去甲乌药碱对实验性心力衰竭的治疗作用   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11  
去甲乌药碱(DMC)是中药附子的有效成分之一。静脉滴注DMC2μg/kg/min共5min,使豚鼠正常心脏的收缩力明显加强,LVSP和LV dP/dtmax分别增加58±7和25±7%;心衰后,LVSP和LV dP/dtmax分别下降到心衰前的40±5和30.5±2.8%。DMC可使之恢复到79±14和75±9.9%,DMC也能加强离体豚鼠衰竭心脏的收缩力。DMC的强心作用与ISO相似,但前者作用较弱,作用维持时间较长,这可能与他们的作用机制不同有关。  相似文献

myo‐Inositol (MI) plays an essential role in several important processes of cell physiology, is involved in the neural system, and provides an effective treatment for some psychiatric disorders. Its role in osteogenesis and bone formation nonetheless is unclear. Sodium/MI cotransporter 1 (SMIT1, the major cotransporter of MI) knockout (SMIT1?/?) mice with markedly reduced tissue MI levels were used to characterize the essential roles of MI and SMIT1 in osteogenesis. SMIT1?/? embryos had a dramatic delay in prenatal mineralization and died soon after birth owing to respiratory failure, but this could be rescued by maternal MI supplementation. The rescued SMIT1?/? mice had shorter limbs, decreased bone density, and abnormal bone architecture in adulthood. Deletion of SMIT1 resulted in retarded postnatal osteoblastic differentiation and bone formation in vivo and in vitro. Continuous MI supplementation partially restored the abnormal bone phenotypes in adult SMIT1?/? mice and strengthened bone structure in SMIT1+/+ mice. Although MI content was much lower in SMIT1?/? mesenchymal cells (MSCs), the I(1,4,5)P3 signaling pathway was excluded as the means by which SMIT1 and MI affected osteogenesis. PCR expression array revealed Fgf4, leptin, Sele, Selp, and Nos2 as novel target genes of SMIT1 and MI. SMIT1 was constitutively expressed in multipotential C3H10T1/2 and preosteoblastic MC3T3‐E1 cells and could be upregulated during bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP‐2)–induced osteogenesis. Collectively, this study demonstrated that deficiency in SMIT1 and MI has a detrimental impact on prenatal skeletal development and postnatal bone remodeling and confirmed their essential roles in osteogenesis, bone formation, and bone mineral density (BMD) determination. © 2011 American Society for Bone and Mineral Research.  相似文献

The increasing use of digitally formatted imaging systems requires high-quality interactive gray-scale computer raster graphics systems for the management, display, and analog film recording of digital image and alphanumeric information. These systems are a combination of computer hardware and software and implement a set of graphics protocols. Whiplash injuries are the most common injuries following rear-end collisions. During a rear-end collision, the human muscle response consists of both a postural and a startle response that may exacerbate injury. However, most previous studies only assessed the presence of startle using data collected from the neck muscles and head/neck kinematics. The startle response also evokes a descending pattern of muscle recruitment and changes in autonomic activity. Here we examined the recruitment of axial and appendicular muscles along with autonomic responses to confirm whether these other features of a startle response were present during the first exposure to a whiplash perturbation. Ten subjects experienced a single whiplash perturbation while recording electromyography, electrocardiogram, and electrodermal responses. All subjects exhibited a descending pattern of muscle recruitment, and increasing heart rate and electrodermal responses following the collision. Our results provide further support that the startle response is a component of the response to whiplash collisions.  相似文献

Authors – Chun YS, Lee SK, Wikesjö UME, Lim WH Objectives – To determine whether the tip of the interdental gingiva can serve as a visible guide for placement of mini‐implants. Setting and Sample population – Computer tomography (CT) images from 15 males and 15 females (mean age 27 years, range: 23–35 years) were used to evaluate the distance from the tip of the interdental gingiva to the alveolar crest from the central incisor to the 1st molar. The distance from a reference point to the tip of interdental gingiva was recorded from study models using a caliper. The distance between the reference point and the alveolar crest was recorded using CT and added to the model recordings thus providing the distance from the tip of interdental gingiva to the alveolar crest for the various interdental sites. Two‐way anova and Student–Newman–Keuls test for multiple comparisons were used for the statistical analysis. Results – There was no significant difference in the distance from the tip of interdental gingiva to the alveolar crest between maxilla and mandible. The distance between the tip of interdental gingiva and the alveolar crest at the central/lateral incisors was the shortest compared with that of other sites. There was also a statistically significant difference between the male and female groups except for the maxillary 2nd premolar/1st molar interradicular site. Conclusion – The tip of interdental gingiva appears a reasonable visual guide for the placement of mini‐implants for orthodontic anchorage.  相似文献

PURPOSE: We investigate the patterns of failure in the treatment of glioblastoma(GBM) based on clinical target volume(CTV) margin size,dose delivered to the site of initial failure,and the use of temozolomide and intensity-modulated radiotherapy(IMRT).METHODS: Between August 2000 and May 2010,161 patients with GBM were treated with radiotherapy with or without concurrent temozolomide.Patients were treated with CTV expansions that ranged from 5 to 20 mm using a shrinking field technique.Patterns of failure and time to progression and overall survival were compared based on CTV margin,use of temozolomide,and use of IMRT.Kaplan Meier analysis was used to estimate survival times,and χ test was used for comparison of cohorts.RESULTS: For patients treated with 5-,10-,and 15-to 20-mm CTV,79%,77%,and 86% experienced failures in the 60 Gy volume,respectively.Forty-eight percent,55%,and 66% of patients with 5-,10-,and 15-to 20-mm CTV experienced failures in the 46 Gy volume,respectively.There was no statistical difference between patients treated with 5-,10-,15-to 20-mm margins with regard to 60 Gy failure(P=0.76),46 Gy failure(P=0.51),or marginal failure(P=0.73).Eighty percent of patients receiving temozolomide experienced failures in the 60 Gy volume.There was no increased likelihood of marginal failures in patients receiving IMRT(P =0.97).CONCLUSIONS: Modern treatment techniques including use of concurrent temozolmide,limited CTV margin size,and IMRT have not greatly changed the patterns of failure of GBM.  相似文献
