胸部高分辨率CT(highresolutionCT,HRCT)的临床应用,显著地提高了特发性肺纤维化(IPF)的诊断率。IPF的HRCT检查典型表现是两肺弥漫性网织状影,蜂窝状影,散在肺大泡。常有胸膜肥厚,胸膜下线,肺的外周部呈现多发的直径1.5-3.0mm斑点状高密度影。本组16例经HRCT扫描结合临床症状、体征、肺功能等项检查得以及时确诊及治疗,我们认为HRCT技术是目前诊断IPF无创伤性检查中最精确的方法之一。 相似文献

In vitro activity of BL-S786, a new parenterally semisynthetic cephalosporin, was investigated against 570 bacterial isolates. BL-S786 inhibited most Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Proteus mirabilis, and Salmonella. It inhibited some Enterobacter and indole-positive Proteus, but it was less active against these later species than was cefamandole, cefuroxime, or cefoxitin. It was not active against Serratia marcescens, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, or Bacteroides fragilis. BL-S786 was the least active new cephalosporin tested against staphylococci and was less active than cephalothin against streptococcal species. The activity of BL-S786 was not altered by the type of assay medium nor by 50% serum. The size of the test inoculum altered the minimal inhibitory and bactericidal concentrations for inhibition of some organisms, particularly those with Richmond type I β-lactamases. BL-S786 was not hydrolyzed by the R-factor-mediated, Richmond type III β-lactamase, but it was hydrolyzed by type I β-lactamases. 相似文献

目的研究中风病急性期综合治疗方案的临床疗效。方法在前期研究基础上,开展了通治、辨治、针灸方案与西医治疗方案的多中心、随机对照研究,建立以辨证论治为特点的综合治疗方案,并进行验证和评价,共观察522例中风病急性期患者。结果缺血性中风综合治疗方案临床疗效优于西医组;通治方案、辨治方案和针灸方案在不同时间点对患者的神经功能、日常生活能力和认知功能都有不同程度的改善作用。结论以辨证论治为核心的综合治疗方案有其自身的优势与特点,对中风病具有积极的综合治疗作用,贴近临床实际,便于推广应用,各种评价量表在中风病不同时点具有不同的评价作用。 相似文献

背景大豆蛋白具有降血脂、抑制肿瘤以及雌激素样作用等各种保健功效,但有关大豆分离蛋白对机体寿命影响的研究少见报道.目的观察大豆分离蛋白对果蝇寿命的影响,以探讨其抗衰老与抗氧化作用机制.设计以果蝇为研究对象的对照实验研究.单位一所大学公共卫生学院营养与食品卫生教研室.材料实验于2002-03/06在新疆医科大学公共卫生学院营养与食品卫生教研室果蝇室完成.美国野生型黑腹果蝇400只,雌、雄各半,由新疆医科大学公共卫生学院营养与食品卫生教研室提供.方法将400只果蝇分为1个对照组(普通培养基)和3个剂量组(分别为基础培养基含0.2%,1.0%,5.0%大豆分离蛋白).从实验第2天起,每天观察记录果蝇生存数和死亡数,直到全部果蝇死亡为止.计算果蝇平均寿命、半数死亡期和最高寿命.
主要观察指标果蝇平均寿命、半数死亡期和最高寿命.结果与对照组相比,大豆分离蛋白明显延长了雌雄果蝇寿命,并呈剂量反应关系,以高剂量组作用明显,其中雌雄果蝇平均寿命分别延长24.5%和20.7%;半数死亡时间分别延长27.1%和22.0%;最高寿命分别延长13.9%和10.6%.结论大豆分离蛋白能延长果蝇寿命,可能具有一定的延缓衰老作用. 相似文献

