Mechanisms of protective action of radix Salviae miltiorrhizae (RSM) against experimental hepatic injury in rats]

The results indicated that RSM could significantly inhibit the lipid peroxidation of normal livers and cultured hepatocytes of rats, induce liver microsomal cytochrome P450 in normal rats, increase nucleic acids, proteins, urea and cerolloplasmin of damaged cultured hepatocytes of rats, relieve ultrastructural damage of cultured hepatocytes induced by CCl4. The pharmacological actions mentioned above should be considered as important mechanisms of RSM against liver injury.     

1993年云南省瑞丽等地吸毒者艾滋病病毒感染定群研究

１９９３年３月对已建立一年的吸毒者定群研究现场──云南省德宏州瑞丽市、陇川县及潞西县再次进行调查。本次调查７５５例吸毒者及１０２例配偶。从１９９２年进入定群研究ＨＩＶ阴性的８９例静脉吸毒者中，１９９３年又采到血样有５４例，其中９例血清转阳。瑞丽市、陇川县及潞西县１９９２年和１９９３年静注者血清阳转率（／百观察人年）分别为４３．２％及４０．０％，１２．２％及１２．２％，０％及０％。１９９３年新进入定群研究的１１６例静注者中，采集到血样的有１０４例，发现ＨＩＶ阳性３８例。上述三市县１９９２年及１９９３年入定群研究的静注者的ＨＩＶ感染率分别为８１．８％及８５．７％，４４．６％及４０．０％，５．１％及０％。可以看出血清阳转率的高低与ＨＩＶ感染率高低相吻合。ＨＩＶ阳性者的配偶１９９０、１９９２及１９９３年的ＨＩＶ感染率分别为３．１％、９．８％和７．４％，有上升趋势。潞西县ＨＩＶ阳性者少，静脉注射出现时间晚，但近年来静脉吸毒者比例上升快，值得注意。     

高效液相色谱法测定脑活素注射液中的氨基酸含量及肽图分析

本文采用高效液相色谱法分析研究了进口药品脑活素注射液中的氨基酸含量及其低分子肽的肽图。试验结果反映了该药品的内在质量,同时提出控制质量的可靠方法.     

工业X射线探伤防护剂量水平的研究

本文介绍了用实验方法研究不同管电压, 钢板厚度与散射线之间的关系.结果表明, 透射比随管电压升高而增加, 并随钢板厚度增加而下降；散射比随散射角的增大而逐渐下降, 至180°时为最低值。此研究为X射线探伤作业的辐射防护提供了依据。     

医院老年病房四季全膳食中十五种矿物质元素的测定及评价

对我院老年病房四季１１２份全膳食中的１５种元素（钾、钠、钙、磷、镁、锌、铜、铁、锰、硒、铝、钴、铬、钼、镍）进行了实测。结果表明：钾的平均日摄入量为１８０９＋３８ｍｇ，接近ＲＤＡ值的下限；钠的平均日摄入量为５９７２±１４６ｍｇ远高于１１００～３３００ｍｇ的供给标准。钙、磷、镁的日摄入量已达到了ＲＤＡ值的标准。全膳食中锌、铜的含量分别为１１．６８±０．１９ｍｇ和１．７２±０．１０ｒｎｇ，略低于ＲＤＡ值（１５ｍｇ及２～３ｍｇ）的标准，锰含量为３．４１±０．０９ｍｇ硒为９８±２．５μｇ，都处于安全与适宜摄入范围（２．５～５．０ｍｇ和５０～２００μ９）。钴、铬、钼、镍均为人体必需的微量元素、目前我国尚未建立有关营养供给量标准。该项研究结果可为今后确定其推荐供给量标准提供必要的基础资料．     

