nm23基因在前列腺癌中的表达与癌转移的关系

应用ＬＳＡＢ免疫组织化学染色方法，研究转移抑制基因ｎｍ２３表达产物二磷酸核苷激酶（ＮＤＰＫ）在前列腺癌中的表达及其意义。结果表明，ＮＤＰＫ／ｎｍ２３在前列腺癌中有较高的表达，阳性率为５００％（２０／４０）。无前列腺癌转移者其阳性率为６６７％（１２／１８），有前列腺癌转移者其阳性率为３６４％（８／２２），两者比较差异有显著性（Ｐ＜００５），并与前列腺癌分化程度和临床分期有显著相关。因此，ｎｍ２３基因可能在前列腺癌形成及转移过程中起不同的调节作用，其表达程度与前列腺癌转移呈负相关，有可能成为评价前列腺癌病人预后的一项新指标。     

白藜芦醇甙对内毒素刺激小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生TNFα和NAG的影响

收集小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞，调整细胞浓度为５×１０￣５／ｍｌ，加入２４孔培养板每孔１ｍｌ，内毒素刺激前后不同时间加入白藜芦醇甙培养，检测上清中肿瘤坏死因子，溶酶体酶（Ｎ－乙酰－β－Ｄ氨基葡萄糖苷酶ＮＡＧ）的变化，结果说明：白藜芦醇甙可减少上清中ＴＮＦ＿α和ＮＡＧ的量，通过此可减少内毒素刺激产生的由ＴＮＦ＿α和ＮＡＧ介导的组织损伤。     

Therapeutic diagram in advanced cancers of the esophagus

Only palliative treatment may be contemplated when advanced oesophageal cancers present with dysphagia. Operability depends on respiratory, hepatic and nutritional status. Resectability may be assessed on the information provided by bronchoscopy, thoracic CT scan and surgical exploration. Advanced resectable oesophageal cancers require oesophagectomy without thoracotomy and radiotherapy. We performed 93 oesophagectomies in 106 advanced oesophageal cancers with a mortality rate of less than 2%. Non resectable advanced oesophageal cancers require bypass procedures. We performed 13 in the 106 cases. Inoperable advanced oesophageal cancers require radiotherapy in the absence of a fistula, laser therapy or an endoprosthesis for dysphagia.     

双光气对大鼠肺损伤的研究

研究了双光气染毒后不同时间大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液（ＢＡＬＦ）成分及肺形态学改变。结果表明，双光气染毒后，ＢＡＬＦ成分的变化程度与肺形态改变密切相关ＢＡＬＦ成分分析可作为动物实验中探测双光气所致肺损伤的有力手段。     

Creatine kinase activity in rat skeletal muscle with intermittent tetanic stimulation.

ATP synthesis from PCr through creatine kinase reaction was measured in vivo in rat leg muscle using 31P NMR magnetization transfer and progressive saturation. Both techniques determined a spin-lattice relaxation time for PCr of 3 s at rest and an identical forward rate constant of 0.22-0.26 s-1. In stimulated muscles, magnetization transfer showed that flux was not changed with a steady-state PCr of 54% of initial level. During stimulation inducing a PCr decrease to 38% of initial value, flux was significantly lowered by 30%. These findings could result from an accumulation of ions and water increases or from compartmentation of ATP and PCr in different pools either in the muscle cell or in the different muscle fibers. In addition, these results could reinforce the hypothesis against a crucial role for creatine kinase shuttle in the ATP supply in skeletal muscle.     

Duchenne型肌营养不良症105例临床分析及其发病机制的探讨（附4例肌纤维膜冷冻断裂电镜检查）

报告１０５例Ｄｕｃｈｅｎｎｅ型肌营养不良症（ＤＭＤ），其中男１０３例，女２例。年龄４～１９岁，平均６５岁。３２例有阳性家族史。文中对ＤＭＤ的临床表现，血清酶、肌肉病理、组织化学、电镜检查等特点进行了讨论。对其中４例骨骼肌进行肌纤维膜冷冻断裂电镜检查。结果表明，本病肌膜的Ｅ面和Ｐ面的膜蛋白颗粒密度降低，与２例正常骨骼肌相比有显著性差异，支持本病发病机理中的“膜缺陷”学说。     

人乳头瘤病毒感染超微结构观察

本文对5例典型尖锐湿疣标本及10例可疑人乳头瘤病毒感染标本进行透射电子显微镜观察。结果典型尖锐湿疣标本中仅1例于细胞核内见到人乳头瘤病毒,排列规则呈结晶状。其余14例标本的细胞内均见不同程度的由病毒感染所引起的非特异性病理变化。本文对人孔头瘤病毒及受感染细胞的超微结构进行了初步探讨。
