Magnetic domain motion has been widely studied in the fields of spintronics, nanowires, and thin films. However, there is a lack of such studies on industrial steels, especially for domain motion under the action of varying stress. Understanding domain motion under stress is helpful for the improvement of evaluation accuracy and the establishment of theoretical models of passive, nondestructive testing technology. This paper presents the influence of varying tensile stresses on the magnetic domain motion of silicon steel sheets. Magnetic domain rotation and domain wall displacement were characterized using magnetic domain images, and their motion mechanisms under elastic and plastic stresses are presented. The results show that the domain rotation under stress involves reversible and irreversible changes. The effect of material rearrangement on domain rotation and domain wall displacement after plastic deformation is discussed. Based on the motion mechanism, a threshold stress value (TSV) required for the complete disappearance of the supplementary domains in the elastic range is proposed, enabling the classification of the elastic stress ranges in which the reversible and irreversible domain rotations occur. In addition, the effect of microstructure on TSV is also discussed, and the results show that the regions far away from the grain boundary need larger stresses to complete an irreversible domain rotation. Additionally, the domain width and orientation also affect the TSV. These findings regarding the domain motion mechanism and TSV can help to explain the sequence of domain rotation under stress and modify the stress assessment under dynamic loads in electromagnetic nondestructive evaluation, especially in the magnetic memory method. 相似文献

Color 3D printing has widely affected our daily lives; therefore, its precise control is essential for aesthetics and performance. In this study, four unique test plates were printed using powder-based full-color 3D printing as an example; moreover, the corresponding pigment-penetration depth, chromaticity value and image-based metrics were measured to investigate the lateral pigment penetration characteristics and relative surface-color reproduction of each color patch, and to perform an objective analysis with specific microscopic images. The results show that the lateral pigment-penetration depth correlates with the number of printed layers on the designed 3D test plates, and the qualitative analysis of microscopic images can explain the change in chromaticity well. Meanwhile, there is an obvious linear correlation between the mean structural similarity, color-image difference and color difference for current color samples. Thus, our proposed approach has a good practicality for powder-based color 3D printing, and can provide new insight into predicting the color-presentation efficiency of color 3D-printed substrates by the abovementioned objective metrics. 相似文献

目的探讨microRNA-144在结肠癌中的表达水平及其与临床病理特征的相关性。方法提取38例结肠癌及其正常结肠黏膜组织标本的总RNA,采用逆转录实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(RT-qPCR)方法检测microRNA-144的表达量,并分析其与临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移等临床病理特征的关系。结果癌与癌旁正常结肠黏膜组织比较,microRNA-144在癌组织中高表达,相对表达量的中位数是2.30。其表达与TNM分期(P<0.05)、分化程度(P<0.05)相关,受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析显示,以相对表达量1.70为临界点时,microRNA-144作为评价结肠癌细胞分化程度,敏感性为88%,特异性为61.5%。结论 microRNA-144在结肠癌中的异常表达可能与结肠癌的发生、发展有关。 相似文献

BackgroundThe incidence of liver cancer is increasing every year. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) accounts for nearly 90% of liver cancer, and the overall 5-year survival rate of become of Hepatocellular carcinoma patients less than 20%. However, the molecular mechanism of HCC progression and prognosis still requires further exploration.MethodsIn this study, we downloaded the gene expression data from the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Genomic Data and the official website of GEO database. Weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) and Pearson’s correlation coefficient were utilized to detect the gene modules. The shared differentially-expressed genes (DEGs) were screened out by a Venn diagram, and the hub genes were identified through protein-protein interaction (PPI) network analyses. GO and KEGG enrichment analyses were constructed for these hub genes. Overall survival (OS) and correlation analysis were conducted to investigate the relationship between the hub genes and clinical features.ResultsWe screened out 27 shared DEGs, and the mainly enriched GO terms were mitotic nuclear division, chromosomal region, and tubulin binding. Furthermore, the top three enriched KEGG pathways were “cell cycle”, “oocyte meiosis”, and “p53 signaling pathway”. According to the Maximal Clique Centrality (MCC) algorithm, the top 10 candidate hub genes were MYC, MCM3, CDC20, CCNB1, BIRC5, UBE2C, TOP2A, RRM2, TK1, and PTTG1, among which BIRC5, CDC20, and UBE2C showed a strong correlation with the OS.ConclusionsThree hub genes (BIRC5, CDC20, and UBE2C) were identified and found to be correlated to the progression and prognosis of HCC. ObjectiveTo estimate the effect of statins use on the prevention of venous thromboembolism (VTE).MethodsWe systematically searched MEDLINE (1980-June 2012), EMBASE (1980-June 2012), Google Scholar, Cochrane Library, and ISI Web of Science, manually reviewed references, and contacted experts. Case-control studies and cohort studies that compared any dose of statin with no statin or placebo are included. Data extraction and study quality evaluation were independently conducted in duplicate.Results12 studies including four cohort studies and eight case-control studies were identified and eligible for meta-analysis. Upon meta-analysis, statin use was associated with a statistically significant reduction in the odds of developing VTE (OR 0.91, 95% CI 0.86–0.96).ConclusionThis meta-analysis of current and available literature suggests that statins can reduce patient's risk of developing VTE. Due to the limitations of observational study, this conclusion should be considered with caution, and additionally, specifical well-designed trials are needed. 相似文献
