目的:探讨杏贝冲剂对哮喘气道炎症关键物质磷脂酶A2(PLA2)的影响。方法:以卵蛋白激发造成豚鼠哮喘模型,观察杏贝冲剂作用下PLA2及其介导的支气管-肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中炎细胞成分、血浆炎性介质血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F(6-K-PGF)的变化,并对哮喘症状加以分析。结果:杏贝冲剂治疗组PLA2、TXB2水平降低,BALF中嗜酸细胞成分明显减少,哮喘激发时间和症状改善。结论:杏贝冲剂通过对PLA2的影响,起到抗炎控制哮喘的作用。  相似文献

谷氨酰胺肠外营养对创伤后多器官衰竭患者的营养作用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的探讨补充谷氨酰胺(Gln)的肠外营养在严重创伤后多器官衰竭(MOF)患者治疗中的作用。方法采用随机对照方法,将60例MOF患者分为Gln组和对照组,每组30例。Gln组给予Gln1.5ml/kg联合常规治疗[热量104~125kJ/(kg·d),其中脂肪供热40%,氮供给量为0.2~0.25g/(kg·d)的完全胃肠外营养(TPN)支持];对照组仅给予常规治疗,连续7d。对照分析营养指标、免疫指标、并发症及临床结果。结果所有患者营养指标(血清白蛋白、前清蛋白、转铁蛋白)和免疫指标(IgG、IgA、IgM)明显减低,处于负氮平衡。第8天时,Gln组营养指标明显高于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05),负氮平衡得到纠正(P<0.05),而对照组仅血清白蛋白、转铁蛋白较治疗前增高(P<0.05),仍处于负氮平衡(P>0.05)。Gln组免疫指标明显高于治疗前及对照组(P<0.01),而对照组仅IgG高于治疗前(P<0.01)。对照组14例(46.7%)出现了血清胆红素、丙氨酸转氨酶和血糖的升高,而Gln组仅4例(13.3%)增高(P<0.05),至14d时对照组病死率为36.7%,而Gln组仅为10%,两者相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论应用Gln的肠外营养能够明显纠正MOF患者的营养代谢障碍,纠正负氮平衡,增强免疫功能,降低并发症及病死率。  相似文献

目的 探讨难治性气管异物的处理方法。方法 回顾 1994~ 2 0 0 3年 10年内收治的 12 5 8例气管异物中 ,10 9例难治性气管异物 (塑料笔帽、鸡骨头、图钉、钢珠、苍耳子球、玩具、带壳花生米、气门芯等 )的处理过程。患者年龄最小的为 8个月 ,最大的为 43岁。异物史最长达 12年。结果  89例难治性气管异物直接从支气管镜下取出 ,19例行气管切开 ,1例气门芯异物开胸取出。结论 在处理难治性气管异物时要做好充分的术前准备 ,正确判断和处理并发症。  相似文献

AIM: To evaluate the relationship between changes in serum transforming growth factor β1 (TGFβ1) level and curative effect of radiotherapy (RT) in patients with esophageal carcinoma.METHODS: Ninety patients with histologically confirmed esophageal carcinoma were enrolled. Serum samples for TGFβ1 analysis were obtained before and at the end of RT. An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure serum TGFβ1 level. Multivariate analysis was performed to investigate the relationship between disease status and changes in serum TGFβ1 level.RESULTS: Serum TGFβ1 level in patients with esophageal carcinoma before RT was significantly higher than that in healthy controls (P < 0.001). At the end of RT, serum TGFβ1 level was decreased in 67.82% (59/87) of the patients. The overall survival rate at 1,3 and 5 years was 48.28% (42/87), 19.54% (17/87)and 12.64% (11/87), respectively. Main causes of death were local failure and regional lymph node metastasis.In patients whose serum TGFβ1 level decreased after RT,the survival rate at 1, 3 and 5 years was 61.02% (36/59),28.81% (17/59) and 18.64% (11/59), respectively. The survival rate at 1 year was 17.86% (5/28) in patients whose serum TGFβ1 level increased after RT, and all died within 18 mo (P < 0.01).CONCLUSION: Serum TGFβ1 level may be a useful marker for monitoring disease status after RT in patients with esophageal carcinoma.  相似文献

OBJECTIVES: Dental lasers have been used for uncovering submerged implants as well as decontaminating implant surfaces when treating peri-implantitis. The objective of this study was to compare the possible alterations of the smooth surface and resorbable blast material (RBM) surface implants after using NdYAG and CO(2) lasers at various energies. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Ten smooth surface implants and 10 RBM surface implants were used. Two smooth surface implants and 2 RBM surface implants served as a control group that was not lased. The remaining implants were treated using NdYAG and CO(2) lasers. The surface of each implant was treated for 10 seconds on the second and third threads. The smooth surface implants (group 1) were treated using a pulsed contact NdYAG laser at power settings of 1, 2, 3.5, and 5 W, which are commonly used for soft tissue surgery; the corresponding energy and frequency were 50 mJ and 20 Hz, 100 mJ and 20 Hz, 350 mJ and 10 Hz, and 250 mJ and 20 Hz, respectively. The group 2 RBM implants were treated using a pulsed contact NdYAG laser. The group 3 smooth surface implants were treated using a pulsed wave non-contact CO(2) laser at 1, 2, 3.5, and 5 W, and the group 4 RBM implants were treated using a pulsed wave non-contact CO(2) laser. Data were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy. RESULTS: The control surface was very regular and smooth. After NdYAG laser treatment, the implant surface showed alterations of all the surfaces. The amount of damage was proportional to the power. A remarkable finding was the similarity of the lased areas on the smooth and RBM surfaces. CO(2) laser at power settings of 1.0 or 2.0 W did not alter the implant surface, regardless of implant type. At settings of 3.5 and 5 W, there was destruction of the micromachined groove and gas formation. CONCLUSION: This study supports that CO(2) laser treatment appears more useful than NdYAG laser treatment and CO(2) laser does not damage titanium implant surface, which should be of value when uncovering submerged implants and treating peri-implantitis.  相似文献

本文用生物发光技术建立了定量测定绿脓杆菌(PA)对聚苯乙烯表面粘附的研究方法,同时观察了影响 PA 粘附的某些因素,比较了12株 PA 菌株对聚苯乙烯的粘附率。结果表明:在生物发光(BL)反应体系中,在萤虫素/萤虫素酶浓度给定的条件下,发光强度与 PA 释放的 ATP 量呈剂量依赖关系;在 PA 粘附体系中,其与聚苯乙烯表面的粘附随菌量的增加和粘附时间的延长而增加并受其缓冲液 pH 和菌龄的影响;不同 PA 菌株在同一条件下对聚苯乙烯的粘附率具有很大差别。  相似文献
