包膜活性炭吸附血液灌流清除人血浆中毒鼠强的实验   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的:观察包膜活性炭对血浆中毒鼠强的清除率及吸附规律。方法:实验于2004-05/2006-04在军事医学科学院毒物药物研究所国家重点实验室完成。采用包膜活性炭灌流器对毒鼠强血浆样进行血液灌流吸附,在灌流的1,2,3h分别取样,经乙酸乙酯萃取后,用气相色谱氮磷检测器法(GC/NPD)测定其含量并计算清除率。结果:活性炭对毒鼠强的吸附作用在血液灌流1h最高,灌流2h后毒鼠强质量浓度无明显变化。400,200μg/L毒鼠强血液灌流1h清除率分别为(57.83±1.85)%,(48.18±1.81)%。结论:用包膜活性炭吸附剂进行血浆的灌流吸附,能清除大部分毒物,迅速降低血浆中毒鼠强的质量浓度。  相似文献

Trigeminal pain processing was studied in 14 patients with unilateral migraine attacks and 14 age- and sex-matched patients with comparable unilateral headache from frontal sinusitis. Using a nociception-specific blink reflex method (nBR), a facilitation of nBR responses predominantly on the headache side was observed in migraine, but not in sinusitis. The facilitation of trigeminal nociception may be specific for migraine rather than a consequence of peripheral pain such as frontal sinusitis.

BACKGROUND: Tinea pedis is a common dermatophyte infection with frequent recurrences. Terbinafine (presently used as a 1-week topical treatment of tinea pedis) is now available in a novel topical solution (film-forming solution--FFS), developed to allow single application. OBJECTIVES: To demonstrate the efficacy and safety of terbinafine 1% FFS in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, phase III trial, and to determine relapse or re-infection rate of tinea pedis at 12 weeks. PATIENTS/METHODS: Fifty-four centres (27 in France; 27 in Germany) enrolled 273 evaluable patients (2 : 1 randomization). Patients applied terbinafine 1% FFS or placebo only once between, under and over the toes, soles and sides of both feet. Efficacy assessments included direct microscopy, mycological culture, and clinical signs and symptoms at baseline, and at weeks 1, 6 and 12 after the single drug application. RESULTS: Effective treatment (negative mycology plus absent/minimal symptoms) at week 6 in the terbinafine 1% FFS group was 63%; vehicle was 17% (P相似文献

Organophosphate insecticides, such as Vapona, Naled, and Rabon, are highly potent inhibitors of an enzyme found in human monocytes. The enzyme, a specific monocyte esterase, could be inhibited by Vapona in blood samples via airborne contamination at levels easily achieved from commercial slow-release insecticide strips. Fifty percent inhibition (I50)--as measured on the Hemalog D (Technicon Corp.)--occurred at solution concentrations of 0.22, 1.5, and 2.6 X 10(-6) g/liter for Vapona, Rabon, and Naled, respectively. Parathion (a thiophosphate) and Baygon (a carbamate) were less potent, with I50 values of 3.7 X 10(-5) and 1.5 X 10(-4) g/liter, respectively. Dursban (another thiophosphate) and Carbaryl (a carbamate) showed only marginal inhibition. Eserine, malathion, nicotine and pyrethrum had no inhibitory effect up to 0.5 g/liter. The occurrence of this effect in vivo has not yet been shown, nor is it clear what the implications of such an effect would be. The inhibition of this enzyme by airborne contaminants, however, may interfere with the proper functioning of the Hemalog D.  相似文献

We investigated the role of autocrine production of human (h) GH in the attachment and spreading of mammary carcinoma cells in vitro. We used a previously described model system for the study of the autocrine/paracrine role of GH in which the hGH gene (MCF-hGH) or a translation-deficient hGH gene (MCF-MUT) was stably transfected into MCF-7 cells. No differences in attachment to a collagen matrix between MCF-hGH and MCF-MUT cells were observed in either serum-free medium (SFM) or medium containing exogenous hGH, 5% serum, or 10% serum. In contrast, MCF-hGH cells spread more rapidly on a collagen matrix than did MCF-MUT cells. Exogenous hGH and 10% serum interacted with autocrine production of hGH in an additive manner to increase cell spreading. MCF-hGH cells formed filipodia and stress fibers earlier than MCF-MUT cells during the process of cell spreading and possessed marked differences in morphology after spreading. MCF-MUT cells displayed uniform and symmetrical formation of stress fibers, whereas MCF-hGH cells displayed irregular and elongated stress fiber formation. The level of cytoplasmic phosphotyrosine was increased in MCF-hGH compared with MCF-MUT cells during spreading and displayed colocalization with Janus kinase 2 (JAK2). Basal JAK2 tyrosine phosphorylation was increased, and it increased further on spreading in MCF-hGH cells compared with MCF-MUT cells. Transient transfection of JAK2 complementary DNA resulted in interaction with autocrine hGH to increase the rate of cell spreading in MCF-hGH cells compared with MCF-MUT cells. Treatment with a selective JAK2 tyrosine kinase inhibitor (AG 490) reduced the rate of MCF-hGH cell spreading to the rate of MCF-MUT cell spreading. Thus, we conclude that autocrine production of hGH enhances the rate of mammary carcinoma cell spreading in a JAK2-dependent manner.  相似文献
