〔目的〕探讨99mTc-甲氧基异丁基异睛(MIBI)对鉴别甲状腺冷(凉)结节良恶性的临床价值。[方法]对61例99mTc-高锝酸钠(99mTcO4-)显像为冷(凉)结节的患者行99mTc-MIBI显像,〔结果〕61例全部经手术切除,获得病理结果。61例中17例为甲状腺癌,99mTc-MIBI显像15例阳性,其中6例有淋巴结转移者淋巴结均呈阳性;另外44例为甲状腺良性病变,8例假阳性。诊断的灵敏度、特异性和假阳性率分别为88.24%(15/17)、81.82%(36/44)和18.18%(8/44)。[结论]99mTc-MIBI显像对鉴别甲状腺冷(凉)给节的良恶性具有重要的临床应用价值。 相似文献

目的:探讨齐墩果酸(Oleanolic acid)作为女贞子的主要成分在更年期综合症治疗中的独立性.方法:本实验分设更年期模型组、齐墩果酸组、大豆异黄酮组及青年鼠对照组,分别检测各组大鼠E2、MDA、SOD、GSH-Px水平,光镜观察卵巢、肾上腺皮质形态改变等指标,以评价齐墩果酸在更年期综合症治疗中的作用.结果:齐墩果酸能提高更年期鼠E2、SOD、GSH-Px水平(P<0.05),降低MDA(P<0.01)水平;改善卵巢及肾上腺的形态和功能.结论:齐墩果酸在治疗更年期综合症中能独立发挥作用. 相似文献

Heat shock protein 90 (Hsp90) stabilizes a variety of proteins required for cancer cell survival and has been identified as a promising drug target for cancer treatment. To date, several Hsp90 inhibitors have entered into clinical trials, but none has been approved for cancer therapy yet. Thus, exploring new Hsp90 inhibitors with novel mechanisms of action is urgent. In the present study, we show that Y‐632, a novel pyrimidine derivative, inhibited Hsp90 in a different way from the conventional Hsp90 inhibitor geldanamycin. Y‐632 induced degradation of diverse Hsp90 client proteins through the ubiquitin–proteasome pathway, as geldanamycin did; however, it neither directly bound to Hsp90 nor inhibited Hsp90 ATPase activity. Y‐632 inhibited Hsp90 function mainly through inducing intracellular thiol oxidation, which led to disruption of the Hsp90–Hsp70/Hsp90 organizing protein complex and further induced cell adhesion inhibition, G0/G1 cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. Moreover, Y‐632 efficiently overcame imatinib resistance mediated by Bcr‐Abl point mutations both in vitro and in vivo. We believe that Y‐632, acting as a novel small‐molecule inhibitor of the Hsp90–Hsp70/Hsp90 organizing protein complex, has great potential to be a promising Hsp90 inhibitor for cancer therapy, such as for imatinib‐resistant leukemia. 相似文献

We aimed to elicit strong blinks among healthy video display terminal (VDT) users by periorbital transcutaneous electric nerve stimulation (TENS) and evaluate its impact on the tear fluid and visual task. Appropriate TENS conditions were evaluated to evoke strong blinks under minimum discomfort. Seventeen healthy VDT users with noninvasive Keratograph first breakup time (NIKf-BUT) 5-15 s and Ocular Surface Disease Index (OSDI) scores < 15 were recruited in this study. Before the trial, noninvasive Keratograph average breakup time (NIKa-BUT), tear meniscus height (TMH) and OSDI scores were evaluated. Before each TENS session, the volunteers played Tetris while the corresponding blink rate and Tetris scores were recorded. Then, the participants underwent 30 minutes of TENS, which evoked blinking of their right eye 20 times per minute. Tetris scores were evaluated again during TENS. The Tetris scores and corresponding blink rate were assessed after each TENS session while NIKa-BUT, TMH and OSDI scores were recorded after the third and sixth TENS sessions. We found that OSDI scores declined significantly after the sixth TENS (P = .003). The NIKa-BUT of the right eye was promoted after the sixth TENS (P = .02), and the TMH was higher after the third and sixth TENS in both eyes (P = .03, P = .03 for right eyes respectively, P = .01, P = .01 for left eyes respectively). There was no significant difference between the adjusted Tetris scores before and during TENS (P = .12). The blink rate before and after TENS were unaffected after 6 sessions (P = .61). The results indicated that periorbital TENS effectively ameliorated ocular irritation and improved tear secretion and tear film stability by eliciting strong blinks in healthy VDT users without disturbing the visual task. 相似文献

