孕妇产前心理状态与需求的调查

目的对孕妇产前心理状态及其影响因素进行调查和评定,以探讨心理因素对分娩方式的影响。方法用综合医院焦虑/抑郁情绪测定量表,采用调查问卷法。结果有焦虑/抑郁症状组与无焦虑/抑郁症状组剖宫产率分别为80%和30%,差异有非常显著性(χ2=25.25,P<0.01);两组产后出血和新生儿阿氏评分,差异也有非常显著性,对婴儿的哺乳喂养方式(母乳、混合、人工)两组亦存在显著性差异(χ2=7.36,P<0.05)。结论产前对有焦虑/抑郁障碍的孕妇进行科学、整体的护理,实施有效的心理干预,可以减轻甚至消除焦虑/抑郁情绪,使孕妇处于最佳身心状态,保障母婴平安度过分娩期。     

上海市闵行区性病门诊本地和外来病人的比较研究

目的分析和比较上海市闵行区性病门诊本地与外来病人的流行病学特征。方法对2001~2004年上海市闵行区3家设有标准化性病门诊的公立医院进行门诊病历的回顾性分析。结果外来人口约占全部性病门诊病人的50%,其中女性病例占18.2%,未婚者占23.8%,均高于本地同类人员的比例;外来病人年龄偏低,多重感染者比例较高;男女外来病人与本地病人的首诊原因和症状排位相同,均以淋病感染为主;外来病人随访率(81.2%)较本地病人低(86.0%)。结论性病门诊本地和外来病人在人口学特征、诊疗行为上存在差异,防制措施应有所不同和侧重。

应用HACCP的原理和方法,对超市连锁店熟食卤味销售进行了危害因素分析,找出了关键控制点(CCP),提出了控制措施,并建议超市连锁店销售非包装熟食卤味时使用密封低温冷藏展示柜。     

DNA-Methylierung von monohalogenierten Methanen in F-344 Ratten

Monohalogenated methanes (methyl chloride, methyl bromide and methyl iodide) are mutagenic and carcinogenic. The possible mechanism of these effects, DNA methylation, was studied. DNA adducts from orgnas of F344 rats exposed to these chemicals were separated and identified with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and gaschro-matography/massspectrometry (GC/ MS). DNA adducts, 7-methylguanine (7-MeG) and O⁶-Methylguanine(0⁸-MeG), incorporation of¹⁴C into de novo synthesis of nucleobases could be observed in enzymatic DNA hydrolysates by HPLC and determination of the radioactivity in the fractions. The formation of DNA add,ue,ts in the studied organs was only quantitatively different. The formation of O⁶-MeG was further pioved by analysing the acidic hydrolysates using HPLC with non-radioactive O⁶MeG as internal standard. 7-MeG and 3-MeA were identified with GC/MS analysis.

The in vitro pharmacological profile of KR31080, a nonpeptide AT1 receptor antagonist

Summary— KR31080 (2-butyl-5-methyl-6-(1-oxopyridin-2-yl)-3-[[2'-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl) biphenyl-4-yl]methyl]-3H-imidazo[4,5-b] pyridine) is a potent inhibitor of angiotensin type 1 (AT₁) receptors in rabbit aorta and human recombinant AT₁ receptors. In the isolated rabbit thoracic aorta, KR31080 caused a nonparallel shift to the right of the concentration-response curves to angiotensin II (All) with decreased maximal response (pD'₂ = 10.1 ± 0.1), but had no effect on the contractile response induced by norepinephrine. KR31080 inhibited specific [¹²⁵I]AII binding to rabbit aortic membranes (AT, receptors) and [¹²⁵I][Sar¹, Ile⁸]AII binding to human recombinant AT₁ receptors in a concentration-dependent manner with IC₅₀ values of 0.84 ± 0.08 nM and 1.92 ± 0.15 nM, respectively, but did not inhibit specific [¹²⁵I)AII binding to bovine cerebellum membranes (ÀT₂ receptors). In the Scatchard analysis, KR31080 interacted with rabbit aortic AT₁ receptors in a competitive manner, similar to losartan. These results demonstrate that KR31080 is a potent and AT₁ selective angiotensin receptor antagonist which exerts a competitive antagonism in the [¹²⁵I]AII binding assay and insurmountable AT₁ receptor antagonism in the functional study.

猕猴桃汁抗环磷酰胺致突变作用的机理

目的用大鼠外周血双核淋巴细胞微核测试法（ＣＢＭＮＴ），在哺乳动物整体水平，研究猕猴桃汁抗环磷酰胺（ＣＰ）的致突变作用以及生物转化Ⅱ相酶的作用。方法测定大鼠外周血双核淋巴细胞微核细胞率及肝组织中总谷胱甘肽硫转移酶（ＧＳＴ）、尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸转移酶（ＵＤＰＧＴ）、谷氨酰胺转肽酶（γＧＴ）活性。结果猕猴桃汁对ＣＰ诱发的大鼠外周血双核淋巴细胞微核细胞率有显著抑制作用，能明显诱导大鼠肝脏总ＧＳＴ、ＵＤＧＴＰ活性，但对γＧＴ活性无显著影响。大鼠外周血双核淋巴细胞微核细胞率与总ＧＳＴ、ＵＤＧＴＰ活性呈明显负相关。结论猕猴桃汁抗ＣＰ致微核形成作用的机理可能是通过诱导机体外来化合物代谢解毒酶系，加速ＣＰ的代谢灭活     

HBsAg母婴传播的研究

对HBsAg(+)母亲所生婴幼儿,连续两年的动态观察,发现这些婴幼儿的感染绝大多数皆在出生3个月后,其感染频率与母亲HBsAg的滴度成正相关,表明母婴传播阻断应以HBsAg(+)母亲所生之子女为重点对象。
