神经元形态与其功能密切相关,随着神经元示踪技术的进步,越来越多高质量的三维神经元形态学数据得以重建。针对当前体量越发庞大的神经元形态学数据,提出一种基于深度卷积自编码器和空间配准的神经元形态相似性度量方法,通过快速对比与精细对比两步完成从整体到分支的神经元形态分析度量框架,实现高效、精确的对比算法。实验所用的99 453个三维神经元形态数据来自NeuroMorpho数据集。实验中,相比于现有的精细对比算法,该算法的实现速度加快了20倍,同时可应用于任意神经元形态学数据,无需提供其他的先验条件,通用性强。对于已在脑图谱模板中配准的神经元,选取233个uPNs神经元作为验证数据,可实现97.39%的检索精度;对于未配准的神经元,选取3种类型的神经元数据进行验证,包括:495个谷氨酸能神经元、389个DA神经元、249个锥体神经元,可分别达到91.7%、93.79%、83.1%的检索精度。所提出方法可为神经元类型鉴定、将神经元形态与特性进行关联分析提供支持。  相似文献

目的:观察四维牵引联合针刺整脊手法对慢性非特异性下腰痛(CNLBP)患者腰背部疼痛的改善以及对腰椎-骨盆参数的影响。方法:选取60例CNLBP患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用四维牵引联合针刺整脊手法治疗,对照组采用针刺联合整脊手法进行治疗,每组治疗14 d,比较两组疗效和治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)、腰椎冠状面Cobb角、腰椎弓顶距离、腰椎前突指数、骶骨倾斜角(SS)、骨盆倾斜角(PI)、骨盆入射角(PT)、脊柱矢状轴(SVA)、骶-股距(SFD)。结果:观察组VAS评分、Cobb角、PI低于对照组,JOA评分、腰椎弓顶距离高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组腰椎前突指数、SS、PT、SVA、SFD比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:四维牵引联合针刺整脊手法能够有效缓解CNLBP疼痛,纠正患者腰椎曲度异常,调节腰椎-骨盆参数。  相似文献

BackgroundDeficiency of protein C (PC) affects the balance between blood coagulation and fibrinolysis in the human body. Chromogenic‐based assay is recommended as the preferred screening method for detecting PC deficiency. We established a PC detection system based on the chromogenic substrate assay.MethodsFirst, a kit for the determination of PC activity in plasma was elaborately developed and its reaction parameters on XL‐3200c were explored. Then, we evaluated its performance and collected specimens to compare the test results obtained with those of the Siemens detection system. Finally, the clinical diagnostic efficacy of this detection system for deep vein thrombosis (DVT) was assessed.ResultsOptimum conditions for PC detection were 0.25–0.1 U/ml protein C activator Protac® and 2.5–1 mM Pefachrome®PCa5297. The composition and concentration ranges of buffer substances and stabilizers in the kit were also explored. Satisfactory results were observed in performance evaluation. The test results of the newly built detection system were highly correlated with those of the Siemens detection system (R 2 = 0.9771 in the control group and R 2 = 0.9776 in the DVT group), and Bland‐Altman plots also showed high consistency between the two detection systems. In addition, the area under the curve (AUC) of the newly built PC detection system for DVT was 0.888, indicating this system could effectively improve the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity for DVT.ConclusionIn this study, a sensitive, wide linear range and reliable PC activity detection system were established.  相似文献

ObjectiveThe advanced lung cancer inflammation index (ALI) predicts overall survival (OS) in patients with advanced lung cancer. However, few studies have tested ALI’s prognostic effect in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) following video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS), especially patients at stage III. This study investigated the relationship between ALI and outcomes of patients with NSCLC following VATS.MethodsWe retrospectively examined 339 patients with NSCLC who underwent VATS at Hebei General Hospital, China. Preoperative clinical and laboratory parameters were collected and analyzed. Optimal cutoff values of potential prognostic factors, including ALI, were determined. Kaplan–Meier and Cox regression analyses were used to determine each factor’s prognostic value.ResultsThe median OS was 31 months. The optimal cutoff value for ALI was 41.20. Patients with high ALI (≥41.20) displayed increased OS (33.87 vs. 30.24 months), higher survival rates, and milder clinical characteristics. Univariate and multivariate analyses showed a significant correlation between ALI and the prognosis of patients with NSCLC, including those at stage IIIA, who underwent VATS.ConclusionsLow ALI correlated with poor outcomes in patients with NSCLC following VATS. Preoperative ALI might be a potential prognostic biomarker for patients with NSCLC following VATS, including patients at stage IIIA.  相似文献

