The main purpose of the study was to evaluate the utility of technetium-99m sestamibi myocardial perfusion single-photon emission computed tomography (Tc-99m sestamibi SPECT) in detection of cardiac involvement in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) or systemic sclerosis (SS) patients. Fifty SLE or SS female patients with cardiac symptom/sign such as chest discomfort and/or dyspnea and/or occasionally palpitation and 50 SLE or SS female patients without any cardiac symptom/sign were investigated using Tc-99m sestamibi SPECT during rest and stress after dipyridamole infusion. Twenty-five age- and sex-matched healthy females were also included as controls in this study. The results of Tc-99m sestamibi SPECT were classified into four types including normal, persistent perfusion defect (PD), reversible perfusion defect (RD), and reverse perfusion defect (RR). The results of Tc-99m sestamibi SPECT in the 25 healthy females were normal. Perfusion abnormalities were detected in 44/50 (88%) symptomatic SLE or SS patients. However, myocardial perfusion abnormalities were only detected in 19/50 (38%) asymptomatic SLE or SS patients (P value<0.05 by a chi2 test). However, for risk factor of coronary artery disease and abnormal resting EKG, the incidences were not significant between symptomatic and asymptomatic patients (P values >0.05 by a chi2 test). Tc-99m sestamibi SPECT is a useful noninvasive imaging modality to detect cardiac involvement in symptomatic or asymptomatic SLE or SS patients. 相似文献

目的研究原发性高血压(EH)患者血压昼夜节律改变与高血压病期及严重程度的关系。方法应用无创动态血压监测系统记录24h血压并分析正常人组(52例)、高血压Ⅰ期(48例)、Ⅱ期(85例)、Ⅲ期(32例)患者白昼与夜间的血压变化。结果I~Ⅲ期患者夜间收缩压(SBP),舒张压(DBP)下降率分别为18%,15%;8%,7%;1%,2%;昼夜节律紊乱Ⅰ期6%,Ⅱ期36%,Ⅲ期84%。Ⅰ期夜间SBP下降率高于正常人组(P<0.05)。结论夜间血压下降率可以做为临床上高血压程度及靶器官受损评估的一项指标。 相似文献

Neuropeptide Y-containing nerve fibers were identified by light and electron microscopic immunocytochemistry in the human liver, gallbladder, and pancreas. In the liver, neuropeptide Y-containing nerve fibers were distributed richly in Glisson's sheath and were prominent around the walls of the interlobular vein, interlobular hepatic artery, and hepatic bile duct. The fibers also formed a dense network surrounding the hepatocytes. The nerve terminals were found close to the endothelial cells of blood vessels, as well as being distributed in Disse's space, where they appeared to terminate. Occasionally these terminals contacted directly the membrane of a hepatocyte. In the gallbladder, neuropeptide Y fibers were found in each layer, with an especially dense network in the lamina propria. The fibers also ran close to the epithelium and parallel to the muscle bundles. Blood vessels throughout the gallbladder were well supplied with such nerve fibers. In the pancreas, neuropeptide Y fibers were found mainly near blood vessels and partly in gaps between exocrine glands, seeming to terminate on certain endocrine cells. Nerve terminals were located in the vascular walls and adjacent to the surface of exocrine acinar cells. These studies provide a basis for correlating the neuropeptide Y distribution with pharmacological and physiological studies in humans. 相似文献

