目的 分析“互联网+”居家医疗服平台的应用效果,为优化服务模式提供参考。
方法 对三级医院居家医疗服务平台数据库中2020~2021年服务对象的一般资料、平台使用情况、服务项目等数据,进行回顾性分析。
结果 纳入研究的1 780例次服务中,患者通过医护上门服务App端口获取服务1 683例次,通过互联网医院线上问诊端口获取服务67例次,通过互联网医院医联体服务端口获取服务30例次;提供服务者多为护士(1 451例次),其次为医生(245例次);服务量排在前3位的项目分别是尿管护理(39.04%)、伤口护理(18.15%)及胃管护理(12.08%);居家医疗服务比自行前往医院就医更加实惠便捷。
结论 “互联网+”居家医疗服务平台构建了医院-社区-家庭多元联动、医护技药等多学科团队相互协作的新型医疗服务模式,可以为患者提供专业、高效、便捷的医疗服务。但还需进一步完善服务模式,使更多需求者受益。 相似文献

目的探讨外伤导致的下肢动脉损伤的诊疗方法及临床效果。方法回顾性分析2013年1月至2021年6月宜昌市中心人民医院血管外科收治的77例外伤性下肢动脉损伤患者的临床资料。男性65例, 女性12例, 平均年龄47.4岁(范围:7~75岁)。77例患者中, 开放性损伤56例(72.7%), 闭合性损伤21例(27.3%);损伤累及髂动脉9例(11.7%), 股总动脉7例(9.1%), 股浅动脉1例(1.3%), 腘动脉11例(14.3%), 膝下动脉49例(63.6%)。分析患者的治疗方式和临床效果。结果 77例患者中, 1例累及髂内动脉的骨盆骨折患者和1例累及股总动脉的多发伤患者, 因损伤严重, 于术前因循环衰竭死亡;75例患者接受血管相关手术, 其中67例行开放手术, 包括动脉结扎术24例、动脉重建术40例、覆膜支架植入术1例、一期截肢术2例;8例行动脉栓塞术。总体病死率为6.5%(5/77), 均为闭合性损伤, 除2例术前死亡患者外, 3例累及髂内动脉的骨盆骨折患者虽接受髂内动脉栓塞术, 但因复合损伤严重, 术后因多器官功能衰竭死亡。截肢患者8例(10.4%, 8/77), 5例为闭合... 相似文献

目的比较民族音乐及西洋音乐对手术室护士心理状态的影响。方法对34名手术室护士进行音乐干预,干预时间为5周。第1周和第2周(第1阶段),护士听民族音乐;第3周为洗脱期;第4和第5周,护士听西洋音乐。采用SCL-90症状自评量表测评音乐干预前后手术室护士心理状态。结果音乐干预第1阶段和第2阶段,护士SCL-90各因子得分均低于常模,两两比较,均P〉0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论无论采用民族音乐或西洋音乐均有效改善手术室护士的心理状态。 相似文献

Gentiana straminea Maxim. has been used widely as a traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of rheumarthritis, icterepatitis, constipation, pain and hypertension. Five secoiridoids, gentiopicroside (GTP), 6'-O-(2-hydroxy-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-benzoyl)-sweroside (HGBS), 6'-O-β-D-glucosylgentiopicroside (GGTP), sweroside (SW) and swertiamarin (STM) were isolated from the roots of G. straminea. The effect of these secoiridoids on stimulus-induced superoxide generation in human neutrophils was assayed by measuring the reduction of ferricytochrome c. Tyrosyl or serine/threonine phosphorylation of neutrophil proteins, and translocation of the cytosolic compounds to the cell membrane were also investigated using specific monoclonal antibodies. The five secoiridoids used in the present experiment suppressed N-formyl-methionyl-leucyl-phenylalanine (fMLP)-induced superoxide generation in a concentration dependent manner. GTP and HGBS also suppressed phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) and arachidonic acid (AA)-induced superoxide generation. However, the other three secoiridoids showed no effect on PMA- and AA-induced superoxide generation. fMLP-, PMA- and AA-induced tyrosyl or serine/threonine phosphorylation and translocation of the cytosolic proteins to the cell membrane were suppressed in parallel with the suppression of the stimulus-induced superoxide generation. 相似文献

