目的:探讨EB病毒感染与人大肠癌发生的关系。方法:用原位分子杂交法对130例人大肠癌标本中EB病毒小分子RNA片段进行检测。结果:130例标本中有6例(4.48%)癌组织呈阳性反应,其中4例为男性,4例有明显淋巴细胞浸润。结论:EB病毒感染可能与我国部分大肠腺癌的发生有关,肿瘤细胞间质中大量淋巴细胞浸润可能是EB病毒感染的重要病理学特征。 相似文献

目的:观察肝癌形成过程中明胶酶表达(蛋白及mRNA水平)的动态变化,探索明胶酶在肝癌生长浸润中的作用。方法:应用免疫组化法、明胶酶谱法和RT-PCR法对大鼠肝癌形成过程中各期明胶酶表达情况进行观察,并与正常对照组进行比较分析。结果:正常肝组织及肝硬化组织内明胶酶有表达,肝癌形成后主要在癌细胞内表达;明胶酶原在正常肝组织中有低表达,诱癌过程中呈持续增高趋势;明胶酶-2mRNA与其酶蛋白表达趋向一致。结论:在肝癌形成过程中明胶酶转录和翻译水平均呈持续增高趋势。 相似文献

Nineteen N-acyl-5-bromanthranilic acid amides were synthesized via acylation of 5-bromanthranilamide with suitable anhydrides. The antimicrobial activity of the synthesized compounds with respect to Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was evaluated. Compounds with diphenyl, furoyl, and tetrachlorophthalyl moieties in the acyl part of the molecule showed significant inhibition of microbial growth. The minimum inhibiting concentrations of this compounds were 15.6 μg/ml against S. aureus and 15.6 – 31 μg/ml against E. coli. Salmus is a product of Salvia sclarea technology that is widely used in balneary practice. It is established that the analytical characteristics of salmus substance,
as stipulated in the temporal pharmacopoeial article VFS 42-1530-85, are not objective and should not be used for evaluating
the quality of the ready-to-use preparation and for monitoring the process of its manufacturing. TLC data show that salmus
contains all components of sage oil (Russian State Standard GOST 3171-76) except for linalyl acetate. Qualitative specific
color reactions on Silufol TLC plates showed for the first time the presence of flavonoids such as kaempferol, quercetin,
juglanin, quercitrin, and rungioside and revealed one previously unknown substance, probably, of a flavonoid nature. The TLC
data also showed the presence of condensed tannins and chlorophylls. It is suggested to perform quantitative analysis and
identification of biologically active substances in salmus using methods for determining the content of reducing sugars (carbohydrates)
and oxidizable components. New procedures for determining the sum of essential oils and flavonoids using the total content
of extractable components have been developed and verified. It is suggested that these substances are among the main therapeutic
components of salmus.

Ischemic injury plays an important role in chronic renal transplant failure (CRTF). Down-regulation of ecto-adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase) in combination with up-regulation of ecto-5'-nucleotidase is a hallmark of ischemic injury. We studied the expression of renal ecto-5'-nucleotidase and ecto-ATPase in experimental renal transplantation. Fisher 344-to-Lewis allografted rats were either treated with an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEi) or left untreated. Lewis-to-Lewis syngrafted rats served as controls. Untreated allografted rats developed proteinuria, glomerulosclerosis, and mild intimal hyperplasia. ACEi completely prevented focal and segmental glomerulosclerosis (FGS) and proteinuria, but significantly enhanced intimal hyperplasia. Untreated allografted rats revealed marked vascular ecto-5'-nucleotidase activity, which increased with ACEi. Vascular ecto-5'-nucleotidase activity was absent in syngrafted animals. Ecto-5'-nucleotidase activity correlated well with intimal hyperplasia. Glomerular ecto-ATPase expression was significantly reduced in untreated allografted rats compared to syngrafted rats and correlated well with the extent of FGS. ACEi prevented reduction in glomerular ecto-ATPase. We found de-novo expression of ecto-5'-nucleotidase at sites of renal intimal hyperplasia. Glomerular ecto-ATPase expression was markedly reduced in allografted rats and was prevented by ACEi. These enzyme expression patterns suggest local ischemic damage in experimental CRTF. 相似文献
