VEGF、EGF在再生障碍性贫血患者血清中的表达及意义

目的 检测再生障碍性贫血患者血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与表皮生长因子(EGF)的浓度,探讨VEGF和EGF在再生障碍性贫血患者血液中的表达及二者之间的关系和意义.方法 应用酶联免疫技术(ELISA法)检测20例再障患者及40名健康人血清中VEGF和EGF浓度.结果 20例再生障碍性贫血患者血清VEGF的含量为50.5±34.8pg/ml,对照组血清VEGF的含量为108.5±50.6 pg/ml,两组比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05).20例再生障碍性贫血患者血清EGF含量为0.15±0.11 μg/L,40例正常对照组血清EGF含量为0.76±0.80 μg/L.结论 再生障碍性贫血患者血清VEGF、EGF浓度显著低于健康对照组,且二者呈显著正相关.     

生理学网络教学的开发与应用

利用计算机多媒体技术，开展生理学网络教学是医学教学的一项重要任务，本文主要从生理学网络教学系统的开发、网络教学的优势和实践应用及思考作简要阐述。     

偏头痛大鼠脑内5-羟色胺1F和诱导型一氧化氮合酶基因的表达变化及针刺的干预效应

目的:前期实验已证实针刺治疗偏头痛疗效优越。观察针刺对偏头痛大鼠脑内5-羟色胺1F和诱导型一氧化氮合酶mRNA表达的调控作用。方法:实验于2005-11/2006-05在中南大学湘雅医院中西医结合研究所实验室完成。①选用SD大鼠40只,按随机数字表法分为4组(n=10),除正常对照组外,其余3组均复制大鼠偏头痛模型。模型对照组只造模,不作其他处理;针刺治疗组造模后进行针刺;针刺预防组针刺后造模电刺激20min。针刺方法:针刺大鼠双侧太冲、阳陵泉穴20min。采用疏密波,电流强度0.3～0.6mA,留针20min,1次/d,共5次。②实验完毕后取脑干及三叉神经节匀浆,采用反转录-聚合酶链反应法测定5-羟色胺1F和诱导型一氧化氮合酶mRNA表达。结果:进入结果分析正常对照组10只,模型对照组、针刺治疗组、针刺预防组各9只,共脱失3只。①与正常对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠诱导型一氧化氮合酶mRNA表达显著增强(P<0.01),5-羟色胺1FmRNA表达显著减弱(P<0.01)。②与模型对照组比较,针刺预防组和针刺治疗组诱导型一氧化氮合酶mRNA表达明显减弱(P<0.01),5-羟色胺1FmRNA表达显著增强(P<0.01)。结论:针刺调控5-羟色胺1F和诱导型一氧化氮合酶mRNA的表达可能是针刺防治偏头痛的分子机制。     

单侧听力耳鼓室成形术的临床探讨

目的分析单侧听耳患者的鼓室成形术,了解手术方法和手术疗效。方法对9耳慢性化脓性中耳炎胆脂瘤型进行了乳突根治术加鼓室成形术,对37耳慢性化脓性中耳炎单纯型和中耳炎后遗症进行鼓室成形术,并比较术后效果。手术后3个月~1年之间进行术后听力评价。结果46耳单侧听力耳术前言语频率气导平均听阈为60.2±23.1dB HL,骨导听阈35.7±17.0dB HL;手术后的平均气导听阈为51.3±22.6dB HL,骨导听阈为36.3±10.6dB HL。鼓室成形术后疗效评定:37耳外耳道宽敞,人工鼓膜完整,血运好,近正常鼓膜色泽;纯音测听500~2000Hz平均气导听力改善23例(62.16%,23/37),听力不变13例(35.14%,13/37),听力恶化(下降10dB以上)1例(2.70%,1/37)。乳突根治术加鼓室成形术后疗效评定:9耳术腔干洁,人工鼓膜完整,血运好,近正常鼓膜色;纯音测听500~2000Hz平均气导听力改善5例(56.56%,5/9),听力不变4例(44.44%,4/9)。结论各型慢性化脓性中耳炎都可作为单侧听力耳的手术适应症。手术时只要注意手术技巧,认真仔细,一般不会造成手术后骨导听力的下降。术后干耳和保持原有听力是手术的最终目的。     

