睾丸原发性恶性淋巴瘤——附10例报道

目的报道10例睾丸原发性恶性淋巴瘤,并分析其临床表现、形态学牲及免疫表型。方法 采用HE及免疫组织化学方法,对标本切片进行染色,显微镜观察分析。结果患年龄为38～76岁,中位年龄56．25岁。临床表现主要为睾丸无痛性弥漫性肿大。病变部位：右侧5例,左侧4例,双侧1例。组织学形态均为恶性弥漫性非霍奇金淋巴瘤,免疫表型B细胞来源9例,T细胞来源1例。结论睾丸弥漫性无痛性肿大在中老年患应考虑睾丸原发性恶性淋巴瘤的可能,最后确诊要依靠病理形态学及免疫组织化学来证实。     

良性前列腺增生症的血清PSA

目的　探讨良性前列腺增生症 (BPH)血清前列腺特异性抗原 (PSA)的临床特点。方法　回顾性分析 111例住院待术和 45 7例普查中诊断的BPH的PSA、PSAD情况。结果　手术组和普查组的PSA和PSAD值分别为 6 .5 8± 7.49ng/ml、0 .12± 0 .15和 3.77± 4.6 0ng/ml、0 .9± 0 .11。普查组的PSA值与患者年龄呈显著正相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,而手术组无明显相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。留置导尿的BPH其PSA(7.6 9± 8.0 5ng/ml,P <0 .0 1)和PSAD(0 .13± 0 .17,P <0 .0 1)显著高于非留置导尿者。而直肠指检触及前列腺表面结节者其PSA值 (6 .72± 5 .81ng/ml)也明显高于无结节的患者 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　BPH患者血清PSA个体差异较大 ,留置导尿及前列腺结节均可能引起PSA升高 ,在临床评估中需予综合考虑。     

南柴胡多糖分离与组成的初步研究

南柴胡粗多糖经糖腈乙酰酯化后采用高分辨毛细管气相色谱分析,发现南柴胡粗多糖主要由Ｌ－阿拉伯糖、核糖、Ｄ－木糖、Ｄ－甘露糖、Ｄ－葡萄糖、Ｄ－半乳糖等单糖组成,校正因子法测得它们的摩尔比为０．１０６：２．６５２：４．０７０：０．５１９：０．９３０：２．５１８。     

珍稀中草药金线莲的RAPD研究

为了鉴别金线莲的品种,探索同属植物之间的亲缘关系及同种植物不同产地的遗传变异,并制定正品金线莲的DNA指纹图谱,采用随机扩增多态DNA(RAPD)技术对兰科开唇兰属植物花叶开唇兰Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall．)．Lindl．、台湾开唇兰A.formosanus Hay．进行了鉴定,结果选择的7个引物对3个品种共扩增出98个位点,其中3个引物为高特异性引物。结论 RAPD技术不仅能鉴别种间差异,而且能揭示同种不同产地植物的遗传变异。

阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征腭咽成形术前后多导睡眠图的变化

为评价悬雍垂腭咽成形成术 (UPPP)在治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征 (OSAS)中的意义 ,我们通过多导睡眠图记录仪观察了 13例OSAS患者在接受UPPP前后多导睡眠图的变化。结果显示 :13例患者中 9例有效 ,有效率为 6 9%。提示并非所有接受UPPP的OSAS患者均有效 ,UPPP仅能作为OSAS治疗的方法     

情感障碍与D_(21)s65关联研究

目的：搜寻２１ 号染色体情感障碍易感性基因,探讨Ｄ２１ｓ６５ 多态性与情感障碍的关系。方法：应用微卫星ＤＮＡ 的二核苷酸串联重复序列多态性方法分析Ｄ２１ｓ６５ 与ＡＤ之间关系。结果：没有发现ＡＤ与Ｄ２１ｓ６５关联的证据。结论：本研究结果提示２１ｑ２２．１ 区域不存在ＡＤ易感性基因。
