Steuerliche Einordnung der wirtschaftlichen Vorteile aus einer Vertragsarztzulassung

Abstrakt  Der wirtschaftliche Vorteil einer Vertragsarztzulassung stellt kein gesondert zu bewertendes Wirtschaftsgut dar, sondern einen wertbildenden Faktor des Wirtschaftsguts “Praxiswert” im Rahmen des Gesamtkaufpreises zum Erwerb der Vertragsarztpraxis.     

Recurrent hemangiopericytoma and brachytherapy

A 42-year-old woman had two recurrences following excision of a hemangiopericytoma of the left orbit. A third local excision was followed by postoperative brachytherapy (55 Gy in 100 hours). One year later there is no sign of recurrence and the side-effects are minimal.     

The optimal follow-up time for a basal cell carcinoma of the eyelid

A retrospective study of 56 patients with a basal cell carcinoma of the lid, seen at the Orbital Center between 1981 and 1989, is presented. In 31 patients an eye-saving, histopathologically confirmed, radical excision of the tumor was performed. The patients routinely had an 18-mouth follow-up period for the detection of recurrences. The necessity of this follow-up time after proven radical excision is questioned.
