转化生长因子β对人颈椎关节突关节软骨细胞基质金属蛋白酶13基因表达的调节作用及意义

目的 探讨转化生长因子β（TGF-β）对人的颈椎关节突关节透明软骨细胞基质金属蛋白酶13（MMP-13）基因表达的作用，旨在阐明颈椎退行性变的相关发生机理。方法 应用逆转录方法PCR及实时荧光定量方法，检测不同浓度TGF-β作用传代培养人的透明软骨细胞MMP-13mRNA的含量。另外3种不同浓度分别与10ng／ml IL-1β组成联合作用组，共计6个实验组及1个正常对照组。结果 正常对照组中透明软骨细胞仅见MMP-13mRNA扩增产物，实验组TGF-β1、10和100ng／ml作用12h后，MMP-13mRNA表达逐渐增强；而联合作用组中，随着TGF-β1浓度的升高，MMP-13mRNA表达逐渐降低，并且各组之间存在明显的差异（P〈0．05）。结论 TGF-β可按剂量依赖方式调节颈椎关节突关节软骨细胞MMP-13mRNA的表达。     

电视胸腔镜心血管外科手术150例

目的 总结、分析150例电视胸腔镜心血管外科手术的临床结果。方法 应用电视胸腔镜手术技术对动脉导管未闭、房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损、三尖辨关闭不全、冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘、心包积液、原发性长Q-T综合征、雷诺病，心包囊肿等进行治疗。结果 动脉导管未闭均成功在胸腔镜下钳闭；房缺、室缺在胸腔镜体外循环下进行补片修补，冠状动脉瘘胸腔镜下修补；心包积液进行心包活检与开窗引流；长Q-T综合征进行胸腔镜下左T2、T3胸交感神经节切除，均无严重并发症，术后患者恢复良好。结论 电视胸腔镜心血管外科手术可取得满意的临床治疗结果。     

Family nurse practitioner students utilization of Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs): implications for practice.

Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) are a readily accessible source of information to aid in the delivery of patient care. A pilot group of five Family Nurse Practitioner students used PDAs to organize data and access information relevant to patient care. Utilization of the PDAs in the clinical setting provided practice guidelines, textbook information and protocols that were readily accessible. The PDA made it possible for students to utilize preexisting knowledge with additional learning resources. The PDAs were purchased with funds provided from a United States Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) grant.     

缝线锚钉治疗膝关节内侧副韧带附丽点损伤

膝关节内侧副韧带(medial collateral ligament,MCL)损伤临床常见,小腿外展使膝关节突然外翻町引起MCL损伤,多见于高能量的交通伤所致的膝关节多发韧带损伤中.     

静吸复合全麻用于经DSA治疗颅内动脉瘤患者的麻醉

现将本院2006年1月-2006年12月54例经DSA全脑造影及栓塞术的麻醉处理总结如下。 1资料与方法 1．1一般资料 本组54例患者中，男29例，女25例，年龄11-70岁，ASAⅡ-Ⅲ级，急诊11例。术前昏迷5例，术中动脉瘤破裂2例。     

2001年与2004年抗菌药物应用情况比较

目的　了解抗菌药物应用的基本情况。方法　将 2 0 0 1年 3月 14 3 0例住院患者病历与 2 0 0 4年 3月的 2 0 66例住院患者病历进行回顾性调查和对比分析。结果　 2 0 0 1年的 14 3 0例中有 948(66 3 % )例 ,和 2 0 0 4年的 2 0 66例有 10 60例 (5 1.3 % ) ,应用了抗菌药物。结论　定期检查考评 ,严格掌握用药指征 ,是加强抗菌药物应用管理的关键。     

Fluorescence and photobleaching dynamics of single light-harvesting complexes

Single light-harvesting complexes LH-2 from Rhodopseudomonas acidophila were immobilized on various charged surfaces under physiological conditions. Polarized light experiments showed that the complexes were situated on the surface as nearly upright cylinders. Their fluorescence lifetimes and photobleaching properties were obtained by using a confocal fluorescence microscope with picosecond time resolution. Initially all molecules fluoresced with a lifetime of 1 ± 0.2 ns, similar to the bulk value. The photobleaching of one bacteriochlorophyll molecule from the 18-member assembly caused the fluorescence to switch off completely, because of trapping of the mobile excitations by energy transfer. This process was linear in light intensity. On continued irradiation the fluorescence often reappeared, but all molecules did not show the same behavior. Some LH-2 complexes displayed a variation of their quantum yields that was attributed to photoinduced confinement of the excited states and thereby a diminution of the superradiance. Others showed much shorter lifetimes caused by excitation energy traps that are only ≈3% efficient. On repeated excitation some molecules entered a noisy state where the fluorescence switched on and off with a correlation time of ≈0.1 s. About 490 molecules were examined.

Effects of dauricine,quinidine,and sotalol on action potential duration of papillary muscles in vitro

目的：观察蝙蝠葛碱对豚鼠乳头状肌的动作电位是否具有使用依赖性特征，并与奎尼丁、索他洛尔作平行比较．方法：利用细胞内微电极技术记录豚鼠乳头状肌跨膜动作电位．结果：蝙蝠葛碱２０μｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１能明显延长乳头状肌跨膜动作电位时程，在刺激周长为２００，３００，４００，６００，８００，１０００，２０００ｍｓ时，其延长动作电位时程的百分率分别为２２±８，１１±６，９±５，７±５，６±３，４３±２８，４５±２８，蝙蝠葛碱延长动作电位时程作用于刺激周期较短时作用明显，呈使用依赖性特征．而奎尼丁１μｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１和索他洛尔１０μｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１延长动作电位时程作用随刺激周期延长而增强，呈现逆向使用依赖性特征．结论：蝙蝠葛碱使用依赖性延长豚鼠乳头状肌动作电位时程．     

Construction of an Rb gene expression plasmid.

We obtained an 844 bp Bg1II fragment from an Rb cDNA clone and inserted it into the expression vector pWR-13 to construct an Rb gene expression plasmid. When the Rb Bg1II fragment was fused in-frame into pWR-13, it was operated by a Lac Z promoter and produced a fusion protein which consisted of expressed Rb protein and a small peptide from Lac Z. The recombinants were transformed into E. coli with the CaCl2 method, screened by in situ hybridization, and restriction mapped. Total cellular protein of transformed clones was analyzed by SDS-PAGE and Commassie blue staining. The sense clones showed a unique band at 28,000. On Western blot, this band specifically reacted with 125I-labelled antibody against synthetic Rb peptide. This protein comprised more than 5% of total bacterial protein.
