrated that adapalene showed strong anti-proliferation activity in HaCat cells and could be an alternative agent for the epidermal proliferative disease.  相似文献

PurposeStudies have shown an increased risk for mortality in patients with psoriasis. Furthermore, research has demonstrated an inverse relationship between 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25[OH]D) level and all-cause mortality. This study investigated the association between 25(OH)D level and all-cause mortality in US adults with psoriasis.MethodsData from NHANES (1999–2014 and mortality data through December 31, 2015) were analyzed. Quartiles of 25(OH)D level were created based on 25(OH)D levels among patients. Cox proportional hazards models were used for estimating hazard ratios (95% CI) for all-cause mortality.FindingsA total of 82,091 participants were enrolled in the NHANES study from 1999 to 2014. Overall, 610 patients with psoriasis were identified in NHANES. The mean (SD) duration of follow-up was 5.61 (3.38) years (3427.92 person-years). The hazard ratio for mortality in the fully adjusted model was 0.12 (95% CI, 0.02–0.60; Ptrend = 0.01) in patients with a high 25(OH)D concentration compared to those with 25(OH)D deficiency.ImplicationsThe 25(OH)D concentration was significantly inversely associated with all-cause mortality among these patients with psoriasis. Studies have shown an increased risk for mortality in patients with psoriasis compared to the general population. Vitamin D is not regularly metabolized in patients with psoriasis due to their skin abnormality. Vitamin D supplementation has been associated with a reduced mortality in patients with psoriasis. In practice, attention to vitamin D level is crucial, as is the use of vitamin D supplementation, for improving the health of these patients.  相似文献
