This article analyzes the results of endoscopic dissection of perforating veins in the calf against trophic disorders in 106 patients. All the patients were performed endodissection perforating veins in combination with phlebectomy (remove any large or small subcutaneous Vienna throughout). Injection of dopamine, DOPA or apomorphine into the third brain ventricle resulted in an increase in the plasma testosterone level. Pimozide, blocking dopamine receptors, as well as complete, long-posterior and posterior but not anterior deafferentation of the MBH abolished the stimulating action of dopamine. After direct injection of dopamine into the arcuate nucleus there was no stimulating effect on the pituitary-gonadal system. At the same time, local injections of dopamine and apomorphine into the medial part of the subthalamus or periventricular gray matter of the caudal thalamus were followed by a distinct increase in the plasma testosterone level. The conclusion is drawn that the brain dopaminergic neurons activating the pituitary-gonadal system in the male are localized outside the hypophyseotrophic area of hypothalamus in zona incerta and caudal part of the thalamus. After stimulation of diencephalic dopamine receptors, nervous impulses are transmitted to the MBH through the posterior hypothalamic pathways.  相似文献

A study was made of the role of the adrenergic mechanisms in the activation of endocrine testicular function of CBA/Lac and A/He male mice induced by the presence of a female in estrus without any tactile contact with a male. The alpha 1-adrenoreceptor blocker prazosin inhibited completely an increase in the peripheral blood plasma testosterone level caused by the receptive female challenge. At the same time, optimol blockade of beta 2-adrenoreceptors markedly increased the stimulating effect of the receptive female presence on the blood testosterone level. The expression of optimol action on the blood testosterone level depended on a male genotype. A conclusion was made that during sexual motivation in male mice caused by the presence of a receptive female, the stimulatory effects on testicular endocrine function were produced through the alpha 1-adrenoreceptors and the inhibitory effects were produced through the beta 2-adrenoreceptors.  相似文献

The contributors proposed a differentiated diagnostic technique which included 10 most informative physiologic, anthropometric and biochemical+ indices to provide the most reliable data (95% reliability) on the adaptation and compensatory mechanisms under local vibration and in combination with noise and dust, and with due account of the individual sensitivity to local vibration. Testing of the technique demonstrated its high accuracy in determining the levels of "exhaustion", and of "the normal state" of the adaptation-compensatory mechanisms, and its applicability for vibration disease prognosis in individual++ workers, thus establishing corresponding in preventive medical examinations, occupational selection, preventive measures' planning, and in expert solutions requiring precise diagnostic techniques.  相似文献

Serotonin 5-HT1A receptor agonist 8-OH DPAT suppressed drinking behavior in Brattleboro and Wistar rats. 5-HT1B agonist CGS-12066A and 5-HT2A antagonist ketanserin did not affect drinking behavior in Brattleboro rats; 5-HT3 antagonist ondansetron suppressed water consumption and 5-HT1A agonist stimulated salt appetite in Brattleboro, but not in Wistar rats. BACKGROUND A new family of next-generation non-animal hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers was approved by the FDA in June 2006. Compared with other HA fillers available in the United States at the time of writing, these new fillers have a higher concentration of HA, higher concentration of cross-linked HA, and a smooth consistency—which should promote long-lasting corrections and a smooth, natural look and feel postinjection.
OBJECTIVE The objective was to compare the effectiveness and safety of these smooth-gel HA dermal fillers with bovine collagen for nasolabial fold (NLF) correction.
METHODS AND MATERIALS A total of 439 subjects with moderate or severe NLFs received one of three types of smooth-gel HA dermal filler (in one NLF) and cross-linked bovine collagen (in the other NLF) and were evaluated for ≤24 weeks.
RESULTS All three HA dermal fillers achieved considerably longer-lasting clinical correction than bovine collagen; 81% to 90% of HA dermal filler–treated NLFs maintained a clinically significant improvement from baseline for ≥6 months. Up to 88% of subjects preferred the HA dermal fillers over bovine collagen. All fillers were similarly well tolerated.
CONCLUSION The smooth-gel HA dermal fillers offer longer-lasting correction than bovine collagen—which may lessen the frequency that repeat treatments are needed. Also, they were preferred by the vast majority of subjects—which should promote patient satisfaction.  相似文献