A hydrothermal method was used to synthesise (Ce,La)CO3F grain simulated minerals, in accordance with the Ce–La ratio of bastnaesite in the mineralogy of the Bayan Ebo process. The NH3-SCR catalytic activity of the synthesised (Ce,La)CO3F was improved by loading transition metals Mn and Fe and sulphuric acid acidification treatments. The activity test results showed that the catalysts which were simultaneously acidified with sulphuric acid and loaded with transition metals Mn and Fe had a NOx conversion of 92% at 250 °C. XRD, SEM, XPS and in situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) were used to investigate the physical phase structure, surface morphology, reaction performance and mechanism of the catalysts, to provide theoretical guidance for the specific reaction path of cerium fluorocarbon ore in the NH3-SCR reaction. The results showed that the introduction of transition metals and sulphuric acid greatly increases the proportion of adsorbed oxygen (Oα) and facilitates the adsorption of NH3 and NO. The catalyst surface metal sulphate and metal oxide species act as the main active components on the catalyst surface to promoted the reaction, and cracks and pores appear on the surface to facilitate the adsorption of reactive gases. The reaction mechanism of the SO42−–Mn–Fe/(Ce,La)CO3F catalyst, and characterisation of the adsorption and conversion behaviour of the reactive species on the catalyst surface, were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The results showed that the catalyst follows the E–R and L–H mechanisms throughout the reaction, with the E–R mechanism being the main reaction. The reaction species were NH4+/NH3 species in the adsorbed state and NO. The NH3(ad) species on the Lewis acidic site is the main NH3(g) adsorbed species for the reaction, bonded to Ce4+ in the carrier (Ce,La)CO3F to participate in the acid cycle reaction, and undergo a redox reaction on the catalyst surface to produce N2 and H2O. The SO42− present on the catalyst surface can also act as an acidic site for the adsorption of NH3. The above results indicated the excellent performance of the SO42−–Mn–Fe/(Ce,La)CO3F catalyst, which provided a theoretical basis for the high value utilization of bastnaesite.

The group has shown that Baiyun Ebo rare earth concentrate has excellent performance in NH3-SCR denitrification when used as a carrier, where rare earth elements are mainly present in cerium fluorocarbon ore (CeCO3F) and monazite (CePO4) mineral phases. In this paper, a new low-temperature NH3-SCR catalyst of Mn–Fe/CeCO3F-monazite was prepared by an impregnation method, using synthetic CeCO3F and purified monazite as carriers. By exploring its denitrification performance and mechanistic analysis, it provides theoretical guidance for the use of rare earth concentrates as low-temperature NH3-SCR catalysts. Our previous studies have determined the optimum loading of Fe, so this paper needs to be investigated for the optimum doping ratio of the active substance Mn. The results of the activity tests, XRD and BET have determined that the best denitrification rate and catalytic performance was achieved at a ratio of Mn : Ce of 1 : 5. The denitrification activity of the different catalysts was investigated by loading Fe, Mn and Fe and Mn together. The results obtained by means of experimental analyses such as XRD, SEM, BET and activity tests showed that the composite catalyst loaded with Fe and Mn at the same time, had the highest activity and its denitrification rate could reach 94.8% at 250 °C. This is mainly attributed to the fact that the interaction of Fe, Mn can promote the dispersion of each other on the carrier surface, which greatly improves the specific surface area of the catalyst. The introduction of Fe and Mn increases the acidic sites and the amount of acid on the catalyst surface, which results in the formation of a large number of oxygen vacancies and the presence of more oxygen species on the catalyst surface, which facilitate the migration of oxygen. The new catalyst was investigated by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy to characterise the adsorption and transformation behaviour of the reactive species on the surface of the catalyst, and to investigate the reaction mechanism. The results showed that the entire reaction process followed the L–H mechanism, with the gaseous NO adsorption and activation on the catalyst surface generating bidentate nitrate, bridging nitrate species and NH3/NH4+ species as the main intermediate species involved in the reaction, both of which underwent redox reactions on the catalyst surface to produce N2 and H2O. The above results indicated that the CeCO3F-monazite carrier has excellent performance, and provided a theoretical basis for the high-value utilization of rare earth concentrates.

