Geodorum (Orchidaceae) has approximately ten species, and is mainly distributed in tropical Asia. Among them, Geodorum eulophioides Schltr. is of major conservation concern as it has only four known populations, two each found in China and others in Burma. In this study, we developed 18 polymorphic microsatellites markers in G. eulophioides with the number of alleles ranging from two to 17. The expected and observed heterozygosities ranged from 0.046 to 0.918 and from 0.048 to 1.0000, respectively. The cross-species amplification rates for the sympatric G. recurvum (Roxb.) Alston and G. densiflorum (Lam.) Schltr. were 100 and 83.33 %, respectively. These markers developed would be useful for conservation and population genetic studies.  相似文献

The study was conducted to investigate drug resistance, OXA-type carbapenemases-encoding genes and genetic diversity in airborne Acinetobacter baumannii (A. baumannii) in burn wards. Airborne A. baumannii were collected in burn wards and their corridors using Andersen 6-stage air sampler from January to June 2011. The isolates susceptibility to 13 commonly used antibiotics was examined according to the CLSI guidelines; OXA-type carbapenemases-encoding genes and molecular diversity of isolates were analyzed, respectively. A total of 16 non-repetitive A. baumannii were isolated, with 10 strains having a resistance rate of greater than 50% against the 13 antibiotics. The resistance rate against ceftriaxone, cyclophosvnamide, ciprofloxacin, and imipenem was 93.75% (15/16), but no isolate observed to be resistant to cefoperazone/sulbactam. Resistance gene analyses showed that all 16 isolates carried OXA-51, and 15 isolates carried OXA-23 except No.15; but OXA-24 and OXA-58 resistance genes not detected. The isolates were classified into 13 genotypes (A-M) according to repetitive extragenic palindromic sequence PCR (REP-PCR) results and only six isolates had a homology ≥90%. In conclusion, airborne A. baumannii in the burn wards had multidrug resistance and complex molecular diversity, and OXA-23 and OXA-51 were dominant mechanisms for resisting carbapenems.  相似文献

Promoting new bone formation during distraction osteogenesis (DO) in elderly patients with osteoporosis is still a challenge. In this study, we investigated the effect of gene therapy using local Runt‐related gene 2 on new bone formation during osteoporotic mandibular DO in rabbits. First, we successfully established a mandibular osteoporotic animal model by ovariectomizing rabbits. Second, the right mandibles of the osteoporotic rabbits were distracted after corticotomy. The distraction gap of the rabbits in Group A2 and B2 were injected with Adv‐hRunx2‐GFP‐transfected adipose‐derived stromal cells (ADSCs) and Adv‐GFP‐transfected ADSCs, respectively. Rabbits in Groups C2 (ovariectomized control) and D2 (sham surgery control) were injected with physiologic saline. New‐generation bone tissue in the distraction gap was analyzed via plain radiographic examinations, micro‐computed tomography, histological examinations, and biomechanical testing at weeks 3, 6, and 9 of the consolidation period. Results of above examinations showed that no ideal new bone formation was observed in Groups B2 and C2, but obvious ideal new bone formation was observed in Group A2 and D2. The results suggested that gene therapy using rhRunx2‐modified ADSCs promoted new bone formation during osteoporotic mandibular DO and effectively compensated for the detrimental effects of systemic osteoporosis on new bone formation. © 2014 Orthopaedic Research Society. 目的:主动运动和中医推拿被广泛用于腰痛的治疗,比较主动运动和中医推拿对随机就诊非特异性下腰痛患者的疼痛程度和日常生活活动功能的影响。方法:实验于1996-01/1998-12在阿曼马斯喀特亚洲医学中心完成。189例非特异性下腰痛患者按就诊顺序随机分成A组(137例)主动运动加推拿治疗;B组(52例)按摩治疗;治疗前后用疼痛模拟量尺(visualanalogscale,VAS)和Oswestry腰痛残疾问卷量表Oswestrylow(backpaindisabilityindex,OSW,评定两组患者的疼痛程度和日常生活)活动受限程度。结果:A,B两组VAS和OSW指数都有下降,A组VAS指数下降明显大于B组(t=2.657,P<0.01);A组OSW指数下降亦明显大于B组(t=15.733,P<0.01)。6个月~2年随访表明A组复发率15.08%(19/126)低于B组35.42%17/48),经检验χ2=8.761,P<0.01。(结论:主动运动和按摩治疗均可减轻疼痛、改善日常生活活动功能。主动运动有利于预防复发,运动疗法是经济有效的治疗腰痛方法。  相似文献
