润滑油抗泡机理的研究 Ⅱ.助泡剂对泡沫倾向的影响及抗泡剂配伍性能

考察了各类添加剂在不同浓度、温度及不同基础油中的泡沫倾向,并测定了这些条件下体系的表面张力。从表面化学角度解释了添加剂对泡沫性质的影响,并通过对抗泡剂配伍性能的研究,验证了消泡机制:抗泡剂须具备高的表面活性才能吸附于泡膜表面,降低泡膜的表面粘弹性,改变膜的流变性能,从而起消泡作用。     

305例老年死亡病例医院感染回顾性调查

本文结果表明,305例老年死亡病例医院感染的发病率为33.8％。感染最多部位为肺部(66.9％),其次为尿路感染(19.4％)。高龄患者,侵袭性操作、多种抗生素联合应用,激素疗法等是诱发医院感染的危险因素。58.8％的病原菌为革兰氏阴性杆菌,37.2％为真菌。31株病原菌药敏结果显示耐药率为33.3％。本文指出合理应用抗生素是预防医院感染的重要措施之一。     

CT-guided stereotactic injection of radionuclide in treatment of brain tumors.

140 patients with brain tumor were treated by CT-guided stereotactic injections of radionuclides, such as Aurum-198 (198 Au), Phosphorus-32 (32 P) and Yttrium-90 (90Y). Of these patients aged from 3 to 67 years (average 37), 64 were male and 76 female. Astrocytoma was found in 75 patients, craniopharyngioma in 46, metastatic carcinoma in 7, meningioma in 5, germinoma in 4 and pituitary adenoma in 3. The tumors were located in the deep part or functionally critical area of the brain. After 267 times of injection of colloidal isotopes, no major adverse effects or complications occurred. Follow-up for 6 to 48 months showed improvement in symptoms in 104 (74.3%) patients and CT scanning showed the diminished tumors.

     

免水分离超声乳化白内障摘除术临床观察

目的 :探讨免水分离术在超声乳化白内障摘除术中临床应用的有效性。方法 :随机选择白内障患者 2 0 0只眼 ,分两组。一组 (对照组 ) 95例 10 0只眼进行常规水分离术 ,二组 (观察组 ) 94例 10 0只眼 ,行免水分离术 ,所有患者均由同一医师进行超声乳化白内障摘除术联合人工晶体植入。临床观察超声乳化能量和时间 ,术后第一天、第三天、一周时视力 ,术中、术后并发症。结果 :( 1)平均超声能量Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级核 ,一组分别是 :( 10 5 6± 4 16) %、 ( 17 88± 2 2 6) %、 ( 2 9 2 2± 3 5 4) %、 ( 3 7 88± 2 67) % ;二组分别是 ( 11 3 0± 1 89) %、 ( 18 76± 1 61) %、 ( 2 7 99± 3 5 8) %、 ( 3 9 2 2± 3 3 3 ) % ;两组平均超声能量差异无显著意义 (t =-0 5 12、 -1 496、 1 70 6、 -1 3 60 ,P =0 615、 0 14 2、 0 0 91、 0 182 ) ;平均超声时间一组分别为 ( 7 5 6±3 2 1)s、 ( 2 6 68± 5 15 )s、 ( 71 72± 17 2 2 )s、 ( 13 7 71± 3 8 60 )s ,二组分别为 ( 9 10± 1 2 0 )s、 ( 2 4 71± 4 0 9)s、 ( 76 17± 18 74)s、 ( 12 2 0 9± 3 5 14 )s ,两组平均超声时间差异无显著意义 (t =-1 42、 -1 415、 -1 3 69、 1 3 3 3 ,P =0 173、0 164、 0 174、 0 190 )。 ( 2 )术后一     