Several circRNA have been reported to serve critical roles in various biological processes of human body. The present study aimed to build a circRNA-based competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) network and explore the regulatory mechanisms of circRNA in infantile hemangiomas (IH). Differentially expressed circRNA, miRNA, and mRNA were downloaded from the gene expression synthesis (GEO) microarray database (, GSE98795, and GSE69136). Cancer-specific circRNA database (CSCD), miRDB and Targetscan were employed to predict the targets of RNA. A total of 855 DEcircRNAs, 69 differentially expressed miRNAs (DEmiRNAs), and 3233 differentially expressed mRNAs (DEmRNAs) appeared as genes that were aberrantly expressed in IH. The circRNA-miRNA-mRNA network was constructed based on 108 circRNAs, 7 miRNAs, 274 mRNAs in IH. Gene ontology (GO) and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes (KEGG) pathway analysis indicated hypoxia-inducible factors (HIF)-1 signaling pathway and Notch signaling pathway were significantly enriched in IH with being constructed a ceRNA regulatory network. Furthermore, protein-protein interaction (PPI) network and Cytoscape showed the top 10 hub genes that regulate angiogenesis, namely FBXW7, CBLB, HECW2, FBXO32, FBXL7, KLHL5, EP300, MAPK1, MEF2C, and PLCG1. Our findings provide a deeper understanding the circRNA-related ceRNA regulatory mechanism in IH. This study further perfected the circRNA-miRNA-mRNA regulatory network related to IH and explored the potential function of mRNA in this network. This study aimed to investigate the glycemic and insulinemic effects of lunch timing based on a fixed feeding window, and the effects of apple preload on postprandial glucose and insulin responses after nutrient-balanced lunch and the subsequent high-fat dinner in healthy participants. Twenty-six participants completed four randomized, crossover experimental trials: (1) early standardized lunch at 12:00 (12S); (2) apple preload to 12S (12A+S); (3) late standardized lunch at 14:00 (14S); and (4) apple preload to 14S (14A+S); wherein twenty participants’ blood samples were collected for insulin analysis following the lunch trails. In each experimental trial, each participant equipped with a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) was provided with a standardized breakfast and a high-fat dinner to be consumed at 8:00 and 18:00, respectively. The late lunch (14S) resulted in significantly elevated glucose peak, delayed insulin peak time, decreased insulin sensitivity, and increased insulin resistance following the lunch; also decreased glycemic response following the subsequent dinner and larger blood glucose fluctuation over the 24-h period compared with the 12S. The 14A+S significantly reduced the glucose peak, the insulin peak time and the glycemic variability following the lunch, also the 24-h glycemic variability compared with the 14S. The insulin sensitivity was significantly improved in the 12A+S, compared with that of the 12S. In conclusion, the present study found that an extra 2-h inter-meal fasting before and after lunch resulted in elevated glycemic response in both macronutrient-balanced meal and high-fat meal in healthy subjects. The negative impact of a late lunch could be partly reversed by the apple preload, without a trade-off of insulin secretion. 相似文献

Background and PurposeIntracranial vertebrobasilar atherosclerotic stenosis (IVBAS) is a major cause of posterior circulation stroke. Some patients suffer from stroke recurrence despite receiving medical treatment. This study aimed to determine the prognostic value of a new score for the posterior communicating artery and the P1 segment of the posterior cerebral artery (PCoA-P1) for predicting stroke recurrence in IVBAS.MethodsWe retrospectively enrolled patients with severe IVBAS (70%–99%). According to the number of stroke recurrences, patients were divided into no-recurrence, single-recurrence, and multiple-recurrences groups. We developed a new 5-point grading scale, with the PCoA-P1 score ranging from 0 to 4 based on magnetic resonance angiography, in which primary collaterals were dichotomized into good (2–4 points) and poor (0 or 1 point). Stroke recurrences after the index stroke were recorded. Patients who did not experience stroke recurrence were compared with those who experienced single or multiple stroke recurrences.ResultsFrom January 2012 to December 2019, 176 patients were enrolled, of which 116 (65.9%) had no stroke recurrence, 35 (19.9%) had a single stroke recurrence, and 25 (14.2%) had multiple stroke recurrences. Patients with single stroke recurrence (odds ratio [OR]=4.134, 95% confidence interval [CI]=1.822–9.380, p=0.001) and multiple stroke recurrences (OR=6.894, 95% CI=2.489–19.092, p<0.001) were more likely to have poor primary collaterals than those with no stroke recurrence.ConclusionsThe new PCoA-P1 score appears to provide improve predictions of stroke recurrence in patients with IVBAS. 相似文献