The modulation effects of Cu2+/Fe3+ ions on the hydrogen-bonded structure of 4,4′,4′′-(1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-triyl) tribenzoic acid (TATB) on a HOPG surface have been investigated at the liquid–solid interface by scanning tunneling microscopy (STM). STM observations directly demonstrated that the self-assembled honeycomb network of TATB has been dramatically transformed after introducing CuCl2/FeCl3 with different concentrations. The metal–organic coordination structures are formed due to the incorporation of the Cu2+/Fe3+ ions. Interestingly, a Cu2+ ion remains coordinated to two COOH groups and only the number of COOH groups involved in coordination doubles when the concentration of Cu2+ ions doubled. A Fe3+ ion changes from coordination to three COOH groups to two COOH groups after increasing the concentration of Fe3+ ions in a mixed solution. Such results suggest that the self-assembled structures of TATB molecules formed by metal–ligand coordination bonds can be effectively adjusted by regulating the concentration of metal ions in a mixed solution, which has rarely been reported before. It explains that the regulatory effect of concentration leads to the diversity of molecular architectures dominated by coordination bonds.A Cu2+ ion maintains coordination with two COOH groups, while a Fe3+ ion changes from coordination with three to two COOH groups after increasing the concentration of Cu2+/Fe3+ ions. 相似文献

The performance of semiconductor photocatalysts has been limited by rapid electron–hole recombination. One strategy to overcome this problem is to construct a heterojunction structure to improve the survival rate of electrons. In this context, a novel g-C3N4/TiO2/CuO double-heterojunction photocatalyst was developed and characterized. Its photocatalytic activity for hydrogen production from water–methanol photocatalytic reforming was explored. Methanol is always used to eliminate semiconductor holes. The g-C3N4/TiO2/CuO double-heterojunction photocatalyst with a narrow bandgap of ∼1.38 eV presented excellent photocatalytic activity for hydrogen evolution (97.48 μmol (g h)−1) under visible light irradiation. Compared with g-C3N4/TiO2 and CuO/TiO2, the photocatalytic activity of g-C3N4/TiO2/CuO for hydrogen production was increased approximately 7.6 times and 1.8 times, respectively. Below 240 °C, the sensitivity of g-C3N4/TiO2/CuO to ammonia was approximately 90% and 46% higher than that of g-C3N4/TiO2 and CuO/TiO2, respectively. The enhancement of the photocatalytic activity and gas sensing properties of the g-C3N4/TiO2/CuO composite resulted from the close interface contact established by the double heterostructure. The trajectory of electrons in the double heterojunction conformed to the S-scheme. UV-vis, PL, and transient photocurrent characterization showed that the double heterostructure effectively inhibited the recombination of e−/h+ pairs and enhanced the migration of photogenerated electrons.The trajectory of electrons in the g-C3N4/TiO2/CuO double-heterojunction conforms to the S-scheme. 相似文献

DNA methyltransferase 3a (DNMT3a) is an important part of the epigenetic machinery that stabilizes patterns of activated T cell responses. We hypothesized that donor T cell DNMT3a regulates alloreactivity after allogeneic blood and marrow transplantation (allo-BMT). T cell conditional Dnmt3a KO mice were used as donors in allo-BMT models. Mice receiving allo-BMT from KO donors developed severe acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD), with increases in inflammatory cytokine levels and organ histopathology scores. KO T cells migrated and proliferated in secondary lymphoid organs earlier and demonstrated an advantage in trafficking to the small intestine. Donor T cell subsets were purified after BMT for whole-genome bisulfite sequencing (WGBS) and RNA-Seq. KO T cells had global methylation similar to that of WT cells, with distinct, localized areas of hypomethylation. Using a highly sensitive computational method, we produced a comprehensive profile of the altered epigenome landscape. Hypomethylation corresponded with changes in gene expression in several pathways of T cell signaling and differentiation. Additionally, Dnmt3a-KO T cells resulted in superior graft-versus-tumor activity. Our findings demonstrate a critical role for DNMT3a in regulating T cell alloreactivity and reveal pathways that control T cell tolerance. These results also provide a platform for deciphering clinical data that associate donor DNMT3a mutations with increased GVHD, decreased relapse, and improved survival. 相似文献
