实习记录单在临床教学中的应用

目的 改进临床教学方法，提高临床教学质量。方法 对121名不同学历层次的护生应用实习记录单规范监控临床教学工作。结果 (1)较好完成教学任务；(2)本科护生、专科护生对实习效果评价高于中专护生；(3)各层次护生对带教老师的理论水平和表达能力评价较低。结论 实习记录单体现了教育层次与培养目标相匹配的理论，有利护生顺利实现职业角色化，也有助于教学过程的全程监控。     

肌电图导引下面神经毁损治疗Meige综合征临床疗效观察

目的:观察A型肉毒毒素与无水酒精治疗Meige综合征临床疗效。方法:58例Meige综合征患者随机分为A型肉毒毒素治疗组(28例)和无水酒精治疗组(30例),定期随访观察两者疗效。结果:A型肉毒毒素治疗组和无水酒精治疗组比较疗效无显著性差异,两者副作用临床差别不大,且都可以在一定时间内恢复。结论:无水酒精面神经毁损治疗Meige综合征安全、有效、简便,可作为Meige综合征的一种治疗方法。     

地高辛与大环内酯类抗生素相互作用的研究进展

<正>20世纪后期,特别是90年代,随着对心力衰竭(心衰)发生、发展机制的研究和认识的不断深入,心衰的治疗概念发生了根本性转变。过去一向认为,慢性心衰只是心脏病的不可逆终末期过程;如今已有证据表明,慢性衰竭心脏结构功能的内源性缺陷,可以通过干预达到真正的生物学改善。     

社区卫生服务定价与补偿机制研究(三)

为了制定适当的社区卫生服务价格，对社区卫生服务进行合理的补偿，本文在对4省12市46个社区卫生服务中心(或站)的项目成本进行测算的基础上，应用标准成本计算方法得出各项服务的建议价格。对社区卫生服务政府补偿额进行了测算，提出了社区卫生服务补偿的政策建议。     

新毕业护士的心理状态调查分析及对策

为了了解新毕业护士的心理状态,采用90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)对64名新毕业护士的心理状况进行了调查。结果发现新护士在SCL-90中的各因子分均高于国内常模,主要表现为焦虑、人际关系敏感。及时了解新护士的心理状态,通过扎实基本功,培养独立处事能力,帮助新护士增强自信心,树立良好的职业意识,才能顺利度过工作适应期。     

Antiinflammatory, Analgesic and Antipyretic Activities of Mimusops elengi Linn

In the present study, 70% ethanol extract of Mimusops elengi Linn. bark was assessed for antiinflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic activities in animals. The antiinflammatory activity of ethanol extract of Mimusops elengi (200 mg/kg, p.o) was evaluated using carrageenan-induced paw edema and cotton pellet-induced granuloma models. Analgesic effect was evaluated using acetic acid-induced writhing and Eddy's hot plate models and antipyretic activity was assessed by Brewer's yeast-induced pyrexia in rats. The ethanol extract of Mimusops elengi (200 mg/kg, p.o) significantly inhibited the carrageenan-induced paw oedema at 3rd and 4th h and in cotton pellet model it reduced the transudative weight and little extent of granuloma weight. In analgesic models the ethanol extract of Mimusops elengi decreases the acetic acid-induced writhing and it also reduces the rectal temperature in Brewer's yeast induced pyrexia. However, Mimusops elengi did not increase the latency time in the hot plate test. These results show that ethanol extract of Mimusops elengi has an antiinflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic activity.     

经尿道前列腺电切术后患者导尿管牵引的护理

目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术后导尿管用不同材料牵引的护理效果。方法按照患者入院日期将192例前列腺电切术后的患者分为两组,单日应用胶布粘贴牵引患者102例为胶布粘贴牵引组。双日应用脱脂绷带打结牵引患者90例为脱脂绷带打结牵引组。比较两组牵引并发症发生情况。结果脱脂绷带打结牵引组患者无1例出现皮肤损伤和皮肤过敏、发痒、红肿、水疱等症状。胶布粘贴牵引组有25例患者出现氧化锌过敏,皮肤发红发痒,并有多个小水疱,需敷药治疗。经精确概率法卡方检验,有显著性差异,P<0.001。结论脱脂绷带打结法牵引导尿管方法效果优于胶布粘贴法。对于皮肤容易过敏和糖尿病患者,脱脂绷带打结法牵引导尿管方法是一种有效的护理措施。     

TRANSFUSION REACTIONS: AFMC EXPERIENCE

Transfusions of blood and its components are useful and lifesaving. Adverse effects occur during or after transfusion, called hazards or complications of blood transfusion. Complications/hazards of various types which occurred in the patients following transfusion of blood/blood components in Armed Forces Hospitals of Pune-Kirkee complex were analysed with relevant investigations. Out of a total number of 13,039 transfusions of blood and blood components from 01 June 1995 to 31 July 1997, there were 104 (0.8%) adverse reactions. Non haemolytic febrile transfusion reaction was the commonest seen in 73 (70.2%) transfusions, followed by allergic reactions in 19 (18.3%) cases. Nonspecific reactions were seen in 11 (10.6%). One haemolytic transfusion reaction occurred due to wrong labelling of blood sample received from the ward for compatibility testing.
