血脂与冠状动脉病变关系的探讨 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
目的 探讨血脂水平与冠状动脉病变的关系。方法 2 2 8例进行过选择性冠状动脉造影的住院冠心病病人按冠状动脉狭窄程度积分为正常组、单支组、双支组、三支组四组。测定和比较血脂各项指标 TC、TG、HDL、L DL、apo A1 、apo B1 0 0 、L p(a)。结果 L p(a)、HDL、apo A1 / apo B1 0 0 在各组之间存在着差异。L p(a)随着冠状动脉病变程度加重而增高 ,apo A1 / apo B1 0 0 随着冠状动脉病变程度加重而减少。 HDL与冠状动脉积分呈负相关 ,L p(a)与冠状动脉积分呈正相关。结论 HDL和 L p(a)对预测冠状动脉病变有重要意义 相似文献

目的探讨水杨酸钠对大鼠耳蜗螺旋神经节神经元(SGN)GABAa受体的作用。方法采用全细胞膜片钳记录技术,观察离体培养大鼠SGN的GABAa受体激活电流的特性及水杨酸钠对其作用特点。结果在SGN上可记录到GABAa受体激动剂GABA诱发的内向电流,该电流呈浓度依赖性且可被荷包牡丹碱所阻断;水杨酸钠作用在SGN上未诱出电流,100μM、500μM的GABA与不同浓度的水杨酸钠(500μM、1000μM、5000μM)分别联合作用时,GABA诱发的电流可被不同程度地抑制,且该抑制作用呈可逆性。结论大鼠SGN上可记录到GABAa受体电流,且水杨酸钠以浓度依赖的方式可逆性抑制GABAa受体电流,抑制作用与GABA浓度有关。 相似文献

目的:探讨活血化瘀中药益肝康、丹参小复方、丹参对IL-1β刺激的活化的大鼠肝星状细胞(HSCs)增殖及基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子 mRNA(TIMP mRNA)表达的影响.方法:体外培养活化的大鼠HSC,随机分为8 组:对照组(A组)、IL-1β 10 μg/L(B组)、IL- 1β 10μg/L 益肝康2 g/L干预组(C组)、IL- 1β 10 μg/L 丹参小复方2g/L干预组(D组)、 IL-1β 10μg/L 丹参2g/L干预组(E组)、丹参 2 g/L(F组)、丹参小复方2 g/L(G组)、益肝康 2 g/L(H组).加药后24 h.应用活细胞计数试剂盒-CCK-8检测各组HSC增殖,采用半定量 RT-PCR方法检测各组HSC TIMP-1 mRNA的表达.结果:A组HSC增殖和TIMP-1 mRNA表达强于F、G、H组(1.291±0.09 vs 1.055±0.105, 1±0.07,0.883±0.06,P<0.01:0.591±0.064 vs 0.493±0.088.0.458±0.076.0.356±0.046. P<0.05或P<0.01);H组HSC增殖和TIMP-1 mRNA表达低于F组和G组(P<0.05);B组HSC 增殖和TIMP-1 mRNA表达均明显强于A组 (1.575±0.017 vs 1.291±0,09,P<0.01;1.369± 0.097 vs 0.591±0.064,P<0.01)和C、D、E组 (1.575±0.017 vs 0.906±0.09,1.015±0.081, 1.097±0.038,P<0.01;1.369±0.097 vs 0.694 ±0.078,0.854±0.05,0.898±0.12,P<0.01);C 组HSC增殖和TIMP-1 mRNA表达低于D组和 E组(P<0.05).结论:益肝康等活血化瘀中药能抑制IL-1β刺激的HSCs增殖及TIMP-1 mRNA表达,发挥其抗肝纤维化功效.益肝康抗肝纤维化作用强于丹参小复方和丹参单药. 相似文献

