关于Reed－Frost模型的研究和改进

笔者提出了对Ｒｅｅｄ－Ｆｒｏｓｔ模型的学术评论，并新建了一种Ｒｅｅｄ－Ｆｒｏｓｔ模型的改进模型。该改进模型全面考虑了隐性感染者的产生、传染作用及向免疫者的转化。应用这个模型，模拟了ＮｅｗＥｎｇｌａｎｄ的麻疹流行和中国上海市某保育院的水痘流行，结果颇为理想。该模型包括了基本的流行要因，故能用以解释流行过程，并可帮助流行病学工作者理解隐性感染在传染病流行过程中的作用。     

Serotonergic projections from the midbrain periaqueductal gray and nucleus raphe dorsalis to the nucleus parafasccicularis of the thalamus

By a double-labeling method combining the retrograde tracing of horseradish peroxidase and the immunocytochemical technique, serotonin-like immunoreactive neurons in the midbrain periaqueductal gray (PAG) and nucleus raphe dorsalis (DR) of the rat were observed to send projection fibers to the nucleus parafascicularis of the thalamus bilaterally with an ipsilateral dominance. These serotonin-containing projecting neurons were observed mainly at the middle-caudal levels of the ventrolateral subdivision of the PAG and less at the middle-rostral levels of the DR.     

综合医院心理咨询门诊儿童咨客分析

目的；了解综合医院心理咨询门诊儿童咨客的特点。方法：总结中山大学附属三院心理咨询门诊近3年儿童咨客的资料。结果：咨客男女比例为1．96：1，咨客人数随着年龄的增长而增加，女童中13－16岁的比例男童大，5－8岁和9－12岁的比例较男童小。广州市内外的咨客比例为1．38：1，不同年龄儿童咨客的居住地构成是有差异的。最常见的病种是精神分裂症，神经症、精神发育迟滞，儿童多动症，单纯咨询和品行障碍，不同年龄，不同性别的儿童咨客的疾病构成是有差异的。结论：综合医院心理咨询门诊与儿童心理咨询门诊的儿童咨客是有差异的。     

The use of 6-flavor Rehmannia decoction with additives in the prevention of ototoxic deafness induced by gentamicin in guinea pigs]

The purpose of this study is to discuss the effects of the Chinese medicine six-flavor Rehmannia Decoction with additives on preventing deafness induced by gentamicin (GM) in guinea pig by means of testing the thresholds of Preyer's reflex (PR) cochlear microphonic potential (CM), action potential of the auditory nerve (N1) and scanning electron microscope of inner ear (SEM). The results showed that the medicine is effective in reducing the ototoxic effect of GM on inner ear.     

Teriparatide increases bone formation in modeling and remodeling osteons and enhances IGF-II immunoreactivity in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis.

Transiliac bone biopsies were obtained from 55 women treated with teriparatide or placebo for 12-24 months. We report direct evidence that modeling bone formation at quiescent surfaces was present only in teriparatide-treated patients and bone formation at remodeling sites was higher with teriparatide than placebo. INTRODUCTION: Recombinant teriparatide [human PTH(1-34)], a bone formation agent for the treatment of osteoporosis when given once daily subcutaneously, increases biochemical markers of bone turnover and activation frequency in histomorphometry studies. MATERIALS AND METHODS: We studied the mechanisms underlying this bone-forming action of teriparatide at the basic multicellular unit by the appearance of cement lines, a method used to directly classify surfaces as modeling or remodeling osteons, and by the immunolocalization of IGF-I and IGF-II. Transiliac bone biopsies were obtained from 55 postmenopausal women treated with teriparatide 20 or 40 microg or placebo for 12-24 months (median, 19.8 months) in the Fracture Prevention Trial. RESULTS: A dose-dependent relationship was observed in modeling and mixed remodeling/modeling trabecular hemiosteons. Trabecular and endosteal hemiosteon mean wall thicknesses were significantly higher in both teriparatide groups than in placebo. There was a dose-dependent relationship in IGF-II immunoreactive staining at all bone envelopes studied. The greater local IGF-II presence after treatment with teriparatide may play a key role in stimulating bone formation. CONCLUSIONS: Direct evidence is presented that 12-24 months of teriparatide treatment induced modeling bone formation at quiescent surfaces and resulted in greater bone formation at remodeling sites, relative to placebo.     

60Coγ射线辐照神经移植后神经传导速度观察

目的 探讨变性神经移植后神经传导速度情况. 方法 将30只大鼠分为实验组、对照组和正常组,实验组将60Coγ射线先期辐射处理后的兔自体神经原位再植,对照组切除后不经辐射直接自体再植,正常组不做任何处理.再植术后4月、6月和8月分别对3组大鼠行电生理检查,观察神经传导速度. 结果术后4月实验组的神经传导速度[(47.047±1.203)m/s]与正常组[(92.156±6.456)m/s]、对照组[(54.717±4.139)m/s]比较差异均有统计学差异(P<0.05);而术后6月和8月实验组与正常组、对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05). 结论 长段自体神经(约3cm)经60Coγ射线先期处理后再植,神经传导速度可逐渐恢复正常.     

浅谈多媒体教学中存在的问题及对策

分析了目前多媒体教学中存在的一些问题，提出了一些提高多媒体教学质量的途径和方法。     

体外培养的小鼠骨髓基质细胞对血细胞集落形成的支持

为探讨骨髓基质细胞在液体条件下支持造血的能力,对小鼠骨髓有核细胞体外培养,在液体培养基中形成基质细胞贴壁层,更换培养液,再种植骨髓有核细胞。结果在贴壁的基质细胞上形成了细胞集落。按细胞形态特征分为两类:一类为基质细胞集落,仅为偶见。另一类为造血细胞集落,数量较多,并且集落通过一定的结构与贴壁的基质细胞连接。结果提示,造血细胞集落的形成,需要有与骨髓基质细胞接触的微环境,并可对基质细胞的生长发育有一定的反作用。本文提出了造血细胞集落的液体培养法。

北宋名医吴本的精湛医术和高尚医德在漳州、泉州和台南民众中久为传颂，流感在慈济宫的“济世仙方药鉴”是现存有关吴本的宝贵医药资料，该药签体现了中医的选方特点和用药特点，今天仍有整理研究的价值。     

一种新的正交参数选优法及其在非线性回归分析中的应用

非线性回归分析是工程中经常采用的一种用来估计数学模型参数的方法，该方法能否顺利运用与参数初始值的选择有极大关系。本研究提出一种新的正交参数选优法——阻尼正交表法，它不仅可以保证非线性回归分析算法的顺利收敛，而且能够显著提高后者的收敛速度，进而极大改善非线性回归分析算法的应用性能。本研究的数值试验及心肌造影超声心动图定量分析应用实例表明，作为对传统正交参数选优法的一种改进，阻尼正交表法在科学与工程计算或信号与信息处理领域有着很好的应用前景。