重庆市新生儿高胆红素血症患儿G6PD基因突变类型及临床特点

目的研究重庆市新生儿黄疸儿G6PD三种常见基因突变与其临床表现特点之间的关系。初步估计其基因突变频率并探讨其临床意义和遗传学特征。方法应用突变特异性扩增系统(ARMS)法,检测54例重庆市新生儿黄疸儿的G6PD基因突变类型。结果检出G1388A突变39例(72%),G1376T突变8例(15%),未定型者7例(13%)。未检出G95A。结论本研究首次对重庆市新生儿黄疸儿进行G1388A、G1376T和A95G突变检测。提示G1388A和G1376T为重庆市新生儿黄疸儿G6PD缺乏症基因突变的主要类型。ARMS法是一种简便、快速、经济的检测G6PD已知基因突变的方法。本研究发现这两种突变类型仅见于中国人和华裔人群,具有遗传学及临床意义。     

预防艾滋病健康教育媒体材料效果评价比较研究

目的评价4种预防艾滋病健康教育媒体材料的信息传播效果和材料效果。该材料由课题组于2003-2005年间设计制作，包括“艾滋病知识”折页、“了解艾滋病”海报、“预防艾滋病健康教育手册”和“认识艾滋病”宣教片等4种。方法2005年12月在珠海市选取小学以上文化程度的18～60岁外来工为测试对象，随机分组对4种材料分别进行评价，各调查了251、248、257和252人，共1008人。通过问卷调查了解受访者的一般情况和对材料信息的可接受性、通俗性和材料形式的生动性等8项指标的评价，采用分级定量赋分的方法进行量化评分，采用SPSS10．1统计软件进行统计分析、比较。结果4种材料的信息传播效果和材料效果总得分平均值分别为74．2±15．0、77．7±13．5、73．0±13．8和77．2±13．6，得分最高的是海报，为77．7±13．5分，最低的是手册，为73．0±13．8分，差异有统计学意义，这种差异主要体现在信息传播效果的差异，而材料效果的差异无统计学意义。通俗性、简明性、生动性和可接受性是影响得分高低的主要因素。结论海报是最适合用于城市外来工进行预防艾滋病健康教育的传播材料，其次是宣教片。     

Transformation of immortal, non-tumorigenic osteoblast-like human osteosarcoma cells to the tumorigenic phenotype by nickel sulfate

Epidemiological studies have indirectly linked compounds ofchromium, nickel and arsenic to human carcinogenesis. However,there is no evidence that metal compounds can transform humancells to the tumorigenic phenotype in culture. We show herethat exposure to 36 µM NiS0₄ for 48–96 h resultsin transformation of an immortal, non-tumorigenic, osteoblast-likecell line, HOS TE85, to the tumorigenic phenotype. Continuouspassaging following treatment leads to the formation of a fewdense foci. The cells isolated and expanded from the foci aremorphologically transformed, and form anchorage-independentcolonies of the size and abundance comparable to that formedby Kirsten murine sarcoma virus transformed HOS TE85 cells.The transformed cells from tumors in nude mice, have enhancedlevels of plasminogen activators and have lost the ability toform model bone matrix on extended culture in the presence ofascorbic acid and ß-glycerophosphate. A number ofcell lines have been established from nude mouse tumors. Cytogeneticanalysis reveals 16 marker chromosomes and an aberrant chromosome16. This is the first report of the transformation of a humancell line to tumorigenic phenotype by a metal carcinogen.     

Computation of Time-Constant Histograms from the Forced Expired Volume-Time Curves

An efficient BASIC program was established on Apple-Ⅱmicrocomputer with the CHESTAC-35F pulmonary function testing system tocalculate the time-constant histogram from the spirogram.By a set of analogousstudies,we confirmed that the recovered time-constant histogram was within onecompartment of the assumed one and that the root of mean square values of theresiduals between the experimental and model volume-time curves was 0.02.Infour healthy adult subjects,the mean value of time-constant histograms(TCx)hadthe variation coefficient 6.6％.The results show that our method is reliable andreproducible,and it can be used for clinical investigation.
