PT和APTT标本留存时间与结果稳定性关系   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
目的探讨标本的待测时间对凝血酶原时间(PT)和活化部分促凝血酶原时间(APTT)试验结果的影响。方法:在室温下分别于采样后即刻、2、4、6、24h测定了40例志愿者的PT、AFTT,同时进行了血浆留存和全血留存结果的比较。结果:6h内无论全血留存标本还是血浆留存标本,其PT值和APPT值与初始值相比均无明显变化(P>0.05);24h全血留存标本PT值略升高(P>0.05),血浆留存标本较初始值延长14%,有显著差异(P<0.05)。APTT值两类标本在6h内与初始值相比也无明显变化(P>0.05),24h均明显延长(P<0.05)。结论:血浆留存标本或全血留存标本PT或APTT测定宜在采集标本后6h内完成。  相似文献

目的:设计研制一个面向院校电教中心的多媒体数据库管理系统,以便用现代信息技术管理电教中心众多的信息资料。方法:在国产MIS开发平台Multibase2.0上,用原型法进行无编程设计开发。结果:制作的数据库管理系统运行稳定,操作方便,维护简单,查询功能新颖而强大,基本功能设计具有较强的针对性,能够满足电教中心日常工作的需要。结论:采用国产无编程MIS开发平台Multibase完全可以开发出实用的多媒体数据库管理系统,本数据库管理系统可向军内外院校推广使用。  相似文献

《伤寒论》中以栀子豉汤为代表方的栀子豉汤类方,由于在理论上对其证治缺乏充分的认识,致使在临床上不能如桂枝剂、柴胡剂等经方那样发挥其应有的作用。本文提出栀子豉汤所治主证是热郁胃中所致的“心中懊”而非热扰胸膈的“虚烦”,而“心中懊”实乃胃中嘈杂。并进而分析了从热郁胃中至阳明腑实证与阳明湿热发黄证之间存在的内在病机演变过程,指出栀子豉汤是治疗阳明热证之第一法。  相似文献

This study aims at assessing the ability of asthma patients to defend themselves against the noxious effects of oxidative stress, known being the inflammatory nature of this disorder. As the anti-radical defence ability of the body is reflected by the antioxidative potential of blood and tissues, our study was based on the determination of the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPx) and CAT/SOD and GPx/SOD ratios in the blood. Except for SOD, the activity of which was lower in asthma patients by -34.08%, CAT and GPx had values increased by +32.18%, respectively, with a resulting increase of CAT/SOD and GPx/SOD ratios. Our data, demonstrating a change in per-oxidants/antioxidants balance in favour of the first ones, seem to suggest that in the treatment of bronchial asthma the association of some compounds with antioxidants effects would be beneficial.  相似文献

目的:针对1997年8月30日~9月上旬某军营暴发的一起流感样疾病,迅速明确疫情和找出病原体及血清学依据。方法:应用主要呼吸道病毒抗原桥联快诊技术和病毒分离以及双份血清学检测技术。结果:32例患者分泌物中有11例检出腺病毒(Adv)抗原,30例分泌物标本全部分离出病毒流行株,流行株仅与抗腺病毒共同抗原单抗结合(IFA+++)。30例患者的双份血清分别与流行株作用,有28例患者血清抗体出现≥4倍升高。30例密切接触者血清与流行株作抗体检测,抗体几何平均滴度(GMT)高达51.2。结论:结果证实此次流行病是军营新兵的腺病毒暴发流行,流行株属腺病毒那个亚型,尚需进一步鉴定分析。  相似文献

提出基于自适应方向滤波方法来提取左心室轮廓。在噪声的干扰下,引入经平滑处理的方向滤波能够得到精确的边缘,所获得的边缘方向矢量能够在边缘跟踪时对边缘走向预测,同时对参数进行自适应地调整。通过尽量少的人机交互,算法能够自动提取出左心室的轮廓。实验证明该算法增加了边缘提取的精度和一致性,同时显著地降低了计算复杂度。  相似文献

