目的:测定炎痛净乳膏中双氯芬酸钠和苯佐卡因的含量。方法:高效液想象以谱法,甲醇为提取溶剂,地西泮为内标,No-va-PakC18色谱柱,甲醇-水-冰醋酸(80:20:0.5)为流动相,检测波长为283nm。结果:双氯芬酸钠和苯佐卡因在5μg/ml-40μg/ml范围内,其浓度与峰面积均呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率分别为101.0%,RSD=1.21%,99.8%,RSD=0.62%。结论:本法专属性强,操作简便,结果准确。 相似文献

The diagnosis was made by radiography. Lymphocytes use a considerable amount of energy, mainly in the form of ATP, especially when they become stimulated following activation by antibodies or mitogens. Cellular respiration is the major energy source, and in quiescent cells the ATP produced is used to drive protein synthesis and sodium transport. In stimulated cells there is significantly higher ATP production to balance the higher ATP demand of specific processes resulting from activation. The major ATP-consuming processes under these conditions are protein synthesis and Na(+),K(+)-ATPase (about 20% each), while Ca(2+)-ATPase and RNA/DNA syntheses contribute about 10% each. There is a wealth of available information about glucocorticoid effects on lymphocytes, but here we focus on the extent to which this lymphocyte bioenergetic machinery is targeted by glucocorticoids when they are used therapeutically at high doses. High-dose glucocorticoids have been shown recently to interfere with processes that are essential for the activation and maintenance of lymphocytes, such as sodium and potassium transport. Therefore, in this article we describe the bioenergetics of lymphocytes in resting, activated, and glucocorticoid-treated states and present a concept for discussion to describe the relationship among these states in fundamental and clinical terms. 相似文献

OBJECTIVES: To determine the usefulness of sE-selectin as a marker for early diagnosis and stratification of rheumatoid arthritis. METHODS: We investigated several markers of disease activity, including circulating adhesion molecules and other standard laboratory tests, in a 2-3 year followup analysis of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. RESULTS: The mean +/- SD levels of sE-selectin (91.68 +/- 31.8 ng/ml versus 49.83 +/- 14.76 ng/ml) and rheumatoid factor (375.7 +/- 394.4 U versus 44.66 +/- 37.63 U) were strongly elevated in severe (n = 15) versus mild (n = 7) courses of disease. Statistical calculation of mean and standard deviation revealed that sE-selectin represents a highly significant marker for the presence of persistent and aggressive disease over time, regardless of therapeutic intervention and observation time points (P = 0.0004). Notably, regression analysis identified constant values for all parameters analyzed and, therefore, a stable course of the disease could be predicted from the beginning.
