The change in ocular refractive components after cycloplegia in children   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
PURPOSE: To study the change in ocular refractive components after cycloplegia in children. METHODS: Anterior chamber depth, lens thickness, vitreous chamber length, and ocular axial length were measured in 135 Chinese children (270 eyes) before and after cycloplegia. The corneal curvatures of 136 selected eyes were studied before and after cycloplegia with a computerized video keratoscope. RESULTS: Anterior chamber depth increased (P <.001) while both lens thickness and vitreous chamber length decreased (P <.001) significantly after cycloplegia regardless of the refractive state. However, axial length increased in hyperopic eyes (P =.027) but decreased in myopic eyes (P =.008) after cycloplegia. Mean corneal power of zones 3 mm (MD3, P =.009) and keratometer K1 readings increased (P =.025) in hyperopic eyes, while MD3 (P =.033), K1 (P =.039) and K2 (P =.003) readings decreased in myopic eyes significantly after cycloplegia. Mucosal high risk human papillomaviruses (HPVs) have been shown to be the major cause of cervical cancer. However, the reason why the low risk HPVs only cause proliferative but non-invasive lesions of infected epithelia remains elusive. Because p53 interacts with high risk HPVs E6 and plays a very important role in carcinogenesis, it is assumed that low risk HPVs E6 might interact with p53 in a different pattern. We used mammalian green fluorescent protein (GFP) tagged and polyhistidine (His) tagged proteins expression systems to express HPV-11E6 fusion proteins in wild-type (wt)p53 cell lines, such as 293T and MCF-7 cells to trace the traffic and location of E6s and p53. We showed that: (1) Following transfection, HPV-11E6 was predominantly expressed in the cytoplasm; (2)Using immunocytochemistry and Western blotting, endogenous wt p53 was shown to be trapped in cytoplasm by HPV-11E6 expression. (3) Apoptosis was increased in HPV-11E6 expressed cells. In conclusion, the entrapment of endogenous wt p53 in cytoplasm by the low risk HPV-11E6 may be one of the reasons why low risk HPV is not able to induce malignant transformation.  相似文献

目的:通过测量脑外伤患者脑脊液中17种游离氨基酸的含量及治疗后变化情况,了解脑外伤患者脑脊液中游离氨基酸变化规律,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:采用日本日立835—50高速氨基酸分析仪,检测患者脑损伤后(1d、3d、7d)脑脊液中游离氨基酸的含量及治疗后变化情况。结果:脑外伤后有11种氨基酸有明显变化,6种变化不明显。其中谷氨酸、天门冬氨酸这二种兴奋性氨基酸含量明显增高,经治疗后逐渐恢复正常。结论:脑外伤患者在伤后脑脊液中游离氨基酸含量17种中有11种显著增高,6种变化不明显。经治疗7d后,基本恢复正常。  相似文献

We propose a simple but rapid strategy to fabricate self-crosslinked dual-crosslinking elastomers (SCDCEs) with high mechanical properties. The SCDCEs are synthesized through one-pot copolymerization of Butyl acrylate (BA), acrylic amide (AM), and 3-Methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (MEMO). Both the amino group on AM and the methoxy group on MEMO can be self-crosslinked after polymerization to form a dual-network crosslink consisting of hydrogen bonds crosslink and Si-O-Si covalent bonds crosslink. The SCDC endow optimal elastomer with high mechanical properties (the tensile strength is 6MPa and elongation at break is 490%) as the hydrogen bonds crosslink can serve as sacrificial construction to dissipate stress energy, while covalent crosslinking networks can ensure the elasticity and strength of the material. These two networks also contribute to the recoverability of the elastomers, leading them to recover their original shape and mechanical properties after being subjected to deformation in a short time.  相似文献

目的 提高生死教育课程思政教学效果。 方法 基于“因事而化、因时而进,因势而新”理念设计生死教育课程思政教学方案,对90名选修该课程的本科医学生进行教学。对比开课前后学生的生命态度,并在结课后收集学生对课程的评价。 结果 结课后,学生的生命态度总分及生命意志意义、生命控制、苦难接纳、死亡接纳4个维度得分显著高于开课前(均P<0.05);在课程评价中,96.67%学生认为课程思政教学方案符合认知规律和接受特点,90.00%学生认为满足了其心理需求和思想期待,95.56%学生认为收获较大,92.22%学生对课程满意。 结论 基于“三因”理念的生死教育课程思政教学有利于提升学生的生命态度和思政素养水平,学生总体获益感较高,教学效果满意。  相似文献

The interaction between viral membrane associate proteins and host cellular surface molecules should facilitate the attachment and entry of OsHV-1 into host cells. Thus, blocking the putative membrane proteins ORF25 and ORF72 of OsHV-1 with antibodies that have previously been reported to subdue OsHV-1 replication in host cells, especially ORF25. In this study, prey proteins in host hemocytes were screened by pull-down assay with recombinant baits ORF25 and ORF72, respectively. Gene Ontology (GO) analysis of these prey proteins revealed that most of them were mainly associated with binding, structural molecule activity and transport activity in the molecular function category. The protein–protein interaction (PPI) network of the prey proteins was constructed by STRING and clustered via K-means. For both ORF25 and ORF72, three clusters of these prey proteins were distinguished that were mainly associated with cytoskeleton assembly, energy metabolism and nucleic acid processing. ORF25 tended to function in synergy with actins, while ORF72 functioned mainly with tubulins. The above results suggest that these two putative membrane proteins, ORF25 and ORF72, might serve a role in the transport of viral particles with the aid of a cytoskeleton inside cells.  相似文献