Illumination engineering is critical for obtaining high-resolution, high-quality images in microscope settings. In a typical microscope, the condenser lens provides sample illumination that is uniform and free from glare. The associated condenser diaphragm can be manually adjusted to obtain the optimal illumination numerical aperture. In this paper, we report a programmable condenser lens for active illumination control. In our prototype setup, we used a $15 liquid crystal display as a transparent spatial light modulator and placed it at the back focal plane of the condenser lens. By setting different binary patterns on the display, we can actively control the illumination and the spatial coherence of the microscope platform. We demonstrated the use of such a simple scheme for multimodal imaging, including bright-field microscopy, darkfield microscopy, phase-contrast microscopy, polarization microscopy, 3D tomographic imaging, and super-resolution Fourier ptychographic imaging. The reported illumination engineering scheme is cost-effective and compatible with most existing platforms. It enables a turnkey solution with high flexibility for researchers in various communities. Pharmaceutical differences between the reference listed drug (RLD) and generic formulations of piperacillin-tazobactam may impact the reconstitution process for intravenous administration. This study evaluated the RLD against three generic formulations and measured their reconstitution times using a standardized process. The mean (standard deviation [SD]) reconstitution time for one generic formulation was 5.57 (1.49) min, which was 35% to 42% longer (P < 0.002) than that for the RLD and two other formulations. Observable microscopic differences in powder particle morphology may explain these findings. 相似文献

目的探讨年龄大于75岁的高龄患者进行全膝关节置换术的并发症情况及疗效。方法系统回顾分析2006年8月至2012年12月,共62例(72膝)大于75岁实施全膝关节置换术的患者,记录术前合并症和术后并发症的情况。术后2周,1.5、3、6、12月及之后每年门诊随访,应用HSS评分进行评估。结果所有62例患者中,术中没有死亡和局部并发症。围术期术后系统性并发症31例,并发症发生率为43.1%,共有8例(12膝)失访,54例(60膝)获得随访,随访时间12~72个月,平均(36.9±3.5)个月。HSS评分恢复到平均(86.2±12.8)分,优良率88.3%。结论通过术前合理选择病例,术中、术后密切监护调整,加强出院后的随访和功能康复指导,可以有效地降低术后的各种并发症,使得全膝关节置换术也可以在高龄患者中获得满意的疗效。 相似文献

Introduction
The objective of this study was to evaluate the changes of skeletal and dental structures in mild to moderate skeletal Class III children following the use of a new magnetic orthopedic appliance (MOA-III).Methods
A total of 36 patients (14 boys and 22 girls, mean age 9 years and 5 months) who presented with a mild to moderate skeletal Class III jaw discrepancy were treated with MOA-III. Another group of 20 untreated patients (9 boys and 11 girls, mean age 9 years and 2 months) with the same level of deformity served as the control group. The average treatment time was 6.6 months. Radiographs were taken at the same time intervals for both groups. A paired t test was used to determine the significant differences before and after treatment, and a two-sample t test was used to analyze the differences between the treatment and control groups.Results
The anterior crossbite in all subjects was corrected after MOA-III therapy. The maxillomandibular relationship showed favorable changes (ANB, Wits, overjet increased significantly, P < 0.001). The maxilla was anteriorly positioned (SNA, ptm-A, ptm-S increased significantly, P < 0.001) with clockwise rotation (PP-FH increased, P < 0.001). The mandible showed a slight downward and backward rotation (SNB decreased, P < 0.05, MP-SN, Y-axis increased, P < 0.05). The length of the mandibular body showed no significant changes (Go-Pg, P?>?0.05). Significant upper incisor proclination and lower incisor retroclination were observed (UI-NA increased, P < 0.001, LI-NB, FMIA decreased, P < 0.001). The upper lip moved forward, and the lower lip moved backward (UL-EP increased, P?<?0.001, LL-EP decreased, P?<?0.05). In the control group, most of the parameters showed normal growth, except for some unfavorable mandibular skeletal and soft tissue changes (Go-Pg, Go-Co, MP-SN, N′-SN-Pg′ increased, P < 0.001). Significant positive changes were induced with the MOA-III appliance compared to the untreated group.Conclusions
The MOA-III was effective for the early treatment of a mild to moderate Class III malocclusion in children.1000.