目的 探讨与细胞运动有关基因在宫颈癌中的表达情况.方法 选择宫颈癌组织7例,因子宫肌瘤行子宫全切患者的正常宫颈组织5例,采用RT-PCR方法 检测RhoC、VAV2、LIMK2在宫颈癌组织和正常宫颈组织以及宫颈癌细胞系中的表达情况.结果 RT-PCR显示在宫颈癌组织和宫颈癌细胞系中RhoC表达显著上调、VAV2表达显著下调、LIMK2也呈表达下调.结论 RhoC、VAV2和LIMK2在宫颈癌中的差异表达提示它们与宫颈癌的发病相关. 相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To elucidate whether endoxin is one of important factors involved in myocardial ischemia reperfusion (MIR) injury, the change of myocardial endoxin level was determined in rats with MIR injury model and the effects of anti-digoxin antiserum (ADA), an endoxin specific antagonist, on MIR injury were studied. METHODS: MIR injury model was obtained by ligating left anterior descending coronary artery 30 min followed by 45 min reperfusion. Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into six groups of 10 rats, each. Sham group, MIR group, normal saline group, ADA 9, 18 and 36 mg.kg(-1). ECG was continuously recorded. After reperfusion left ventricular myocardium samples of ischemic area were processed immediately. Myocardial endoxin level, Na(+)-K(+)-ATPase, Ca(2+)-ATPase, Mg(2+)-ATPase activities, and intramitochondrial Ca(2+) content were measured. RESULTS: Myocardial endoxin level was significantly increased; Na(+)-K(+)-ATPase, Ca(2+)-ATPase, and Mg(2+)-ATPase activities were remarkably decreased; intramitochondrial Ca(2+) content was remarkably raised; ST segments of ECG were significantly elevated and occurrence and scores of ventricular arrhythmias were significantly increased in early stage of reperfusion in rats with MIR. In all groups with ADA, myocardial endoxin level was remarkably decreased; Na(+)-K(+)-ATPase, Ca(2+)-ATPase and Mg(2+)-ATPase activities were drastically increased; intramitochondrial Ca(2+) content was declined; ST segments and ventricular arrhythmias were improved. CONCLUSION: Myocardial endoxin level was increased in MIR, which implies that the elevated endoxin may be one of major factors inducing MIR injury. This postulate is supported by the observation that ADA has protective and therapeutic effects against MIR injury probably by antagonizing the action of endoxin. The underlying mechanism may be ascribed to restoration of energy metabolism, and attenuation of intracellular Ca(2+) overload. 相似文献

To identify the function of HAb18G/CD147 in invasion of host cells by severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) coronavirus (CoV), we analyzed the protein-protein interaction among HAb18G/CD147, cyclophilin A (CyPA), and SARS-CoV structural proteins by coimmunoprecipitation and surface plasmon resonance analysis. Although none of the SARS-CoV proteins was found to be directly bound to HAb18G/CD147, the nucleocapsid (N) protein of SARS-CoV was bound to CyPA, which interacted with HAb18G/CD147. Further research showed that HAb18G/CD147, a transmembrane molecule, was highly expressed on 293 cells and that CyPA was integrated with SARS-CoV. HAb18G/CD147-antagonistic peptide (AP)-9, an AP of HAb18G/CD147, had a high rate of binding to 293 cells and an inhibitory effect on SARS-CoV. These results show that HAb18G/CD147, mediated by CyPA bound to SARS-CoV N protein, plays a functional role in facilitating invasion of host cells by SARS-CoV. Our findings provide some evidence for the cytologic mechanism of invasion by SARS-CoV and provide a molecular basis for screening anti-SARS drugs. 相似文献

目的 观察治咳川贝枇杷滴丸治疗慢性支气管炎(单纯型)急性发作(痰热郁肺证)有效性和安全性。方法 160例西医诊断为慢性支气管炎(单纯型)急性发作、中医辨证痰热郁肺证患者随机分为试验组120例和对照组40例。试验组口服治咳川贝枇杷滴丸,6丸/次,3次/d;对照组口服枇杷止咳胶囊,2粒/次,3次/d;两组疗程均为10 d。以临床疗效为主要观察指标。结果 治疗后试验组咳嗽、咯痰症状减轻的起效中位时间为102.0 h(FAS数据集,下同)、对照组为123.5 h,试验组咳嗽、咯痰症状痊愈中位时间为199.0 h、对照组为未痊愈,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医证候评分均较治疗前均明显减少,组内治疗前后比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01),但治疗后中医证候评分与基线差值的组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗满10 d,试验组总愈显率为64.17%,对照组为45.00%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组发生不良事件10例(6.67%),对照组发生不良事件3例(7.50%),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验期间无严重不良事件发生。结论 治咳川贝枇杷滴丸治疗慢性支气管炎(单纯型)急性发作(痰热郁肺证)的临床疗效确切,安全性较好,具有较好的临床应用前景。 相似文献