积雪草总苷对环磷酰胺致小鼠免疫功能低下的影响

目的 探讨积雪草总苷（TCA）对环磷酰胺（CTX）致小鼠免疫功能低下的影响。方法采用一次性腹腔注射CTX 100mg／kg制造小鼠免疫损伤模型，同时应用TCA24、12、6mg／kg 3个剂量灌胃10d进行预防性治疗，观察其对小鼠胸腺指数、脾脏指数、巨噬细胞吞噬百分率、血清溶血素水平等指标的影响。结果 TCA高剂量（24mg／kg）、中（12mg／kg）剂量对小鼠胸腺指数、吞噬百分率和血清溶血素水平有明显的增强作用，同时TCA高剂量对小鼠脾脏指数也有一定的保护作用。结论TCA对CTX致小鼠免疫功能低下有一定的预防作用。     

冷敷在重睑成形术中的应用效果观察

重睑成形术是眼睑美容手术之一。随着人民生活水平的提高,要求美容的人也越来越多[1]。由于该手术大部分需要切开剥离,去除眼轮匝肌或去脂去皮,容易引起皮下组织水肿、淤血,影响恢复和术后效果。2005年11月—2006年11月,笔者对124例重睑受术者进行术中冰生理盐水冷敷,在减轻水肿、淤血程度、缩短恢复期方面疗效显著。现报道如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料本组共124例,其中女118例,男6例,年龄20岁～58岁。将受术者按手术时间先后顺序随机分为实验组和对照组各62例。1.2方法两组均使用电凝止血,5-0丝线缝合后用无菌纱布包扎伤口,口服5d抗生素。…     

ROLE OF f3-RECEPTOR IN THE RADIX ANGELICAE SINENSIS ATTENUATED HYPOXIC PULMONARY HYPERTENSJON IN RATS

Acute pulmonary hypertension was caused by inhalation of 5% 02 in rats. Pulmonary vascujar re- sistance (PVR) increased, but heart rate (HR), cardiac output (CO) and carotid arterial pressure (CAP) were not obviously changed. After an intravenous admini- stration of Radix Angelicae sinensis, the acute pulmonary hypertension induced by inhalation of 5% O2 could be attenuated, but this effect disappeared if propranolol was given before Radix Angelicae sinensis. In chronic experiments, the same results were obtained, but the protective effect of Radix Angelicae sinensis on heart function was not influenced by propranolol. It is suggested that Radix Angelicae sinensis rmght play a role by stimulating the βz-receptor in the prevention of acute and chronic hypoxic pulmonary hypertension. However, prevention of hypertrophy of the right ventricle and enhancement of heart function in chronic hypoxic rats might not be attributed to the β1 receptor in the heart.     

31P NMR spectroscopic study of bioenergetic changes in radiation-induced fibrosarcoma-1 after radiation therapy

The effects of localized gamma-irradiation on the in vivo 31P NMR spectra of RIF-1 tumors grown subcutaneously in C3H/HeN mice have been examined before and during the week after treatment. Increases in the ratio of phosphocreatine (PCr) to inorganic phosphate (Pi) and in tumor pH, and decreases in the ratio of Pi to the beta phosphorus resonance of the nucleotide triphosphates (beta NTP) were observed in irradiated tumors. The time course of changes in the 31P spectrum following treatment was the opposite of the pattern during untreated growth, and the magnitude and duration of the changes increased with increasing radiation dose, decreasing clonogenic cell survival and increasing growth delay. To examine the possibility that nontherapeutic systemic effects of the tumor irradiation were responsible for the changes observed, a number of animals bearing two tumors were examined. One tumor on each mouse was selectively irradiated. Changes in tumor volume, Pi/beta NTP, PCr/Pi, the ratio of phosphomonoesters to beta NTP, and tumor pH were all significantly different in the treated compared to the untreated tumor on each animal, indicating that these changes in 31P NMR spectra were a response to radiation therapy and not a systemic response to radiation toxicity.     

A computerized Chinese classification of diseases and coding system

The historical review and the necessity of establishment of the Chinese Classification of Diseases (CCD) and Coding System are described. The content, terms used for unified and standardized nomenclatures, coding system including diagnostic terms of traditional Chinese medicine and other codings are introduced. The utility of the CCD system in medical record face sheet management, national native medical statistics, consultative retrieval from terms and codes of diseases, the development and practical trial of ICD-9 CCD is also discussed. Finally, the position and prospect of CCD system in international informatics communication is emphasized.
