双硫腙化学修饰电极溶出伏安法测定人体中痕量铅

我们研制了双硫腙化学修饰电极,并应用于人体中痕量铅的测定。由于该电极电解富集铅具有特效性,因而本法测铅有较高的灵敏度和较好的选择性。检出下限为2.5×10~(-10)mol/L(受空白所限)。实测人体样品,铅的回收率 SD为97.3±5.7％,变异系数CV为5.9％。

Zinc is closely related to children's health and growth.' We selected 120 children with low serum zinc. Adopting random double-blind method, we treated two groups of children,. 60 each, with sulphate zinc syrup and licorice acid zinc capsules respectively.     

Effects of acute thioridazine, metoclopramide and SCH 23390 on the basal activity of A9 and A10 dopamine cells

Extracellular single-unit recording techniques were employed to examine the effects of various dopamine (DA) antagonists on the basal activity of spontaneously active DA cells. Metoclopramide and thioridazine were both effective in reversing apomorphine-induced suppression of A9 and A10 DA cells. SCH 23390 produced only a partial reversal of this suppression. When the antagonists were given without any pretreatment, thioridazine preferentially increased the firing rate of A10 DA cells, and was relatively ineffective in altering A9 activity. Metoclopramide, on the other hand, increased the activity of most A9 DA cells, but was less effective in doing so with A10 cells. SCH 23390 did not significantly affect the basal activity of either cell subpopulation. These data support the hypothesis that the so-called 'atypical' antipsychotic drugs act preferentially on the A10 DA system. Taken together with previous results, they also suggest that the acute effects of DA antagonists on DA cell subpopulations coincide with their chronic effects.     

Lung cancer and prior tuberculosis infection in Shanghai

In a population-based case-control study of lung cancer in Shanghai involving interviews during 1984-86 with 1,405 cancer patients and 1,495 controls, a significant 50% elevation in the risk of lung cancer, adjusted for cigarette smoking, was observed among persons who had a history of tuberculosis. Among those diagnosed with tuberculosis within the past 20 years, the risk exceeded 2.5-fold. In males the lung cancers tended to occur on the same side as the previous tuberculosis infection. For both sexes, the effect of recent tuberculosis was most apparent for adenocarcinoma and peripheral tumours. No relationship was found between lung cancer risk and the type of tuberculosis therapy, including use of isoniazid. The findings suggest that tuberculosis may predispose to lung cancer, with the association most apparent among recent survivors of the infection.     

医院工作水平评价方法的探讨

本文就如何利用医院工作现成统计资料,依据数学概率论和模糊数学概念和医院工作指数的计算,作为评价医院工作水平的方法做了初步探讨。应用该法对若干医院实际工作进行了模拟评价,其结果与实际情况基本一致。并对用 dBASE(?)关系数据库编制评价医院工作水平程序做了简单的介绍。     

中空纤维超滤膜净化水质的效果评价

对中空纤维超滤膜净化水质效果的检测和评价结果显示，它能有效的滤除水中细菌，改善水质的感官性状，去除部分水中有机物，降低水中致突变活性物质的含量。提示它在预防水的生物性污染，改善水质感官性状及控制有机物污染等方面具有较高的使用价值。     

肝素治疗小儿肾病综合征的远期效应

采用无抗凝作用剂量肝素皮下注射治疗小儿肾病综合征２５例，观察了近期疗效与１２～２４月后对皮质激素或环磷酰胺（ＣＴＸ）治疗反应的关系．结果表明，近期对肝素治疗显效但复发以及有效者，今后用激素或ＣＴＸ治疗均可达完全缓解，无效者则效果较差．本文结果表明，肝素治疗的近期疗效可用于预测肾病患儿的远期预后．     

心脏机械瓣膜置换术后分娩的临床研究

目的 探讨心脏机械瓣膜置换术后分娩的临床处理措施。方法 对19例心脏机械瓣膜置换手术后妊娠及分娩的资料进行回顾性分忻。结果 19例心脏机械瓣膜置换术后产妇均安全度过孕产期。分娩前后心功能Ⅰ～Ⅲ级，分娩时出血200～260m1，胎儿体重2950--3146g。无母婴死亡者，无胎儿出血以及畸形者。结论 心脏机械瓣膜置换术后心功能Ⅰ～Ⅲ级可安全度过孕产期。分娩采用剖宫产术为宜。妊娠期间口服抗凝剂(华法林)不增加分娩时母婴出血和新生儿畸形。
