大鼠肝细胞Ⅰ，Ⅲ型前胶原基因表达及PDGF的影响

目的观察大鼠肝细胞Ⅰ，Ⅲ型前胶原基因的表达及ＰＤＧＦ对其表达的影响．方法应用原位杂交技术检测分离培养的ＳＤ大鼠肝细胞（ｎ＝３０）内Ⅰ，Ⅲ型前胶原基因的表达．同时观察１０μｇ／Ｌ（ｎ＝３０）和３０μｇ／Ｌ（ｎ＝３０）ＰＤＧＦ促进前胶原基因表达的作用．测定基因表达颗粒总面积占细胞总面积的百分比，并作比较分析．结果无论正常肝细胞或是在两种浓度的ＰＤＧＦ存在时，肝细胞内均可见到Ⅰ，Ⅲ型前胶原基因的表达．正常肝细胞Ⅰ，Ⅲ型前胶原基因表达面积的百分比（％）为７７±１９和７５±２１；加１０μｇ／ＬＰＤＧＦ后为１１５±１９和１１２±１０，而加３０μｇ／Ｌ后为１５２±３４及１８１±２８，且在后者中表达明显增强（Ｐ＜００５及Ｐ＜００１）．结论ＰＤＧＦ在转录水平上促进肝细胞胶原的合成．     

Observation on 108 Normal Ophthalmic Arteries in 80 Patients by Digital Subtraction Angiography

By digital subtraction angiography(DSA), the authors made observations on 108 normal ophthalmic arteries in 80 patients with regard to the origins, courses, branching, morphology and anastomoses of the vessels. The merits and demerits of DSA in observing the ophthalmic artery were discussed. Eye Science 1994; 10: 157- 162.     

广东省梅县乡(镇)卫生院卫生人力资源的现状调查分析

乡(镇)卫生院是农村三级医疗预防保健网的中心环节,是我国农村实现“2000年人人享有卫生保健”的关键。本文通过对广东省梅县乡(镇)一级卫生院卫生人力状况的调查分析,结果表明,目前该县乡镇卫生院的机构稳定,卫技人员占编比例合理,年龄较轻,成为今后农村卫生院发展的优势。但存在着卫生技术人员的总体数量不足,素质较差,各类专业技术人员的构成比例失调和层次分布不合理等问题,同时提出了如何加以改善的对策措施。     

Positive and negative interactions in the behavioural expression of D1 and D2 receptor stimulation in a model of Parkinsonism: role of priming.

Previous exposure to a dopaminergic agonist (priming) strongly potentiates contralateral turning behaviour in response to D1 and D2 agonists in unilaterally 6-hydroxydopamine-lesioned rats. In order to study the influence of priming on the behavioural interaction of D1 and D2 receptors, we examined the effect of selective D1 and D2 receptor blockade on the contralateral turning induced by the mixed D2/D2 agonist apomorphine in drug-naive and primed 6-hydroxydopamine-lesioned rats. In drug-naive rats, apomorphine induced a dose-related, apparently monophasic rotation curve. Administration of selective D1 (SCH 23390) or D2 (raclopride) antagonists abolished the contralateral turning induced by 0.1 mg/kg of apomorphine and partially inhibited that induced by 0.5 mg/kg. In primed rats low doses of apomorphine (0.05 mg/kg) induced an apparently monophasic contralateral turning which was reduced by D1 receptor blockade and completely abolished by D2 receptor blockade; a higher dose of apomorphine (0.1 mg/kg) instead elicited a biphasic (two-peak) pattern of rotation. After this dose of the agonist, blockade of D1 or D2 receptors abolished the second peak of rotation but, while D1 blockade reduced the total number of turns, D2 blockade failed to do so. Quantitative analysis of the interaction between D1 and D2 receptors in the overall turning effect, as well as in the time-course of turning behaviour, indicates that D1 and D2 receptors interact not only positively but also negatively. After higher doses of apomorphine, both negative and positive interactions take place sequentially during the time-course of apomorphine action and provide a clue for explaining the two-peak pattern of rotation observed after apomorphine in rats previously exposed to the drug.     

Cytoskeletal alterations might account for the phylogenetic vulnerability of the human brain to Alzheimer's disease

A theory is presented here in the attempt to explain why Alzheimer's disease (AD) primarily affects areas of the human brain that have been acquired recently in phylogenesis. Disturbances in cytoskeletal function are proposed to play a fundamental role in triggering the sequence of pathologic events leading to the occurrence of AD-related histopathological markers and to the degeneration and death of neurons. These deficits are supposed to occur more likely in neuronal populations that possess a high degree of plasticity, the substrate of memory functions, and that constitute, in fact, the phylogenetically new telencephalic regions of the human brain.     

中国军人个性特征的调查分析

为了解我军不同人员的个性特征，建立军人的艾森克个性问卷（ＥＰＱ）常模，为我国军事心理学研究提供依据，采用修订的ＥＰＱ（成年）对全军１９６２２人的个性特征进行了调查，其中陆军１３２４５人，海军１２８４人，空军１５８３人，学员３５１０人。结果：军人精神病质和神经质量表分均显著低于全国常模，内外向量表分高于全国常模，效度量表分则与全国常模近似。军人个性的内外向以中间居多（５２．５％）、其余依次为外向（１９．７％）、倾向外向（１８．２％）、倾向内向（５．９％）和内向（３．７％）；情绪稳定度呈中间、稳定、倾向稳定、倾向不稳、不稳者分别占４３．９％、１９．８％、１４．９％、１１．５％和９．９％。提示军人个性有其特征，本研究结果可作为我国军人的ＥＰＱ常模。     

人乳头瘤病毒感染超微结构观察

本文对5例典型尖锐湿疣标本及10例可疑人乳头瘤病毒感染标本进行透射电子显微镜观察。结果典型尖锐湿疣标本中仅1例于细胞核内见到人乳头瘤病毒,排列规则呈结晶状。其余14例标本的细胞内均见不同程度的由病毒感染所引起的非特异性病理变化。本文对人孔头瘤病毒及受感染细胞的超微结构进行了初步探讨。     

RP—HPLC用于紫苏油及其习用品白苏油,野苏油的鉴别

本文采用RP－HPLC方法对紫苏油及其习用品白苏油、野苏油甘油酯进行了定性定量分析。利用HPLC分析油脂也为中药材真伪鉴别提供了一条有效途径。
