Oral cancer progression and c-erbB-2/neu proto-oncogene expression.

Monoclonal antibody PAb3 to c-erbB-2/neu protein was utilized in the immunoperoxidase staining of 86 human specimens from oral mucosa. These tissue specimens represented a spectrum from 7 normal to 9 simple hyperplasia, 15 mild dysplasia, 14 moderate dysplasia, 20 severe dysplasia and 21 squamous cell carcinoma. Our study indicated that as the cells acquire a more malignant phenotype, there was a progressive increase in neu expression. It also suggested that neu may be involved in the development of oral cancers and that its evaluation in the early stages may assist in the diagnosis and management of oral cancers.     

Serotonergic projections from the midbrain periaqueductal gray and nucleus raphe dorsalis to the nucleus parafasccicularis of the thalamus

By a double-labeling method combining the retrograde tracing of horseradish peroxidase and the immunocytochemical technique, serotonin-like immunoreactive neurons in the midbrain periaqueductal gray (PAG) and nucleus raphe dorsalis (DR) of the rat were observed to send projection fibers to the nucleus parafascicularis of the thalamus bilaterally with an ipsilateral dominance. These serotonin-containing projecting neurons were observed mainly at the middle-caudal levels of the ventrolateral subdivision of the PAG and less at the middle-rostral levels of the DR.     

极低频强磁场对豚鼠听阈的影响

本研究以豚鼠皮层听觉诱发电位反应阈为指标，采用自体或群体对照方法，观察０．１Ｈｚ极低频磁场对豚鼠听力的影响。结果表明，豚鼠经５０ｍＴ（毫特）、４ｈ，１００ｍＴ、４８ｈ及１０ｍＴ、４周暴露后，听阈降低；５０ｍＴ、４８ｈ，２０ｍＴ、４周暴露后听阈无明显变化。提示０．１Ｈｚ极低频磁场对豚鼠听敏度无不利的影响，在某些暴露条件下，听敏度尚有改善。     

周围剂量当量仪的研制

周围剂量当量仪研制是根据国际辐射单位和测量委员会（ＩＣＲＵ）３９号报告推荐的周围剂量当量而设计的一种数字化智能型辐射防护仪。方法采用能量补偿对探测器进行能响校正。结果补偿结果使得探测器在４７～２３０ｋｅＶ与ＩＳＯ推荐的Ｈ＊（１０）／Ｋａ值误差在５％以内。本文重点描述了周围剂量当量仪探测器部分的工艺结构和剂量学性能以及电子学测量部分的主要功能。结论通过实际应用我们初步获得的结论是由于该仪器可直接测量周围剂量当量，稳定性好且具有自动取平均值特点，它可做为实验室校准用测量仪器，又由于该仪器体积小，电池供电，读数面板又有背光功能，它也可以做为现场仪器用于辐射防护实践的现场测量     

超声心动图监测经导管心脏间隔缺损关闭术

应用超声心动图监测，经导管关闭先天性心脏间隔缺损９例。术中监测的主要内容有：（１）确定关闭器在心内的位置；（２）显示残余分流和瓣膜返流；（３）观察房间隔缺损球囊探测的过程。结果表明：超声心动图在显示心内结构、关闭器位置，残余分流和瓣膜流等方面有其独特性，同时可结合声学造影或术中需要进行多方面的监测。     

Good regulation of acupuncture in simple obesity patients with stomach-intestine excessive heat type

In order to investigate the regulatory effect of acupuncture on obesity patients with the Stomach-Intestine Excessive Heat Type, the pre-acupunctureal and post-acupunctural obesity index and biochemical indices of 718 simple obesity patients with Stomach-Intestine Excessive Heat Type were observed. It was showed that the marked weight loss effect was achieved in the cases by acupuncture, and the biochemical indices improved. It suggests that acupuncture had a optimal regulatory effect on the function of nerve, endocrine, digestion and energy metabolism.     

珠子参挥发油的化学成份

利用气相色谱—质谱—计算机联用仪分析了云南省腾冲县产珠子参挥发油的成份,从中鉴定了27种化合物,测定了它们的相对含量,其中有10种倍半萜烯和一种倍半萜醇。     

小儿牛黄散有效成分的HPLC定量

用反相HPLC法测定小儿牛黄散中小檗碱、巴马汀、大黄素、绿原酸的含量。用甲醇提取散剂样品,在ODS柱上,用外标法在各自特征吸收处测定。此法具有分离好、灵敏度高、重现性强、操作简单等优点。
