Association of TERT gene polymorphisms with clinical benign prostatic hyperplasia in a Chinese Han population of the Northwest region

BackgroundTo investigate the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms (rs10078761, rs12696304, rs2853669, rs16847897, rs2736100, rs10069690) of telomerase gene (TERT) and the risk clinical benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in a Chinese Han population of the Northwest region.MethodsA total of 150 BPH patients and 150 healthy older males from the northwest Chinese Han population were included in this study. The sample size for this unmatched case-control study was estimated by the look-up table method. Meanwhile, the general information and disease data of patients were collected. Age was only collected in healthy control subjects for statistical correction. Genotypes were detected using a multiplex PCR + ligase detection reaction (LDR). Typing results and clinical data were statistically analyzed using multiple linear regression and logistic regression. Pearson correlation was used for Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.ResultsThe included population is in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. There was no significant association between SNP and the risk of BPH by correlation analysis. However, 4 haplotypes (TCTGGT, TCTGTC, TGCCTC, and TGTGTC) were identified as risk factors of BPH by haplotype analysis. The SNP rs2853669 is an independent risk factor for smooth muscle type of hyperplasia. Besides, rs2736100, rs10078761, and rs10069690 which are in linkage disequilibrium are associated with the severity of BPH.ConclusionsPolymorphism of the TERT gene determines the different disease development and pathological manifestations of BPH in the Chinese Han population the Northwest region.     

2018年烟台市同期五起伤寒病原学研究及溯源分析

目的分析烟台市5起伤寒病原学特征及分子流行病学关联。方法2018年自烟台市5例伤寒确诊病例样本和流行病调查样本分离获得6株伤寒沙门菌菌株,病例发病时间自2018年5月26日至7月24日,分别分布于烟台牟平区水道镇、烟台蓬莱区登州街道、烟台龙口东莱街道、烟台牟平区文化街道、烟台芝罘区福莱山街道。采用常规细菌分离方法和XbaⅠ/BlnⅠ双酶切脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)技术对伤寒杆菌进行溯源分析,同时开展viaB毒力基因检测和27种临床常用抗生素敏感试验对伤寒杆菌进行病原学研究。结果6株伤寒杆菌经PFGE-XbaⅠ和PFGE-BlnⅠ电泳分为4个PFGE模式,其中3株菌同源性100%;1株多耐药菌(外籍患者),1株单耐药菌(外省滞留史患者),1株完全敏感菌,同一PFGE模式的3株菌药敏表型一致,除对氨基糖甙类和喹诺酮类部分抗生素中介外,对其他抗生素均敏感;除外籍患者标本分离株viaB基因阴性外,其他菌viaB基因均阳性。结论烟台寒杆菌对临床常用抗生素敏感性良好,仍需重视伤寒散发病例发生和伤寒输入感染。     

护士职业应对自我效能量表的汉化及信效度研究

目的 对英文版护士职业应对自我效能量表（occupational coping self-efficacy scale for nurses,OCSE-N）进行汉化,并检验中文版护士职业应对自我效能量表在中国护士群体中的信效度。方法 运用便利抽样方法抽取深圳市5所公立医院共1172名护理人员进行调查,运用SPSS 23.0软件和AMOS 23.0软件对数据进行信效度检测。结果 中文版护士职业应对自我效能量表的Cronbacha α为0.882,重测信度为0.991（95%CI:0.985～0.993,P＜0.01）。各条目-总分相关系数为0.482～0.683（P＜0.01）。内容效度指数（scale-level content validity index, S-CVI）:全体一致S-CVI为0.889,平均S-CVI为0.981,经探索性因子分析后,量表提取2个公因子,其累计方差贡献率为67.508%,各条目共同度为0.524～0.860;经验证性因子分析各拟合指标:卡方/自由度（〖XC小五号.EPS;P〗/df）为1.452,GFI为0.987,AGFI为0.977,RMR为0.035,NFI为0.977,IFI为0.969,均达到推荐标准。结论 中文版护士职业应对自我效能量表信效度良好,可以用来评价我国护理人员职业应对自我效能的测评工具。     

