树突状细胞与肾细胞癌治疗的进展

树突状细胞(DC)是一类具有典型树突状形态、膜表面高表达MHC-Ⅱ类分子、能移行至淋巴器官和刺激初始型T细胞增殖活化的细胞。本文就DE的分类、生物学作用及其机理、肾细胞癌患者DE的变化、肾细胞癌的DC治疗进展作一综述。     

食管黏膜延长加胃斜行包绕食管防止胃的合口瘘50例

目的 :介绍一种新的食管胃吻合方法 ,改良食管黏膜延长加胃斜行包绕食管。方法 :对 1997年 4月至 2 0 0 2年 6月期间采用新的手术术式手术 5 0例食管癌、贲门癌总结。结果 :改良式食管黏膜延长加胃斜行包绕食管 ,无 1例发生吻合口瘘 ,优于常规食管胃吻合术

上海市长宁区某校视力不良现况调查分析

在当今科技现代化发展的时代,社会对视力的要求越来越高,对学生就学和择业都要受到一定的限制,对社会发展也会产生一定的影响.据我区中、小学校视力检查统计,91年3月份中学生视力不良率为58.40%,小学生视力不良率为23.93%.从统计中显示近年来近视眼发病趋势在青少年中不断上升,随着年龄的增长近视眼新发病率在逐年升高.所以对青少年视力保护,控制青少年新发病率是迫切需要解决的社会问题.……     

消炎痛治疗小儿神经性尿频48例疗效观察

<正> 我院从1988年1月至1991年1月用消炎痛治疗小儿神经性尿频48例,均收到满意效果,现报告如下: 材料与方法一般资料:48例中男36例,女12例。年龄2～7岁,其中2～3岁33例(68.8％),4～5岁11例(22.9％),6～7岁4例(8.3％)。春季发病5例,夏季发病4例,秋季发例24例,冬季发病15例。发病最长者反复1年,最短2天,平均16.5天,48例

浅谈新护士长在角色转换中值得重视的问题

探讨新护士长如何加快成熟步伐，尽快掌握现代管理科学的基本理论、技能、方法，把精力和时间投入到业务发展上来，实现从护士到护士长的角色转变。根据自身体会并运用管理学的理论分析，认为新护士长在角色转换中应重视的问题有：尽快熟悉掌握专科业务；获得领导的支持；立足于管理角色；增强非权力性影响力；以人为本调动下属的积极性；合理安排人力资源。     

腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜癌的护理体会

腹腔镜手术已广泛应用于许多妇科良性疾病的治疗^[1]。近年来，随着腹腔镜设备的改进，操作技术的不断熟练，我科在治疗妇科恶性肿瘤方面也取得了显著进展。我科2006年1月～2007年4月对27例子宫内膜癌患者行腹腔镜手术，取得较好疗效，现将护理体会报道如下。     

Effect of 5-Aminoisoquinolinone on the Adhesion of Colon Carcinoma

Objective： 5-Aminoisoquinolinone, a water-soluble, potent inhibitor of the activity of poly （adenosine 5＇-diphosphate ribose） polymerase, plays an important role in the tissue injury associated with ischaemia-reperfusion injury and inflammation by inhibiting the activity of poly （adenosine 5＇-diphosphate ribose） polymerase and the expression of cell adhesion molecules such as ICAM-1, P-selectin et al. But how about it in the tumor is not clear. The aim of the present study was to study the effects of 5-Aminoisoquinolinon on the adhesion of colon carcinoma line HT-29 cells to human umbilical vein endothelial cells; and the effects of 5-Aminoisoquinolinon on the expression of ICAM-1, P-selectin and the activity of poly （adenosine 5＇-diphosphate ribose） polymerase in colon carcinoma HT-29 cells. Methods： The adhesion of HT-29 cells to human umbilical vein endothelial cells was detected by adhesive experiment. Immunocytochemically Streptavidin-Peroxidase method was used to investigate the expression of ICAM-1, P-selectin and Poly （adenosine 5＇-diphosphate ribose）（ the product of poly （adenosine 5＇-diphosphate ribose） polymerase activation）. Results： the results of the adhesion assay of HT-29 cells to HUVEC showed that the OD570 value in each 5-AIQ-treated group was significant lower than that in the control group （5-AIQ-untreated） in a dose-dependent manner. The expression of ICAM-1, P-selectin and Poly （adenosine 5＇-diphosphate ribose） was significant lower in 5-Aminoisoquinolinone-treated HT-29 cell group than that in 5-Aminoisoquinolinoneuntreated groups. Conclusion： The data suggest that 5-Aminoisoquinolinone can inhibit the adhesion of HT-29 cells to human umbilical vein endothelial cells. 5-Aminoisoquinolinone also can inhibit poly （adenosine 5＇-diphosphate ribose） polymerase activation and the expressions of ICAM-1 and P-selectin in HT-29 cells. 5-Aminoisoquinolinone probably contributes to the prevention of tumor cell metastasis. Further study is needed.
