The Receptor Role of Glycophorin A during the Invasion of Erythrocytes by Plasmodium Falciparum

Under the condition of in vitro culture,the effects of glycophorin A(GPA)of human erythrocyte membrane,anti-GPA IgG,α_1-acid glycoprotein,ovomucoid,wheat germ agglutinin,etc.on the invasion of erythrocytes by P.falciparum were observed in this study.The results show that the combination ofGPA with P.falciparum merozoites has high specificity,high affinity and atendency to saturation,and produces specific biological effects.These confirm forthe first time from the characteristics of the ligand-receptor interaction that GPAis a receptor recognized and bound by P.falciparum merozoites.     

法莫替丁冲剂在健康人中的生物利用度及药动学研究

本实验采用反相高效液相色谱法，比较了１０名健康志愿者单剂量口服法莫替丁冲剂及等剂量片剂的生物利用度。结果表明：二种剂型的Ｔｍａｘ，Ｃｍａｘ，ＡＵＣ均无显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。冲剂相对于与片剂的相对生物利用度Ｆ＝１０１．９０。     

月骨,三角骨周围性腕骨轴向崩解症

本文报告３例罕见的新鲜性月骨、三角骨周围性腕骨轴向崩解症。该症是在腕的三个纵向功能解剖的基础上，遭受了以纵向为主兼有侧向偏斜的暴力而发生的。它的基本病变是月骨及三角骨与桡骨关系正常，而其余腕骨皆在其三个纵轴间发生崩解，致使患腕在结构上出现了严重紊乱。在这种复杂的病变中月骨和舟骨起着关键的作用，亦是腕骨轴向崩解的基础。本病在受伤机制、临床诊断以及治疗方法上，均与月骨周围性脱位或创伤性腕骨轴向脱位有着明显的区别，因而本病应视为一种独立的病种。本组病例有桡偏型２例，采用切开复位；另１例为尺偏型，采用闭合手法而顺利复位。本组病例经７～３６个月的随访，结果表明患腕功能恢复良好。

浅谈如何提高医疗质量

为提高医疗质量，论述以下三点：①强调“以病人为中心”，坚持服务方向、整合优化流程、收集反馈信息；②加强医务人员思想道道修养，在加大教育、监督、管理力度三个方面下功夫；③强化引导管理模式，采取开展质量分析、狠抓环节质控、进行法律法规引导等方法收到较好效果。     

吸入一氧化氮对心瓣膜置换术后肺动脉高压患者血流动力学的影响

目的：观察吸入一氧化氮（ＮＯ）对心瓣膜置换术后肺动脉高压患者血流动力学的影响。方法：选择９例心瓣膜置换术后伴肺动脉高压的病人，吸入ＮＯ０．００３％，观察三个时象点：吸入ＮＯ前；开始吸入ＮＯ后１５分钟；停止吸入ＮＯ后１５分钟。结果：吸入ＮＯ能显著降低肺动脉压和肺循环阻力指数（Ｐ＜０．０１），停止吸入ＮＯ１５分钟后，肺动脉压和肺循环阻力指数恢复到原有水平。在整个观察过程中，心率、平均动脉压、中心静脉压、肺动脉楔压、体循环阻力指数和心脏指数均无显著变化（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：吸入ＮＯ具有选择性肺血管扩张作用，是治疗心瓣膜置换术后肺动脉高压的较理想药物。     

Brain neurons and glial cells express Neu differentiation factor/heregulin: a survival factor for astrocytes.

Neu differentiation factor (NDF, also called heregulin) was isolated from mesenchymal cells on the basis of its ability to elevate phosphorylation of ErbB proteins. Earlier in situ hybridization analysis showed that NDF was transcribed predominantly in the central nervous system during embryonic development. To gain insights into the role of NDF in brain we analyzed its distribution by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. Late-gestation (day 17) rat embryos displayed high NDF immunoreactivity in both motor (e.g., putamen) and limbic (e.g., septum) regions. Lower levels of the factor were exhibited by adult brain, except for the cerebellum, where NDF expression was increased postnatally. Both neurons and glial cells were identified by immunohistochemistry as NDF-producing cells (e.g., pyramidal neurons in the cerebral cortex and glial cells in the corpus callosum). By establishment of primary cultures of rat brain cells we confirmed that NDF was expressed in neurons as well as in astrocytes. In addition, by using such primary cultures we observed that NDF treatment exerted only a limited mitogenic effect, which was accompanied by significant acceleration of astrocyte maturation. Furthermore, long-term incubation with the factor specifically protected astrocytes from apoptosis, implying that NDF functions in brain as a survival and maturation factor for astrocytes.
