目的 研究放松训练法对高考学生身心健康的影响 ,为考生心理健康水平的提高 ,减轻考前焦虑提供科学措施。方法 选择同一学校两个高中三年级的班级 ,分别作为对照组 ( n=72 )和放松训练组 ( n=70 )。高考前的 3个月开始进行全身放松训练 ,每天约 2 5分钟 ,连续两个半月。比较训练前后两组考生的心理健康水平 ,并评价放松训练法的作用效果。结果 对照组考生在考前半个月 SCL-90的阳性项目数以及焦虑、强迫、躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁等 5项因子分和 SAS总均分均显著高于 3个月前 ;放松训练组考生经 2个半月的放松训练后 ,其 SCL-90的焦虑、强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、躯体化等 5项因子分和 SAS总均分均显著低于放松训练前 ,且阳性项目数、总均分以及焦虑、强迫、抑郁、躯体化、人际敏感等 5项因子分和 SAS总均分均显著低于对照组高考前半月的相应分值。结论 随着高考的临近 ,考生的心身反应增多且加重 ,心理健康水平明显下降 ;全身放松训练法能有效改善考生的各种心身反应和紧张焦虑状况 ,有利于保护考生的心理健康 相似文献

Carriage of nuclear dehydrogenating clostridia has been associated with colon cancer and implicated in its aetiology. This study has compared the carriage of these organisms in a British population at high risk for the development of colon cancer with a low risk Nigerian population. Clostridia were found in all of the stools from both populations. Nuclear dehydrogenating clostridia were only found in the stools of the British subjects (32%). These results support the suggestion that the carriage rate of nuclear dehydrogenating clostridia in a population is related to the risk of colon cancer. 相似文献

X-linked spinal and bulbar muscular atrophy (SBMA) is caused by a CAG
repeat expansion in the first exon of the androgen receptor (AR) gene.
Disease-associated alleles (37-66 CAGs) change in length when transmitted
from parents to offspring, with a significantly greater tendency to shift
size when inherited paternally. As transgenic mice carrying human AR cDNAs
with 45 and 66 CAG repeats do not display repeat instability, we attempted
to model trinucleotide repeat instability by generating transgenic mice
with yeast artificial chromosomes (YACs) carrying AR CAG repeat expansions
in their genomic context. Studies of independent lines of AR YAC transgenic
mice with CAG 45 alleles reveal intergenerational instability at an overall
rate of approximately 10%. We also find that the 45 CAG repeat tracts are
significantly more unstable with maternal transmission and as the
transmitting mother ages. Of all the CAG/CTG repeat transgenic mice
produced to date the AR YAC CAG 45 mice are unstable with the smallest
trinucleotide repeat mutations, suggesting that the length threshold for
repeat instability in the mouse may be lowered by including the appropriate
flanking human DNA sequences. By sequence-tagged site content analysis and
long range mapping we determined that one unstable transgenic line has
integrated an approximately 70 kb segment of the AR locus due to
fragmentation of the AR YAC. Identification of the cis - acting elements
that permit CAG tract instability and the trans -acting factors that
modulate repeat instability in the AR YAC CAG 45 mice may provide insights
into the molecular basis of trinucleotide repeat instability in humans.

Abnormal spontaneous firing of primary sensory neurons is considered to be a cause of neuropathic pain. However, pathogenic mechanisms of hyperexcitable sensory neurons in neuropathic model animals are unclear. We examined effects of chronic treatment of nerve growth factor (NGF), one of candidate mediators for the pathogenesis, on excitability of sensory neurons by voltage-clamped recording in a cell-attached configuration. From rat dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neurons cultured without NGF, only stable holding currents without spontaneous firing activity were recorded. On the other hand, more than 20% neurons cultured in the presence of NGF for more than 3 days showed spontaneous current spikes at frequencies between 0.1 and 5 Hz. Each spikes had an initial inward phase followed by the outward phase, resulted from spontaneous transient depolarization followed by transient hyperpolarization. These spontaneous spikes were abolished by tetrodotoxin, lidocaine and reduction of extracellular concentration of Na+ from 154 mM to 100 mM, in all-or-none fashion, suggesting that spontaneous current spikes reflected spontaneous action potentials. From these results, it became evident that DRG neurons of adult rats had a nature to respond to NGF and obtained the abnormal hyperexcitability to fire spontaneously. 相似文献

本文对41例健康儿童和17例反复上呼吸道感染患儿外周血淋巴细胞腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)活性进行了检测。在此基础上筛选出2例反复上感伴ADA活性低下患儿。在体外对这2例患儿的外周血T淋巴细胞进行培养后,以Lipofectin(脂质体)介导的方法对其进行了外源性ADA基因的基因转移。结果显示:2例患儿体外培养淋巴细胞ADA活性较转基因前升高。同步进行的标志基因pBLacZ的基因转移的检测结果也直观地证实了Lipofectin介导的基因转移是成功的。该研究为ADA-SCID淋巴细胞基因治疗的研究提供了初步的体外实验资料。 相似文献

Ascidians belong to the primitive chordates and their larvae show symmetrical beating of the tail, which is reminiscent of the swimming pattern in primitive vertebrates. Since ascidian larva contains only a small number of neurons in their entire larval nervous system, they will potentially provide a simple model for the study of animal locomotion. In a step towards the goal of establishing the molecular basis underlying ascidian larval neurophysiology, we describe here a Kv4 class of voltage-gated potassium channel, TuKv4, from Halocynthia roretzi. Whole mount in situ hybridization indicates that TuKv4 is expressed in most of larval neurons including motor neurons. TuKv4-currents reconstituted in Xenopus oocytes show currents with similar properties to the lower-threshold A-type currents from cleavage-arrested ascidian blastomeres of neural lineage. However, the voltage-dependency of the steady-state inactivation and activation was shifted leftward by 20 mV, as compared with native A-type currents, suggesting that other components may be required to restore full function of the Kv4 channel. Unexpectedly, another isoform lacking C-terminal cytoplasmic region was also isolated. This truncated isoform did not lead to a functional current in Xenopus oocytes. RT-PCR analysis showed that the truncated form is transiently expressed during larval development, suggesting some developmental role for potassium channel expression. 相似文献
