小儿腭裂修复术后麻醉恢复期的观察与护理

腭裂是口腔颌面外科常见的先天畸形，手术修复是唯一有效的治疗方法，术后护理直接关系到手术的成功与否，特别是全身麻醉恢复期，患儿易出现各种意外，故应加强护理，采取有效预防措施，以确保麻醉恢复期平稳度过，保证手术成功。我科2001年3月-2006年4月收治腭裂患儿396例，全部安全度过麻醉恢复期。现将护理体会总结如下。     

医院工作水平评价方法的探讨

本文就如何利用医院工作现成统计资料,依据数学概率论和模糊数学概念和医院工作指数的计算,作为评价医院工作水平的方法做了初步探讨。应用该法对若干医院实际工作进行了模拟评价,其结果与实际情况基本一致。并对用 dBASE(?)关系数据库编制评价医院工作水平程序做了简单的介绍。     

In search of the central respiratory neurons: II. Electrophysiologic studies of medullary fetal cells inherently sensitive to CO2 and low pH.

Although extensively pursued, the central respiratory neurons have remained elusive. We departed from the more conventional physiologic and morphologic methods of system and tissue examination and cultured dissociated fetal rat cells (Fitzgerald et al., J Neurosci Res 33:579-589, 1992) from the area of the nucleus ambiguus and the nucleus tractus solitarius located within the 2 mm rostral to the obex. Pacemaker-like cells, with a regular single or bursting activity, studied at 3-5 weeks of age, responded to very small pulses of CO2 (50 ms) and low pH with an increase in spike frequency and a decrease in spike amplitude. Other irregularly beating or silent cells did not respond or else required very large pulses (> 200 ms) to do so. The pacemaker cells also responded to hypoxia induced by administration of sodium hydrosulfite with an increase in spike frequency and amplitude; high oxygen (> 600 torr) and adenosine produced a decrease in electrical activity. Most of these cells were multipolar after staining with antibodies to neuron-specific enolase (NSE) and Fragment C of tetanus toxin. They did not stain for choline acetyltransferase (ChAT). The results suggest that these cultured cells, expressing a phenotype inherently responsive to CO2 and low pH, have the characteristics of central respiratory chemoreceptors, and may be involved in the generation of the respiratory rhythm.     

人甲胎蛋白时间分辨免疫荧光分析试剂盒的研制

目的研制人甲胎蛋白(hAFP)时间分辨免疫荧光分析(TRFIA)试剂盒.方法采用双抗体夹心法建立AFP TRFIA 试剂盒,对试剂盒的各项指标进行评价.结果试剂盒的可测范围为l～1 000 U/ml,灵敏度为0.17 U/ml,精密度良好,批内和批间的精密度分别为3.3%～5.9%,3.7%～6.5%.与CEA、CA12-5、CA19-9、CA15-3、白蛋白无交叉反应.稳定性试验表明试剂可以在4℃稳定1年,37℃稳定7 d.426份正常血清标本测试该试剂盒的正常参考值范围是0～12 U/ml.用本试剂盒与国外同类试剂盒同时检测60份血清标本,其相关系数为0.995.结论试剂盒各项指标(灵敏度、精密度、特异性、稳定性、准确度)均达到临床检测要求,可替代国外同类产品试剂盒.     

Acupuncture Treatment of Frequent Urination

Patient Liu （a male office worker of a company in Beijing）, aged 49, paid his first visit on March 10, 2003, with the chief complaint of frequent urination at night for over one year. One year ago, he started to have frequent urination 4-5 times every night, which disturbed his sleep and made him fatigue during the day. Though he tried to drink less water, the above symptoms couldn＇t be alleviated. The condition was accompanied by such symptoms as listlessness, general lassitude,     

Indoor air pollution of coal fumes as a risk factor of stroke, Shanghai.

A cohort of 957 male persons in Shanghai has been followed up for 12 years after they entered a screening program for coronary heart disease and stroke. During the period of study, 24 of the subjects who had no previous history of heart disease and stroke died from stroke. Risk factors for stroke were analyzed by the Cox proportional hazards model. Coal fumes were found to be an independent risk factor for stroke in addition to diastolic blood pressure, age, and cigarette smoking.     

Synthesis and Pharmacological Activity of the Oxidized Fractions of Arabinogalactan from Siberian Larch (<Emphasis Type="Italic">Larix sibirica L.</Emphasis>)

Aqueous solutions of arabinogalactan from Siberian larch (Larix sibirica L.) were subjected to oxidative destruction by a hydrogen peroxide – molecular oxygen system. The obtained high- and low-molecular-weight fractions of oxidation products were characterized by chemical and spectral methods and tested for pharmacological activity.