目的了解水、环境卫生和健康教育三位一体(RWSSH)项目地区目标群体在项目实施前的洗手卫生行为现状,为今后项目实施提供基线数据。方法在四川省选30个项目村及收入水平、人口以及地理位置与项目村一致的30个非项目村共600户乡镇家庭进行调查。观察员进入农户家庭,对村民的洗手情况进行观察,并进行问卷调查。同时对项目地区30所小学学生入厕后的洗手情况进行调查。结果不管是项目村和非项目村,村民洗手率都很低,单纯洗手率都不足20%。女性村民的洗手率高于男性。询问农户皂洗手必要性调查显示,排在前3位的分别是打完农药(30%)、接触粘、油腻、有味或鱼腥味后(18%)和下地/收工回家后(18%)。项目村学校教室内、外均无洗手设施,厕所周围5米内67%没有设置洗手设施,小学生便后洗手率仅3.2%。结论村民洗手率低,农村小学的卫生设施缺乏,小学生洗手行为未养成,亟待通过三位一体项目提高目标人群的卫生意识,培养良好卫生习惯。 相似文献

Photodynamic therapy (PDT) has attracted much attention as a strategy for tumor therapy. However, the insolubility and poor tumor-targeting ability of most photosensitizers (PSs) hinder PDT from further development. Therefore, it is necessary to explore new carriers with good water solubility and biocompatibility to deliver PSs to tumors. Melanin nanoparticles are novel biomimetic nanocarriers with excellent biocompatibility, loading capacity, photothermal therapy (PTT) and magnetic resonance (MR)/photoacoustic (PA) imaging properties. Here we designed polydopamine melanin nanoparticles (PDMNs) as a delivery platform for the photosensitizer Chlorin e6 (PDMN–Ce6) and realized its application as a theranostic agent for tumor therapy. The PDMN–Ce6 exhibited excellent biocompatibility, good water solubility and high loading capability (35.2 wt%) for Ce6. Compared with the free Ce6, PDMN–Ce6 showed higher cellular internalization and superior synergistic phototherapy effects in an in vitro study. An in vivo study indicated that the accumulation of PDMN–Ce6 at tumor sites was 2.8-fold higher than that of free Ce6 at 24 h post-injection, which was beneficial for MR/PA imaging. Moreover, the synergetic therapy significantly inhibited tumor growth, causing tumor necrosis and tumor angiogenesis suppression. Mechanosensitive (MS) channels are universal cellular membrane pores. Bacterial MS channels, as typified by MS channel of small conductance (MscS) from Escherichia coli (EcMscS), release osmolytes under hypoosmotic conditions. MS channels are known to be ion selective to different extents, but the underlying mechanism remains poorly understood. Here we identify an anion-selective MscS channel from Thermoanaerobacter tengcongensis (TtMscS). The structure of TtMscS closely resembles that of EcMscS, but it lacks the large cytoplasmic equatorial portals found in EcMscS. In contrast, the cytoplasmic pore formed by the C-terminal β-barrel of TtMscS is larger than that of EcMscS and has a strikingly different pattern of electrostatic surface potential. Swapping the β-barrel region between TtMscS and EcMscS partially switches the ion selectivity. Our study defines the role of the β-barrel in the ion selection of an anion-selective MscS channel and provides a structural basis for understanding the ion selectivity of MscS channels. 相似文献

Objective: To investigate the correlation between 17-beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type1(17β-HSD-1) gene polymorphisms and risk of endometrial adenocarcino-ma.Methods: Forty-one patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma were selected as experimen-tal group and twenty-seven healthy women were selected as control group.The three common single nucleotide polymorphism of 17β-HSD-1 gene at sites + 1004,+ 1322 and + 1954 were detected by allele-specific PCR(ASA-PCR).The allele frequencies were analyzed by SPSS13.0 software between endometrial cancer cases and controls.Results: We observed no significant difference in various frequency distribution between experimental group and control group.P1004= 0.994,P1322 = 0.974,and P1954 = 0.981.Conclusion: We found that three common SNPs with the 17β-HSD-1 gene were not associated with endometrial adenocarcinoma.We suggest that more research for 17β-HSD needs to explore. 相似文献