目的 探讨胰岛素样生长因子-2 (IGF-2)在低、高级别胶质瘤组织和血清中的表达和意义.方法 收集25例胶质瘤病人的组织标本和血清标本,分为低级别组(n=12)和高级别组(n=13);同时将12例正常人的血清标本作为正常对照组.运用免疫组化、RT-PCR、ELISA的实验方法,检测组织和血清中IGF-2蛋白和mRNA的表达水平.结果 胶质瘤组织中免疫组化和RT-PCR结果:高级别组IGF-2阳性表达情况明显高于低级别组(P<0.05);高级别组IGF-2 mRNA表达高于低级别组(P<0.05).高级别组血清中IGF-2表达水平为(541.85±137.45)μg/L,低级别组为(423.60±141.80)μg/L,正常对照组为(294.50±106.23)μg/L,高级别组血清中IGF-2表达高于低级别组和正常对照组(P<0.05).结论 IGF-2与胶质瘤病理分级相关,在胶质瘤的发生发展中发挥作用.血清检测IGF-2表达水平对胶质瘤病人的诊断和治疗有指导作用.  相似文献

目的:研究薄芝注射液对患者细胞免疫功能的影响.方法:观察84例临床、病理及PCR证实的CA患者,随机分为治疗组和薄芝组,并设12名健康者作为对照组.采用夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清中IL-2和IFN-γ含量.结果:治疗1个月后,薄芝组CA患者血清IL-2和IFN-γ含量上升到正常水平.结论:薄芝注射液可以提高CA患者血清IL-2和IFN-γ含量,有助于减少CA的复发.  相似文献

[目的]探讨比较中药、二甲双胍及口服避孕药复方醋酸环丙孕酮(达因35)对多囊卵巢综合征(pcos)患者胰岛素抵抗、糖脂代谢异常和生殖内分泌的调节作用。[方法]将100例PCOS患者分成中药组40例和西药组60例,后者又随机分为二甲双胍组和达因35组各30例。观察3组患者治疗前后排卵恢复情况;比较体重指数、血清睾酮、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素水平、血脂指标;稳态模型法测定的胰岛素抵抗指数。[结果]中药组、二甲双胍组和达因35组分别有36、26、25例患者完成整个治疗疗程,排卵率为33%、20%和16%。中药组明显高于二甲双胍组和达因35组,和达因35组比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);中药组治疗后空腹胰岛素、睾酮、低密度脂蛋白水平、稳态模型法测定的胰岛素抵抗指数、均下降,与治疗前比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与达因35组比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]中药对PCOS患者有改善胰岛素抵抗、降低低密度脂蛋白与恢复排卵和降低雄激素的作用。  相似文献

目的 回顾性分析肝细胞癌(HCC)患者血浆基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)表达水平和术后转移复发及生存预后之间的关系,评价血浆MMP-2在预测肝癌术后复发及预后中的作用.方法 应用ELISA法测定HCC病人的血浆MPP-2表达水平,统计分析血浆MMP-2表达水平和术后复发以及生存预后的关系.结果 72例HCC患者外周血浆中MMP-2平均水平为(260.18±87.18)ng/ml,MMP-2高表达组患者的1年及2年复发率明显高于低表达组患者(P=0.063,P=0.037),有末后复发的患者比无复发患者血浆MMP-2表达明显增高(P-0.042).MMP-2低表达组患者(≤260 ng/m1)的总生存(OS)时间和无瘤生存(DFS)时间均明显高于MMP-2高表达组(>260 ng/ml)(P=0.003,P=0.014),MMP-2低表达组病人的OS和DFS时间分别为(754.62±138.08)天和(627.69±230.37)天;而MMP-2高表达组病人的OS和DFS时间分别为(619.69±240.17)天和(465.86±299.48)天.应用COX回归模型进行多因素分析表明,血浆MMP-2浓度是影响肝癌患者生存和无瘤生存的一个独立危险因素(P=0.001,P=0.004).结论 血浆MMP-2表达水平与肝细胞癌患者术后复发和生存预后密切有关,有望成为一个临床有用的预测指标.  相似文献