高血压患者左室舒张功能与左室肥厚的关系及随龄改变

为探讨原发性高血压 (以下简称高血压 )患者的左室舒张功能和左室肥厚的关系及其随龄改变 ,抽取 1995年 2月至 2 0 0 2年 7月间门诊高血压患者 4 81例为高血压组 ,以同期体检健康者 2 54 3例为对照组 ,年龄 10～ 80岁 ,并将原发性高血压患者分为 3级 ,每级中按性别分 2组。采用惠普 2 50 0彩色多普勒超声诊断系统检测 2组的室间隔厚度、左室后壁厚度、E/A等指标。使用SPSS软件进行统计学处理分析。结果 :高血压和正常对照组相比E/A显著下降 ,室间隔和左室后壁显著增厚 (P <0 .0 1)。 2个组的E/A均随年龄下降 ,而室间隔厚度随年龄增厚 ,且室间隔厚度和E/A呈显著负偏相关 (P <0 .0 1)。在高血压分级组中 ,Ⅰ～Ⅲ级高血压组中男性的室间隔厚度均厚于女性 (均P <0 .0 1) ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ级高血压组中男性的左室后壁厚度厚于女性 (P <0 .0 5,P <0 .0 1) ,Ⅰ级高血压组中女性的E/A低于男性 (P <0 .0 5)。提示 :左室舒张功能随着年龄的增加而降低 ,而且和高血压左室肥厚呈负偏相关关系 ,性别对其也有一定的影响     

慢性非细菌性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征患者前列腺液中炎症因子差异表达的临床意义

Objective To investigate the role of inflammatory cytokines in the pathogenesis of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CAP/CPPS) patients. Methods The 38 cases with CAP/CPPS patients (18 cases of CAP and 20 cases of CPPS) and 20 cases of healthy controls were selected. The differential expressions of 40 kinds of inflammatory cytokines were detec-ted by antibody arrays in prostate fluid. Results The inflammatory cytokines which increased more than 1.5 times expression have been found. There were seven kinds in CAP including monocyte che-moattractant protein (MCP)-1, solution tumor necrosis factor receptor Ⅱ(s TNF R Ⅱ), platelet-de-rived growth faetor-BB (PDGF-BB), interleukin (IL)-β, IL-11、IL-6、MCP-2 and five kinds in CPPS groups including MCP-1、PDGF-BB、MCP-2、s TNF R Ⅱ、It-11 respectively, compared with healthy control group. The cluster analysis results showed that protein expression of Monocyte chemoattrac-tant protein 1 (MCP-1)and platelet-derived growth factor BB (PDGF-BB) were significantly increased in CAP (3.47 and 2.07 times) and CPPS (2.25 and 2.19 times) compared with healthy control group and were the final polymerization of inflammatory cytokines. The protein expression of interleukin 1 β (IL-1 β), MCP-1 and soluble tumor necrosis factor Ⅱ (s TNF R Ⅱ) in CAP group was increased more than 1.85,1.55,1.67 times compared with CPPS group. Conclusions Elevated expression of inflammatory cytokines may play an important role in the course of CAP/CPPS disease. The extent of the inflammatory response of CAP was higher than CPPS. The inflammatory factors of MCP-1 and PDGF-BB could serve as a novel diagnostic marker.     

8例小儿肾病综合征自体腹水回输的护理

采用血液透析与腹水回输同步进行,对8例肾病综合征合并顽固性腹水患儿进行自体腹水回输治疗及护理。8例患儿治疗过程平稳,无腹水回输并发症发生;治疗后腹水及水肿明显消退。针对患儿特殊生理及心理特点,进行合理的身心护理,预见腹水回输过程中各种并发症,积极预防应对,可降低治疗危险性和并发症的发生率。     

以计算机为基础的教学(CBE)在护理领域的应用现状

随着计算机和网络技术的普及应用，以计算机为基础的教育(Computer Based Education，CBE)特别是多媒体课件的应用在护理教育中越来越受重视。然而，我国CBE在护理领域的应用尚处于起步阶段，也存在着一些缺陷和不足，有待于进一步完善。     

运动性肥大心肌活细胞胞浆游离Ca2+动态变化的激光共聚焦研究以及局部IGF-Ⅰ和AngⅡ的变化

目的:研究运动与心脏重塑过程中心肌胞浆游离Ca2 ([Ca2 ]c)动态变化的生物学机制.方法:采用激光扫描共聚焦显微技术(LSCM)对STDIn Ca2 荧光试剂负载的运动肥大心肌活细胞[Ca2 ]c动态变化进行研究,采用放射免疫测定运动小鼠心肌局部IGF-Ⅰ和AngⅡ含量.结果:运动肥大心肌[Ca2 ]c变化表现为基值稳态和峰值显著升高,达峰时间延长(P＜0.001).心肌局部IGF-Ⅰ和AngⅡ显著升高(P＜0.001).结论:运动性心肌肥大与[Ca2 ]c变化、机械信号、IGF-Ⅰ和AngⅡ关系密切,机械信号、IGF-Ⅰ和AngⅡ可能是引起[Ca2 ]c显著升高,增强心肌收缩能力的胞外刺激因素.
