目的研究分析血液样本溶血对临床生化检验的影响。方法对2013~2014年我院78例健康检验患者来进行探讨分析,要求患者在晨时空腹状态接受血液采集,将这些血液样本分成两份,进行常规生化检验以及诱导溶血生化检验,对检验结果进行比较分析。结果经过检验后,两份血液样本中的ALT、AST、LDH以及K+含量等均是在经过诱导溶血后的样本中比较高,ALP含量在诱导溶血后的样本中比较低。结论临床进行血液检验的时候,如果样本发生了溶血情况,那么检验结果就会受到影响,导致检验结果不准确,所以应该要积极的避免血液样本发生溶血的情况。  相似文献

A large number of long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been found to be implicated in varieties of tumors. However, the contributions of lncRNAs to tumorigenesis in renal clear cell carcinoma (RCCC) remain largely unknown.We performed a genome-wide analysis of lncRNA expression in RCCC and matched nontumor (NT) tissues to identify new targets for further study of renal carcinoma.The genome-wide analysis of lncRNA expression in 3 RCCC and matched NT tissues were conducted using 4 × 180K Agilent lncRNA Chips and 6 lncRNAs were selected and validated by qRT-PCR in 90 RCCC patients. The differentially expressed lncRNAs and mRNAs were recognized through P value and fold-change (FC) filtering. Potential targets associated with RCCC were identified by gene ontology and pathway analyses. Construction of the co-expression network was accomplished using Cytoscape.A total of 3862 lncRNAs and 2935 mRNAs were deregulated in RCCC tissues, compared with paired NT tissues. PCR results showed the expressions of these 6 lncRNAs were consistent with the chips. Moreover, the co-expression network analysis portended 641 nodes and 571 connections between 109 lncRNAs and 532 coding genes. Lastly, NONHSAT123350 could be involved in the pathogenesis of RCCC and its expression level was closely related to disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) in patients without distant metastasis.Our results indicated that these abnormal lncRNAs could respond to renal carcinoma progression and NONHSAT123350 may act as a potential target for future treatment of RCCC.  相似文献

Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor among women in China, which seriously threatens women's physical and mental health. Tumorigenesis is closely related to the dysregulation of cell cycle. The cell cycle progression includes interphase and mitotic phase (M phase). Cyclin B1 is a key protein in regulating M phase, which is essential for the whole cell cycle progression. CyclinB1 can be degraded through ubiquitination mediated by the anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C). However, the mechanism of how CyclinB1 is deubiquitinated in breast cancer still remains unclear. In this study, we discovered that CyclinB1 interacted with ubiquitin-specific peptidase 14 (USP14). Based on the deubiquitinating function of USP14, we detected the effect of USP14 on the ubiquitination of CyclinB1. Inhibiting the activity of USP14 or USP14 knockdown significantly increased the ubiquitination of CyclinB1. In accordance with this, knocking down USP14 arrested cell cycle at G2/M phase. Knocking down USP14 with siRNAs significantly inhibited the proliferation and migration of breast cancer cells. In conclusion, our study demonstrated that USP14 regulated the cell cycle of breast cancer cells by regulating the ubiquitination of CyclinB1, which will provide a solid theoretical basis for the development of anti-cancer drugs targeting USP14.  相似文献

We reported on the ascending reticular activating system (ARAS) finding of a patient in whom severe injury of the cerebral cortex was detected following a hypoxic-ischemic brain injury (HIBI).A 67-year-old female patient who suffered from HIBI induced by cardiac arrest after surgery for lumbar disc herniation underwent cardiopulmonary resuscitation approximately 20 to 30 minutes after cardiac arrest. The patient exhibited impaired alertness, with a Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score of 4 (eye opening: 2, best verbal response: 1, and best motor response: 1). Approximately 3 years after onset, she began to whimper sometimes and showed improved consciousness, with a GCS score of 10 (eye opening: 4, best verbal response: 2, and best motor response: 4) and Coma Recovery Scale-Revised score of 9 (auditory function: 1, visual function: 1, motor function: 2, verbal function: 2, communication: 1, and arousal: 2).Results of diffusion tensor tractography for the upper connectivity of the ARAS showed decreased neural connectivity to each cerebral cortex in both hemispheres. The right lower ARAS between the pontine reticular formation and the thalamic intralaminar nuclei (ILN) was thinner compared with the left side.Severe injury of the upper portion of the ARAS between the thalamic ILN and cerebral cortex was demonstrated in a patient with some level of consciousness.  相似文献
