杀飞克、拜虫杀、爱克宁对德国小蠊的药效测定

目的 测定杀飞克、拜虫杀、爱克宁对德国小蠊的药效。方法 采用强迫接触法,测定三种杀虫剂对德国小蠊的药效及60天和120天后的残效。结果 当施药剂量分别在杀飞克10—30mg a.i.mg/m~2,拜虫杀5—20mga.i.mg/m~2,爱克宁5—20mga.i.mg/m~2时在玻璃板和瓷砖板上有较好的击倒和致死作用,120天后72小时死亡率达90％以上,三种杀虫剂在油漆板面上效果均较差,应用时应适当增加施药剂量。     

鞍区肿瘤MRI诊断（附60例分析）

目的　探讨MRI在鞍区肿瘤诊断中应用价值。方法　采用SIEMENS公司 1 5T超导磁共振机 ,距阵 2 5 6× 2 5 6 ,应用SE序列 ,多平面成像 ,并注射GD DTPA增强扫描。结果　MRI诊断与术后病理对照结果 ,诊断符合率为 95 %。结论　MRI具有软组织对比度高 ,无骨伪影及多平面成像等优点 ,可弥补CT的不足。     

胸内甲状腺肿的临床特点与外科治疗

分析了16例胸内甲状腺肿的临床特点及治疗方法,认为该病多发生于40岁以上人群,女性多见,其组织类型主要是结节性甲状腺肿或甲状腺腺瘤,少数为正常甲状腺组织或甲状腺癌。X线、CT、彩超是主要诊断手段。手术切除为首选治疗方法。     

乳腺及甲状腺病变针吸细胞学AgNOR诊断价值的研究

目的 探讨核仁组成区嗜银颗粒的计数对于区别乳腺及甲状腺良恶性病变的诊断价值。方法 采用针吸细胞技术对乳腺及甲状腺病变穿刺标本进行核心仁组成区嗜银颗粒定量分析研究。结果 ４３例不同类型乳腺癌,嗜银颗粒平均值４．４０（Ｐ〈０．０１）,１２例乳腺上皮良性增生,平均值２．９０,４５例不同类型甲状腺癌,嗜银颗粒平均值３．５０（Ｐ〈０．０１）,１０例甲状腺上皮良性增生,平均值１．７７,良,恶性肿瘤细嗜银颗粒的     

中心静脉导管引流并注入顺铂治疗恶性心包积液的体会

目的 探讨治疗恶性心包积液的有效方法。方法 对２２例恶性心包积液患者采取中心静脉导管引流及流产注入顺效果分析。结果 ２２例患者中心包填塞症状消失者１００％,心包积液减少或消失超过３０天者８１．８％,无重要并发症发生。结论 中心静脉民管引充并注入顺铂治疗恶性心包积液简便、安全、有效。     

股骨头缺血性坏死的动脉造影介入治疗

观察股骨头缺血性坏死的动脉造影征象,评价介入治疗对ＡＮＦＨ的应用价值。方法对８９例病髋经数字减影血管造影检查并进行介入治疗。结果８０例病髋疼痛减轻或消失,７０例病髋功能障碍得到不同程度的缓解。结论介入疗法是ＡＮＦＨ的有效方法。     

复方虎杖液治疗瓦斯烧伤创面347例体会

Effects of Mifepristone Compound on the Receptors of Estrogen and Progesterone in Early Pregnancy Deciduas

COMPLICATIONS IN LAPAROSCOPIC GYNECOLOGIC SURGERY

Objective. To investigate retrospectively the complications and associated factors of gynecological laparescopies.Methods. 1769 laparoscopic surgeries were carried out from January 1994 to October 1999 at our department. The procedures included 1421 surgeries of ovary and tube, 52 myomectomies and 296 cases of laproscopic-assisted vaginal hysterectomy (LAVH). A total of 312 patients had a history of prior laparotomy (17.6%). Results. Complications occured in 34 cases, the overall complication rate was 1.92%. Unintended laparotomies occured in 6 cases(0.34% ). 12 complications were associated with insertion of Veress needle or trocar and creation of pneumoperitoneum, including 5 severe emphysema and 7 vascular injuries, this figure represents 35.3% of all complications of this series. Five intraopemtive complications (14.7 % ) occured during the laparescopic surgery (3 severe bleedings, one bladder injury and one skin bum of leg caused by damaged electrode plate), laparotomy was re-quired in four of these cases. Seventeen complications occured during postoperative stage: 2 intraperitoneal hemor-rhages needing laparotomy, 2 bowel injuries, 4 nerve paresis and 9 febrile morbidities. Cordusions. Operative gynecologic laparoscopy is associated with acceptable morbidity rate, but can not be over-looked. Complication rate seems to be higher in advanced procedures such as LAVH.     

开展文化素质教育的实践与探索

目前,高等医学院校文化素质教育还比较薄弱,主要存在科学素质、人文素质不足,课程体系体现人文精神不足,师资力量不足及医学生人文艺术基础知识相对薄弱等问题。原山东医科大学在教学工作中,通过提高对开展文化素质教育的认识,构建体现人文精神的新型课程体系,第一二课堂紧密结合,稳定、培养师资队伍等措施,加强了文化素质教育,收到了较好成效。
