肝外胆道变异1例

在解剖一成年女性尸体标本，腹部游离其肝脏连胆囊、十二指肠、胰，制作显示肝外胆道的教学标本时，见其肝外胆道汇入有异常，现报道如下。

大鼠虚热证模型的研制*

目的：改进现行的虚热证动物模型。方法：6到8倍以往造模量的中药通过灌胃给予动物。灌胃时间为28d,在实验过程的不同时间对大鼠的外观,舌象、大便,受激排便等进行观察,并测定大鼠的体温,食量、饮水量,游泳时间以及某些脏器指数和与虚热证有关的生物化学指标。结果：大鼠不但有热证表现,而且有一定的虚证表现,结论：这种诱发虚热证的方法具有一定的优点,但仍可进一步改进。
