This paper proposed a simple synthetic strategy towards a novel cationic europium luminescent copolymer, poly(METAC-co-NIPAm-co-Eu(AA)3Phen) (PMNEu), and investigation about their complexation ability with DNA. In this approach, first, Eu(AA)3Phen complex monomer containing Eu3+, acrylic acid (AA), and 1,10-phenanthroline (Phen) was synthesized, and subsequently, free radical copolymerization of Eu(AA)3Phen complex monomer with other two functional monomers, [2-(methacryloyloxy) ethyl] trimethylammonium chloride (METAC) and N-isopropylarylamide (NIPAm), was carried out in methanol using azodiisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as the initiator. 1HNMR, GPC, fluorescence spectroscopy, UV–vis spectroscopy, and TEM were used to investigate the chemical structures, molecular weight and molecular weight distribution, fluorescence properties, UV spectra, and morphologies of PMNEu copolymer, respectively. Furthermore, the interaction of PMNEu with DNA was also studied with fluorescence spectroscopy, UV–vis spectroscopy, and agarose gel electrophoresis. These results indicated that PMNEu could interact with DNA via an electrostatic bonding mode and the bonding constant was 2.2 × 105 L/mol. Additionally, TEM observation showed that pure PMNEu formed micelles in water solution, while the size-controllable aggregations of PMNEu with DNA were obtained when PMNEu was mixed with DNA at various concentration ratios. A good biocompability of PMNEu was demonstrated through in vitro cytotoxicity assays.  相似文献

Calcifying pseudoneoplasm of the neuraxis (CAPNON) is a rare benign tumor of uncertain etiology, arising in the craniospinal axis. CAPNON typically arises in isolation, with only two prior reports of a concurrent second neoplasm. Here, we report the case of a male 17‐year‐old who presented with new‐onset seizures. MRIs revealed a 2 cm extra‐axial solid‐cystic mass, arising at the left temporo‐occipital junction and abutting the dura with marked surrounding parenchymal vasogenic edema. The solid components demonstrated dense calcification and avid enhancement. Gross total surgical resection was performed. Histopathological examination revealed central regions showing characteristic features of CAPNON. Toward the periphery, the CAPNON was intimately associated with and sharply demarcated from a meningioma, which showed up to five mitoses per 10 high‐power fields and had invasion into the adjacent brain parenchyma, warranting a WHO grade II designation. This is the first report of CAPNON arising in association with a meningioma. The coexistence of these two tumors raises the possibility of a reactive/dysplastic etiology for CAPNON.  相似文献

目的调查大学生学习动力现状,探讨其激励机制和方法、途径。方法通过自制问卷,调查某军医大学学员学习动力情况。结果大学生学习动力主要是自身前途(62.0%)、考试压力(47.2%)、兴趣爱好(38.0%)、父母要求(25.1%)、奖学金等荣誉(17.3%)、学校浓厚的学习氛围(11.2%);动力缺失的原因依次为对所学专业不感兴趣(48.4%)、学校学风不好(25.1%)、学习成绩好坏与就业前景无关(23.4%)、个人功底差,付出与成绩不成正比(23.1%),教师教学效果差(21.3%);大学生认为提升学习动力的方法依次为:提高教师授课水平(55.1%)、加强学术交流(49.4%)、营造良好校园文化氛围(49.0%)、改善学校软硬件设施(45.5%)、改革教学制度(44.0%)、组织课外科研竞赛及兴趣小组(41.0%)。结论针对学习动力缺失的原因,结合不同学生的具体情况,有针对性地建立激励机制,不断提升大学生的学习动力。  相似文献

The regulation of uterine and circulating peripheral blood natural killer (NK) cells has been associated with reproductive immunology such as recurrent pregnancy losses, implantation failures, or preeclampsia. Preeclampsia is a hypertensive disorder of pregnancy characterized by increased blood pressure accompanied by proteinuria and is a major cause of maternal and fetal mortality. Natural cytotoxicity receptors (NCRs) are unique markers, which regulate NK cell cytotoxicity and cytokine production. The relation of NCRs to reproduction is not fully characterized yet. The different profile of NCRs expression may suggest presence of abnormal regulation of NK cell in women with reproductive failures. Pregnant women with preeclampsia carry immunological abnormalities of NCRs on peripheral blood NK cells during pregnancy. The lower expression of NKp46+ NK cells in women with preeclampsia may account for the higher production of NK1 cytokine that is known as NK1 shift in pregnant women with preeclampsia. Evaluation of NKp46 on peripheral blood NK cells may be applicable to find the onset of preeclampsia. In this review, various expressions of NK cell surface markers including NCRs on NK cells, NK cell cytotoxicity, and production of cytokines and angiogenic factors by NK cells were reviewed in relation to preeclampsia.  相似文献