Background: The human corneal endothelium has a limited proliferative capacity in vivo. Until now it has only been possible to replace damaged endothelium by transplantation of a donor cornea. After establishing methods for the isolation and in vitro cultivation of human corneal endothelial cells, transplantation of these cells my be an alternative therapeutic option. Materials and methods: In this review methods for the in vitro cultivation of human corneal endothelial cells and their transplantation on the Descemet membrane of donor corneas are described. Results: In vitro proliferation of human adult corneal endothelial cells was achieved by the development of defined cell culture conditions, including supplementation of culture medium with specified growth factors and substances. Dependent on the culture conditions, as well as independent of them, in vitro cultured endothelial cells showed phenotypic changes and different proliferative behavior. Thus, molecular biological examinations revealed a different expression pattern of growth factor receptors in fibroblast-like endothelial cells (dedifferentiated) compared to typical endothelial cells (differentiated). Moreover, the proliferative capacity of the cells differed, dependent on their corneal location. Cells isolated from the peripheral part of donor corneas have a higher proliferative capacity than cells obtained from the central part. The propagation of corneal endothelial cells in vitro offered the possibility of their transplantation on donor corneas in an in vitro model. After transplantation, these cells formed a monolayer whose morphology and cell density depended on the differentiation of the cells. DNA synthesis was predominantly detectable in cells of the corneal periphery. Conclusions: Our findings are the basis of the following hypothesis: the periphery of the cornea represents a regenerative zone of the corneal endothelium. The fact that early after transplantation corneal endothelial cells form a monolayer on the natural extracellular matrix (ECM), which shows contact inhibition, suggests that inhibitory factors are released by the Descemet membrane that influence the proliferation of the cells. Further studies on the regulation of the proliferation and differentiation of human corneal endothelial cells in vitro and after transplantation might offer the possibility to establish a selective procedure for the treatment of corneal endothelial cell loss in the near future.   相似文献

大剂量甲基强的松龙静脉内冲击疗法治疗顽固性巩膜炎   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
评估甲基强的松龙对严重顽固性巩膜炎的疗效,为治疗严重顽固性巩膜炎寻找一种理想的方法。方法:10例严重顽固性巩膜炎患者采用静脉内大剂量甲基强的松龙冲击疗法(500mg/日),连续3天为一疗程,可重复几个疗程,每疗程后间隔3~4天,并逐渐减量。结果:3~4疗程后,10例患者其平均记分由治疗前的12.2分降低到2.4分(P<0.01),病情改善者3例,治愈者7例。副反应轻微。结论:静脉内大剂量甲基强的松龙冲击疗法治疗巩膜炎疗效高、作用快、副反应轻,是一种理想的治疗方法。值得进一步总结。  相似文献

Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) has been used to reduce the duration and/or degree of neutropenia of different etiologies in recent years. In this study, experience with the use of G-CSF (Neupogen, Roche) after 123 courses of highly myelosuppressive chemotherapy administered to 31 (20 female, 11 male) patients with pediatric solid tumors is reported. G-CSF was initialed at a white blood cell (WBC) count of 918 ± 452/μL (100-2000), at a dose of 7.6 ± 2.3 μg/kgl/d (5-14) subcutaneously for 5.2 ± 2.4 days (2-18). G-CSF was given for afebrile neutropenia after 82 and for febrile neutropenia after 41 courses. Only in two episodes where G-CSF was given for afebrile neutropenia, fever developed. The average hospitalization period for febrile neutropenia was 9.8 ± 3.3 days (5-20). Chemotherapy could be given on scheduled time and dosage in 90% of the courses in which G-CSF was used for afebrile neutropenia. G-CSF was well tolerated. Bone pain was observed in two patients and urticaria in one patient. In conclusion, G-CSF increased the WBC count effectively, there were only two febrile episodes in 82 courses in children receiving G-CSF for afebrile neutropenia, it was well tolerated, and it was found to be feasible for use in a developing country.  相似文献
