化疗药物配制方法探讨

为探讨化疗药物正确的配制方法，有效地预防化疗药物可能存在的职业危害，并使病人得到准确的用药剂量。提出配制化疗药物应在专门的化疗药物配制阃配制，使用特制的层流净化操作台，不具备条件者可在排风设备良好、空气流通的场所内配制。配制人员必须熟练掌握化疗药物的药理知识，配制时应严格做好查对工作。     

差式氧化数法——计算有机物氧化还原当量的简捷方法

本文提出的“差式氧化数法”特别适用于有机化学反应方程式的平衡。在未平衡方程式之前即可直接求出有机物的氧化还原当量,然后再平衡方程式。较以前先平衡方程式,再间接计算氧化还原当量的方法简便,快速,易掌握。     

Delta hepatitis virus infection in China

To assess the prevalence, epidemiological features and prognostic implications of hepatitis D (Delta) in Sichuan Province, The People's Republic of China, 649 sera (515 from HBsAg positive patients and 134 from HBsAg negative subjects) were tested by radioimmunoassay (RIA) for antibody to the hepatitis D virus (anti-HD). Forty-seven sera (7.2%) showed some degree of reactivity. Serial dilutions of these sera indicated that prozoning was not responsible for the equivocal results. Thirty-four of the 47 sera were submitted under code to a second laboratory for independent analysis. According to those results anti-HD antibodies were detected in four of these sera. The overall prevalence of anti-HD in the HBsAg positive patients therefore was 0.8% (4/515). On the basis of clinical, biochemical and histological data 427 HBsAg positive sera were further divided into acute Type B hepatitis, chronic Type B hepatitis, healthy carrier state and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) subgroups. Two of 65 (3.1%) anti-HD positive sera belonged to the acute Type B hepatitis group; one of 104 (0.9%), the chronic Type B hepatitis group and one of 246 (0.4%), the healthy carrier group. No antibody was detected in sera from 12 HBsAg positive HCC patients. All HBsAg negative patients were negative for anti-HD antibody. The results of this study indicate that despite a high prevalence of hepatitis B virus infection, positive serology for delta virus is uncommon in Sichuan Province, The People's Republic of China.     

Expression of Anion Exchanger 1 Sequestrates p16 in the Cytoplasm in Gastric and Colonic Adenocarcinoma

p16^INK4A (p16) binds to cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6 and negatively regulates cell growth. Recent studies have led to an understanding of additional biologic functions for p16; however, the detailed mechanisms involved are still elusive. In this article, we show an unexpected expression of anion exchanger 1 (AE1) in the cytoplasm in poorly and moderately differentiated gastric and colonic adenocarcinoma cells and in its interaction with p16, thereby sequestrating the protein in the cytoplasm. Genetic alterations of p16 and AE1 were not detectable. Forced expression of AE1 in these cells sequestrated more p16 in the cytoplasm, whereas small interfering RNA-mediated silencing of AE1 in the cells induced the release of p16 from the cytoplasm to the nucleus, leading to cell death and growth inhibition of tumor cells. By analyzing tissue samples obtained from patients with gastric and colonic cancers, we found that 83.33% of gastric cancers and 56.52% of colonic cancers coexpressed AE1 and p16 in the cytoplasm. We conclude that AE1 plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of gastric and colonic adenocarcinoma and that p16 dysfunction is a novel pathway of carcinogenesis.     

儿童频繁瞬目征的病因及综合治疗

[目的]探讨儿童频繁瞬目征的发病原因及其治疗措施。[方法]随机抽取148例门诊频繁瞬目征患儿，对其生活习惯、眼部情况进行详细询问并进行病因分析及综合治疗。[结果]通过克服不良生活习惯、去除谤因、调节心理和综合治疗措施，148例频繁瞬目征惠患儿经2周～5周的治疗，115例患儿治愈，28例好转，5例无效。[结论]频繁瞬目征与玩电脑、看电视及偏食有一定关系，针对性综合治疗可获得较满意的疗效。     

The role of Self-Defined Race/Ethnicity in Population Structure Control

Population-based association studies are powerful tools for the genetic mapping of complex diseases. However, this method is sensitive to potential confounding by population structure. While statistical methods that use genetic markers to detect and control for population structure have been the focus of current literature, the utility of self-defined race/ethnicity in controlling for population structure has been controversial. In this study of 1334 individuals, who self-identified as either African American, European American or Hispanic, we demonstrated that when the true underlying genetic structure and the self-defined racial/ethnic groups were roughly in agreement with each other, the self-defined race/ethnicity information was useful in the control of population structure.     

Characteristics of the Nonselective Cation Current （NSCCs） in Rabbit Left Ventricular Epicardial, Midmyocardial and Endocardial Myocytes

Objectives Recent studies have described regional differences in the electrophysiology and pharmacology of ventricular myocardium in canine, feline, rat, guinea pig, and human hearts. This has been shown to be due to a smaller IKs and a lager sodium-calcium exchange current (INa-Ca) and late INa in M region (deep subepicardial to midmyocardial). Studies from our laboratory have found a new repolarization current-nonselective cation current (NSCCs) existing in rabbit right ventricular myocytes. Methods We examined the characteristics of NSCCs in epicardial, M region, and endocardial cells isolated from the rabbit left ventricle with standard microelectrode and whole-cell patch-clamp techniques. The permeability to Na , K , Li , Cs but not to Cl- indicating that it was a nonselective cation current. Gd3 (0.1 mmol/l) and La3 (0.1 mmol/l) can block the current markedly. Results Further characterization of NSCCs was significantly smaller in M cells than in epicardial and endocardial cells. NSCCs current density was significantly smaller in M cells than in epicardial and endocardial cells. With repolarization to -80 mV, INs current density was (-0.44±0.05) PA/PF in endocardial cells, (-0.12±0.05) PA/PF in M cells and (-0.28±0.07) PA/PF in epicardial cells; and with repolarization to 30 mV, INs current density was (1.09±0.29) PA/PF in endocardial cells, (0.38±0.09) PA/PF in M cells and (0.91±0.32) PA/PF in epicardial cells. Conclusions Transmural dispersion of repolarization was due to the heterogeneity of NSCCs in rabbit left ventricle epicardial, endocardial myocytes and M cells. These findings may advance our understanding of the ionic basis for our understanding of factors contributing to the development of cardiac arrhythmias.     

阴道粘膜上皮细胞的分离培养和鉴定

目的 初步建立阴道粘膜上皮细胞体外培养方法,为阴道粘膜上皮研究提供实验模型.方法 取雌性新西兰大白兔阴道粘膜组织小块,胶原酶Ⅳ和胰蛋白酶联合消化分离法收集上皮细胞,接种于角朊细胞无血清培养液中静置培养、传代.动态观察细胞生长增殖情况,扫描和透射电镜观察超微结构,流式细胞仪测定细胞增殖周期,并进行免疫组织化学鉴定.结果 体外培养的阴道粘膜上皮细胞为二倍体细胞,增殖状态良好,细胞间可见桥粒连接,免疫组化角蛋白染色阳性.细胞的超微结构和免疫组化染色均具有上皮细胞特征.结论 在本实验条件下,体外培养的阴道粘膜上皮细胞具有较好的增殖能力,可作为阴道粘膜上皮研究的理想实验模型.