腺苷脱氨酶抑制剂对氧反常大鼠心脏的保护作用

本文观察到腺苷脱氨酶抑制剂EHNA对离体灌流大鼠心脏氧反常性损伤有明显的作用,此外还发现在缺氧期(无氧灌流30分钟)EHNA也表现出明显的保护作用,心脏收缩幅度的降低和静息张力的升高均显著低于对照组。表明在缺氧期也可能有自由基的产生。

In order to research the states of dentine surface and dentine surface primed with coupling agent, we used microscope, transmission electron microscope (TEM) and solid fluorescence method. Observed under microscope, patterning of dentinal tubules and their poles was very explicit; through the view of interface between coupling agent adsorbed and human dentine powder by TEM, it was revealed that the coupling agent was adsorbed onto the dentine surface as if it "grew out" of the dentine surface; through examination of interface between the coupling agent adsorbed and dentine surface by fluorescence spectrum, which differed from that of the coupling agent or dentine surface, i.e., this fluorescence spectrum of interface changed obviously (red shift). This phenomenon indicated that there was a chemical reaction occurring between tooth surface and adsorbed coupling agent. Therefore we can conclude that the three examinations are necessary to provide the argument for establishment of chemical bonding mechanism between dentine and coupling agent.     

系膜增生性肾炎中单核细胞趋化蛋白-1的表达和单核巨噬细胞的浸润

目的观察在系膜增生性肾炎(MsPGN)中,单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)的表达和单核/巨噬细胞(MФ)的浸润情况.方法采用免疫组织化学和原位杂交技术观察17例MsPGN患者肾活检组织.结果①轻度MsPGN中,肾小球和肾小管间质中有少量Mφ浸润、MCP-1无明显表达(P＞0.05);②中度MsPGN中,肾小球、肾小管-间质中的Mφ浸润数、MCP-1表达量显著增高(P＜0.01).肾小球MCP-1+细胞数与肾小球内MФ数呈正相关(r=0.90,P＜0.01);MCP-1+小管数与小管间质内MФ数亦呈正相关(r=0.86,P＜0.01).结论①MФ参与中度MsPGN中肾小球和肾间质小管的炎症病变;②肾小球和肾小管间质中浸润的MФ可能受MCP-1趋化作用的影响.     

人巨细胞病毒对红系祖细胞的影响

【目的】探讨人巨细胞病毒 (HCMV)对红系祖细胞 (CFU E)的分化和增殖的影响 ,并初步探讨其作用机制。【方法】取 15例脐血标本 ,用红系祖细胞单向半固体培养技术 ,观察 3种不同浓度的HCMVAD16 9株对CFU E集落形成的影响 ,用PCR和RT PCR检测集落中的HCMVDNA与latemRNA。【结果】 3个感染组的CFU E均减少 ,与正常对照组比较 ,分别为 11 46 %、2 1 88%、34 45 % (P <0 0 5 ) ,显示CFU E集落数与HCMV感染浓度有关 ,病毒感染浓度越高 ,抑制程度越大。CFU E集落细胞中的HCMVDNA均为阳性 ,而latemRNA为阴性。【结论】HCMVAD16 9株可直接感染红系祖细胞 ,并抑制其分化与增殖 ,该抑制作用可出现于仅有病毒潜伏的细胞。     

B超引导下穿刺诊治心包积液的价值

①目的 探讨B超引导下心包穿刺诊治心包积液的价值。②方法 对38例心包积液病人行B超检查,并在B超引导下进行46次心包穿刺。③结果 46次心包穿刺术中首次穿刺成功45次,成功率97.8%;1例首次穿刺失败改变穿刺方向后再次穿刺成功。④结论 B超检查对心包积液的诊断、指导穿刺和选择治疗方法等有重要价值。     

应用模糊数学对医学生在校成绩的综合评价及对策

本文以我院 95年级临床医学专业本科 2 71名学生在校四年共 41门课程的考试成绩 ,应用模糊数学评定方法进行了学生成绩总体水平的评价 ,总评成绩 72 .61分为中等水平。针对影响成绩的因素提出了以提高教师的教学水平 ,调动学生的学习主动性和积极性 ,建立和完善教学督导制度 ,引入竞争激励机制 ,完善试题及考试质量分析与评价制度 ,改革考试模式与要求等对策。
